Unfortunately, the actual diagnosis was a completely different story. The technician looked at my refrigerator and told me the compressor was bad and that the repair would cost approximately $1,400. I explained that the refrigerator was barely a year old. I purchased it brand new in July 2025 and paid the $120 service call fee expecting an accurate diagnosis. Before agreeing to a $1,400 repair, I contacted Samsung because according to my research the compressor was still covered under their 5-year warranty. Samsung waived their service fee and sent their own technician to evaluate it. Their technician performed a proper nitrogen pressure test and spent over an hour diagnosing the refrigerator. The result? The compressor was functional. It was NOT the problem. The refrigerator actually had an internal refrigerant/Freon leak that could not be repaired. Samsung ultimately refunded me the entire purchase price of the refrigerator because of the internal leak. I cannot imagine what would have happened if I had simply agreed to pay $1,400 for a compressor replacement. I would have spent money fixing a working compressor and the refrigerator still would not have cooled properly because the internal leak was the actual problem. My recommendation to anyone dealing with a relatively new appliance is to contact the manufacturer first and have their authorized technician evaluate it before agreeing to an expensive repair. I chose this company because of the reviews, but unfortunately my experience was not good. I came very close to spending $1,400 on a repair that would not have addressed the actual problem. Can't speak for their other services on other appliances but stay away from the fridge technician.

It is worth noting that all appliances they sell are in some way defective, even if it is new in box... there is something wrong with it or it wouldn't be at their store. I was told the unit we bought was brand new in box, they even showed me the box, so even though I was aware that all their appliances are sold "as is", I assumed it would look brand new... it did not. Our fridge arrived with a very large dint on the top right, just next to the corner, and cracks in 2 of the inner plastic drawers/shelves. The fridge took about 72 hours to reach cooling levels safe for food storage and they even had to send a tech out to verify it was working properly. In the end we saved about $400 bucks off MSRP, which was about $300 cheeper than Home Depots price was (even though appliances 4 less delivery was twice as expensive), but next time I'd rather spend more for a better quality fridge that isn't all banged up and looking 3 years old upon installation. In a pinch if you are like us and are low on funds and don't have the privilege to be picky on what your appliances look like (scratches, dents, missing drawers or door handles) then this place is a more affordable option. But if you can afford to go someplace else I suggest you do.

So finally I drove across town and personally gave Nestor the Manufacturers name, the wholesaler's name, the part number, the model number, and the phone number for the wholesaler so he could place the order. Guess what? Nothing. So I have 4 bathrooms with beautiful matt black fixtures and three of them have chrome tub overflow caps. I wouldn't trust Nestor to clean dog feces from my yard. This guy is simply lazy and it seems like the location doesn't care. Avoid this place like the plague and just go to Home Depot or Lowe's for your plumbing fixtures. He comes in started doing the work without telling me his charges. He finishes the job and throws me a surprise bill of $150 for something that others quoted for less than half that price. I wouldn't have called him in the first place if it cost that much to touch up the small spot shown in the photo below. I see that his friends and family have left 5 star ratings in yelp to fool new customers. BEAWARE!! I would not recommend his service to others.
