    I started out loving everything that they carry. Their showroom is large and very nice. Their customer service is horrific. "That's not my job" is an everyday thing heard by disgruntled customers. This is a "pass the buck" company from the top down or maybe from the bottom up? It doesn't matter, the net/net is you better realize that you must read the small print here and know that, like a typical Vegas business, it's all about who you know. If you know and like the owner you get treated as such. If you don't you won't. The employees there cannot really try to help you unless you were that individuals actual customer. There is no real synergistic team at all there. It's all about you and the one that you initially spoke with upon calling or entering the store. My review could be much more telling and if you want details I'll provide them privately. Bottom line: I went to work for Galaxy and was sincerely excited about going in every day and learning all that there is to learn. I was really ramping up my sales having just booked my largest outdoor kitchen project which was a customer from Tucson, AZ. I negotiated a great win/win deal for both Galaxy and this customer. $30,000 deal and a couple days after I booked this well after I'd spent many hours on their layout and design drawing to get it exactly as the customer wanted it, I was inexplicably let go by the owner. I was told I'd be paid on all the business I had booked and that was in the works once all the deals finalized, meaning the last portion of the overall bill was as paid by the customer, which is what my employment contract called for, but..... it's now been a year since this and the owner of this business has not held up his end and I have yet to receive a dime of the many thousand dollars I am owed. Hell, he didn't even make me whole on all the in home design service I traveled to conduct in my vehicle using my gas and paying my own insurance. If the owner of this place can screw over an enthusiastic loyal employee that worked on straight commission with zero other wages or benefits then how quickly do you think he'll screw you over at his first opportunity to do so. Steer clear because I've discovered other outdoor kitchen businesses here in Vegas where you are treated right and that don't pass the buck blaming others for everything. If I could give them a negative 5 stars star i would. Galaxy does carry Great products, but they are too high priced with a lot of over-promising and under-delivering happening every single day I was there. Go to look at cool grills and awesome outdoor kitchen displays but beware of buying from them. Apparently they don't realize that amazon sells virtually every single item that Galaxy sells and you essentially get the same pretty crappy service from both when it comes time to install things in your backyard. I really don't like writing a review like this. I took a year to do it because I kept thinking that their leaders there had a conscious and would eventually pay me what they owed me, but well they didn't. We all know the type of people that can do this and not lose a wink of sleep and we all know to "social distance" ourselves from them. I'll coin a new phrase here that's very pertinent. "Business Distance" yourselves from this bunch of "me me me" folks and go find a true team that supports each other. If you want details on their "back-stabbing pass the buck" culture that exists there or you are a lawyer working pro bono contact me cuz I'm still trying to get paid for what is owed to me.

They came prepared and brought it all up to the 2nd floor condo; brought down and hauled away to old appliances too. Their installation was clean and professional using new gas & water lines. Friendly and knowledgeable with their products. Local Las Vegas business and family owned & operated. We're are very happy with their products and services. We will recommend them to friends and family for residential and even saw a good variety of commercial appliances there too. Everything from small cabin appliances to Sub-Zeros & Thermodors! Unfortunately today I had the opposite experience. Communication was sub par, I had to repeatedly ask the same question 3 times to get an answer about if their $95 consult fee was included in the cost of repairs. They told me Yes but only if the repair can be done in the same visit. But that was not the case last time they came, back in April, they arrived in the morning diagnosed the issue then left to get the part and came back a few hours later to fix it and the consult fee was included in the price. If you come today around 4-6pm and need to get a part you most likely won't be able to get that part till the next day.. sounds like a quick way to make an extra $95 especially when you originally told me you would come tomorrow and then say you can actually come tonight but not answer my question about the consult fee until the third time of me asking. Just left a bad taste in my mouth, most companies will include there consult fee in the cost of repairs no matter if they fix it that day or the next. If you are researching companies to help you with your appliance repairs, this company Is definitely capable of doing so but make sure to get clear answers to your questions before proceeding with Sams or you might just get scammed.

Instead, the technician spent less than 5 minutes looking at my appliance, did nothing to actually fix it, and then told me to try soaking it in hot water with vinegar--advice I could have found with a quick internet search. On top of that, he demanded payment before even finishing the job, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable. After he left, the appliance still did not work. When I raised my concerns, I was met with excuses rather than accountability. Customers deserve honesty, effort, and quality service. Demanding money upfront, rushing through a job, and leaving with the problem unresolved shows a serious lack of integrity. I strongly caution anyone considering this company. There are plenty of businesses that actually stand behind their work--this one, unfortunately, is not among them.
