Cristian explained possible causes for our problem (this was over the phone). When he arrived, he made a thorough examination of our fridge, and he explained everything he was doing. Turns out one of our problems was the machine was not level. He told us why it could affect its performance. Also, there was ice buildup in the freezer. We appreciated his thorough approach, attention to detail, and the way he explained what he did to us. He also gave us tips on caring for the fridge so that it will last longer. Max came to repair my 3 year old front load Maytag Washer which had a drain blockage and the washer door was locked due to water in the machine not draining. I had a code F9 E1 on the display panel. He brought all equipment needed, and within 2 hours cleared the blockage and cleaned out the filter, suctioned the water from the machine, and tested and reset my machine. It works like new again. For context: I had two issues: (1) My GE dishwasher started leaking, damaging a good portion of the bamboo flooring around and in front of the unit, and (2) My newly installed Daikin mini split which stopped cooling/heating, just fanning air!. Fuse was in constant contact about appointments, and I was scheduled for the actual repair as soon as the parts came in. I give high praise to Andre. He comes in started doing the work without telling me his charges. He finishes the job and throws me a surprise bill of $150 for something that others quoted for less than half that price. I wouldn't have called him in the first place if it cost that much to touch up the small spot shown in the photo below. I see that his friends and family have left 5 star ratings in yelp to fool new customers. BEAWARE!! I would not recommend his service to others.
