We were pleased from the time we walk through their doors and interacting with all the employees, all to the end as we walked out of the store. Shout out to Morgan and Miguel in the back where all the the natural stones are. They were both so very knowledgeable, helpful, and super patient with us. They both took the time to educate us and even provided some things to think about when we pick a type of granite. The granite we were deciding on for our home was not available in their Las Vegas warehouse to preview just to get an idea of what Mother Nature is putting out currently before we finalized our decision with the builder. Morgan was very helpful and was able to get photos of the bianco antico around the surrounding states so we could request the one we want to be transferred here. It took a few weeks, but Morgan never forgot about us which I was worried about. We finally decided on a slab and completed the paperwork for our builder! We will be stopping by in the future for our flooring options as well! Can't wait to do business with them again. We were even able to get some granite samples.

Before coming to a final decision, we buzzed around town to ensure we had a good grip on all the options available. However, we kept returning to Rio Stones as they "set the bar" for our countertop dreams. Their welcoming atmosphere and team offer some of the friendliest services in town. Rio Stone's prices, variety of unique slabs, and service were top notch from start to finish. They have the widest variety in town, and walking in their showroom is inspiration heaven! Without a doubt, this spot is a "must stop" for countertop options! After visiting the store a handful of times, we ultimately decided we loved the Calacatta Malibu Quartz (navy blue and grey veining) and will also be using it not only for our countertops but for our backsplash. I cannot wait to show you the finished product once our home project is complete. Hot Tip: Plan ahead and order your slabs as early as possible. It's no secret that 2020 and 2021 have put a wrench in many plans and supply chains. They have excellent delivery times, but it's always best to have everything ordered well in advance to avoid delays with pushing forward with your projects.

It was by far the worst decision I have ever made with contractors. After one year in, the boards started to separate, it got so bad with them I started to prepare to sue them because lack of response. They finally came out and put a stop gap in my hallway because the flooring was installed incorrectly, by a subcontractor that they supplied. It was all BS. The floor is still separating, the stop gap never worked. I would run far away from this company, I definitely don't recommend AT ALL !!!

From the receptionist to the guys at the back desk with the stones, to my very favorite the designers. My designer that day was Heather and she was TERRIFIC! I know the colors I like but she helped me pull it all together with accents etc. She listened and has a sharp eye. I left with samples to take home to make sure it was right with the lighting in my house. Ashley is great too, when I returned Ashley was available to help me verify what I chose. As we know this is can be a daunting task but with the complimentary assistance from these designers it is very helpful and much appreciated. I have not purchased yet, but when my contractors are ready, I have picked out my stuff- I am ready! They have a large selection of tile and slabs, and a beautiful showroom.

January of 2026 we began to remodel our kitchen. We shopped around, looked at several different…read moreproviders, but we kept being pulled back to Lowes. We shop at Lowes quite a bit and have been vary satisfied with their products and price so we went with Lowes. We liked the selection, pricing and quality of the displayed kitchen cabinets and counter tops. The sales rep in the cabinet department was very friendly and helpful, we felt we made the best decision for our needs. The entire process was awesome, until after a short time we noticed our Quartz countertops were easily chipping. We contacted Lowes, the sales rep had someone from the supplier Dal-Tile out within a week to check on the problem. The representative from Dal-Tile was a no show for the first two appointments. We had to contact him again to set up another time and when he did show up did not put on shoe covers, as is customary for this and as we do not wear shoes in our house, this is a big red flag for us right away. He inspected our Quartz countertops and basically said this is not covered under the warranty. He stated that the areas with the chips could be fixed, but he was quite negative about recommending repairs as his opinion is they would not be able to do a acceptable repair and we would always know it was there and wouldn't be satisfied with the fix. We felt he was very dismissive of our concerns and didn't really even seem like he wanted to be there. We felt as if he wanted us to purchase different countertops!!! He said he would put in his report and a few days later we were contacted for a final time from Customer Solutions from Lowes stating that cracking and chipping are not covered under the warranty. We have tried to contact Lowes several times to see if there is anything else we can do and have hit a brick wall. When we ordered the Quartz countertops, we were told the company was a new vendor with Lowes, but we didn't worry, we thought Dal-Tile had gone through a strenuous vetting process to be allowed to sell in Lowes stores so we were not apprehensive about using this new vendor. We definitely feel different today!!! We feel the product they provided is substandard, it chips extremely easy and does not hold up to normal use. We feel our concerns have been brushed aside and have not be listened to. Even when we contact the corporate Lowes, all we hear is "chips and cracks are not covered" in an extremely dismissive tone. So buyer BEWARE!!!!! Is the moral of the story, do not buy countertops from Dal-Tile or Lowes!!!
