After the failure of three appliance repair people and more than 3 weeks of their efforts to repair our GE Monogram refrigerator, we called Absolute Appliance Services. Their repair technician, Mario , was here for about 20 minutes when he discovered what the problem with our refrigerator was. 40 minutes later our refrigerator was working for the first time in more than 3 weeks. It is now been more than 2 weeks and our refrigerator continues to work properly. I cannot recommend Absolute Appliance Services more highly ! They are true experts, particularly with regard to the GE Monogram refrigerator. read more

Absolute Appliance Services - GE Monogram Refrigerator - Appliances & Repair Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Mario , one of the technicians did a great job checking on my dishwasher temperature. Given the heat in Las Vegas, he explained very well the normal thermostat when I run the dishwasher and made sure I have a peace of mind that it is safe to use. Well recommended, great job! read more

One star for coming out the next day. They texted me the night before and were able to get someone out quickly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the actual diagnosis was a completely different story. The technician looked at my refrigerator and told me the compressor was bad and that the repair would cost approximately $1,400. I explained that the refrigerator was barely a year old. I purchased it brand new in July 2025 and paid the $120 service call fee expecting an accurate diagnosis. Before agreeing to a $1,400 repair, I contacted Samsung because according to my research the compressor was still covered under their 5-year warranty. Samsung waived their service fee and sent their own technician to evaluate it. Their technician performed a proper nitrogen pressure test and spent over an hour diagnosing the refrigerator. The result? The compressor was functional. It was NOT the problem. The refrigerator actually had an internal refrigerant/Freon leak that could not be repaired. Samsung ultimately refunded me the entire purchase price of the refrigerator because of the internal leak. I cannot imagine what would have happened if I had simply agreed to pay $1,400 for a compressor replacement. I would have spent money fixing a working compressor and the refrigerator still would not have cooled properly because the internal leak was the actual problem. My recommendation to anyone dealing with a relatively new appliance is to contact the manufacturer first and have their authorized technician evaluate it before agreeing to an expensive repair. I chose this company because of the reviews, but unfortunately my experience was not good. I came very close to spending $1,400 on a repair that would not have addressed the actual problem. Can't speak for their other services on other appliances but stay away from the fridge technician. read more

Called for service to repair my GE monogram side by side. Quick response and came out on time. 2 stars.. Then after brief assessment tried to suggest i needed more items/ repairs than actually needed at a steep price. And almost $200 for initial visit. Then left his clamp on my unit that he drilled a hole in which caused the temp to go up even more. Thankfully the next company I called repaired that and my issues for almost a 3rd of what Absolute wanted to charge me. No thank you. read more

This guy absolutely knows what he's doing. He arrived on time, big + in my book, and he fixed exactly what he had to do. He did confirm that the screws that were in the door were the wrong size like I suspected. Al and his company will be my go to guys from this point forward. Not only that, I posted a message on their website on Sunday for service. Al called me within 2 hours to ask what was happening with my freezer door........ON A SUNDAY!? Who does that? Do yourself a favor and call these guys. read more

I made an appointment for yesterday. No one ever called, no one ever showed up. Luckily, I work from home, so it wasn't a major inconvenience to me, but if you didn't want to repair my refrigerator, you should've still responded. Extremely disappointing when you pick the people that have the best reviews.. oh well read more

I needed to get my dishwasher electrical installed because i've never gotten it to work. The technician arrived on time and looked over everything and got it working. Excellent company. Called on a Sunday because my Kenmore older washing machine stopped draining. I got an appointment for the next day. Mario texted when he was 30 minutes from my house. Diagnosed the problem and fixed a sensor right away. Reasonable price!! I would so much prefer fixing appliances that buying new ones. Thank you AA Services. read more

I've called them and left a message four times. Three days after I left my fourth message I received a text message. I replied instantly and still didn't hear anything back. So I called and sent a text message and stated that if I didn't hear back from them that I was going to leave this review front door and find someone different if they didn't reply back.. I don't understand how they have good reviews on Yelp. I've worked in the service industry, and I would never recommend them. read more

We used them to fix our washing machine years ago and then never had to use them again because it was fixed for good! We had a construction project that required moving all our appliances out of the house and then, obviously, back into it. Our house is from the 60s so it's always an adventure, but Rom has such a positive attitude, good work ethic, and creative problem solving so it all worked out. Would definitely recommend! read more

I reached out on Oct 22 for a refrigerator door seal replacement after seeing good reviews and provided the model and serial number. I was told the part would arrive in 3-5 business days, but after no updates, I followed up again on Nov 3-4 and was told the part had already arrived. An appointment was scheduled for Nov 6, but there was confusion about the service window, and when the technician arrived, it turned out the wrong part had been ordered despite providing them with my serial number prior. This caused another delay of several days. The correct part was finally installed on Nov 13. The installer, Justin, was very nice, professional, and clean. While the final repair was done well, I feel like my experience could've been better with the communication. Overall, I do still recommend this company. read more

Are you kidding me! I met two of the greatest technicians that came to my house to check on my gas oven Justin and Miguel did a phenomenal job. The most honest trustworthy gentleman. It's hard to find honest people these days and these two gentlemen are a fine example of honesty. read more

I contacted Absolute Appliance Services to repair the LED light in my Bosch refrigerator. A technician visited my home on April 10, 2026, and I was told the necessary part would arrive within 4-5 days. Unfortunately, nearly seven weeks later, as of May 28, 2026, the repair remains unresolved. Throughout this process, I was told that the wrong part had initially been ordered and that a replacement had been reordered. However, communication has been extremely poor. I have repeatedly had to follow up myself, and promised callbacks. I eventually got a hold of the owner, but the issue still has not been resolved and no meaningful updates have been provided. The most frustrating part has been the lack of honesty and customer service. Had I been given realistic timelines and proactive communication, I would have been much more understanding. Instead, I received repeated assurances that were not followed through on. What a waste of $100, as that was taken as deposit for the repair. Not only has the repair not happened, I lost the $100. If customer service, communication, and reliability are important to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere for appliance repair services. read more

Mario is an absolute gem of a technician working for Absolute Appliance Services, pleasant and personable, knowledgeable and efficient. My problem was with a refrigerator water filter, which I had tried to replace, only to have it leak. I had turned the refrigerator water valve off, and Mario discovered that the problem was a damaged o-ring in the refrigerator connector, not with the new filter I had tried to install. He managed to replace just the damaged o-ring in the refrigerator, gave me good advice on filter replacement, turned the water back on, with no leaking, and cleaned up the work area pristinely. I am one extremely satisfied customer and recommend AA whole-heartedly. read more

They came and fixed my clothes washer once and had to come back a few times to see what the issue was because it kept on not working. My built-in Kitchen Aid refrigerator/freezer water dispenser was leaking water under the freezer and the freezer lights were out. I called Absolute Appliance one afternoon and they sent someone out the next day. Tony texted me when he was on his way and arrived about 15 min later. He looked at the issue and explained what the problem was with a broken hose and immediately went about fixing it. After that he replaced one of the lights in the freezer which illuminated all of them (like a string of Xmas tree lights). I would highly recommend Absolute Appliance, and especially Tony. He was polite, friendly, and efficient! A great overall job! read more

Anthony Ryan showed up early in the appointment timing window. He was courteous, wiping his shoes before coming in, made sure he had what he needed with him so he didn't have to go in and out of the house and was very quick to determine what was wrong with the dishwasher. He was honest about the cost and timing to get the parts needed and complete the repair. In the end it's my landlords decision to repair or replace the unit but, I appreciate him not trying to take advantage of the situation. He was also extremely kind and patient with my large dogs who wanted to know why a stranger was in their kitchen and were eager to help him. Hahaha. He was great and I appreciate how comfortable he made the situation- Honest Techs aren't always easy to find. Ryan/Absolute Appliance will be my first call anytime I need services. read more

SHADY COMPANY - BE AWARE Our washing machine was not draining completely so I had trust in this company to come properly diagnose & fix it as I had used them previously. A new tech came this time, Justin. I was charged $410.79 for "drain". I used it once after him "fixing" it & it drained everywhere flooding my upstairs which led to leaking in my downstairs kitchen & bathroom. There was new vinyl flooring that was installed the day prior & it ruined the floors & stained my ceiling I called immediately the next day since they were closed when the incident happened & they had no urgency, as they didn't come out to see the damage & "fix" it again until around 2-3pm. Automatically they tried to shift the blame & deny accountability. I refused to use the washing machine & got rid of it. Rom (company owner) appeared caring & sorry at first, he had a handyman & mediation company come out to see the damage & I was hopeful. The damages came out to $1875. Then it went downhill. Rom contacted me & stated there was not going to be a resolution & I asked for a refund but he keeps denying it until I sign an agreement, which I am now refusing to sign anything. He also is denying me the images from the mediation company he personally sent out to my house, which I was told by that company if he doesn't provide it, it's a bad sign. We paid for this company to diagnose the issue, & failed to do that. Negligence from your workers read more

I am happy with the service received. On Thursday, I did a load of laundry and my dryer worked. Friday morning, I did another load of laundry, but the dryer didn't work. I called around; the first few companies I spoke with were already booked into the following week. When I called "Absolute Applicance Services" (on this occasion) they were able to give me a Saturday appointment. The technician called to let me know when he was on the way (about a 30-minute lead time); he showed up within the appointment window given to me the previous day. He was neat and professional in appearance; and he was able to diagnose and repair my machine quickly. The cost for the service call and parts were also very reasonable (per my previous experiences). read more

Technician on time, wears paper booties, and was very knowledgeable. My ice maker wasn't working, ultimately needed to be replaced, he ordered one, from mfgr Kitchenaid, brand new & not refurbished. 2 days laterit was the weekend or it would have been 1 day) I had a new working icemaker and the cost was very reasonable compared to another quote I was given. They did not ask for my credit card when I made the appt (another repair service did), cost of service call was deducted from total bill. Highly recommend this company!
