I contacted Absolute Appliance Services to repair the LED light in my Bosch refrigerator. A technician visited my home on April 10, 2026, and I was told the necessary part would arrive within 4-5 days. Unfortunately, nearly seven weeks later, as of May 28, 2026, the repair remains unresolved. Throughout this process, I was told that the wrong part had initially been ordered and that a replacement had been reordered. However, communication has been extremely poor. I have repeatedly had to follow up myself, and promised callbacks. I eventually got a hold of the owner, but the issue still has not been resolved and no meaningful updates have been provided. The most frustrating part has been the lack of honesty and customer service. Had I been given realistic timelines and proactive communication, I would have been much more understanding. Instead, I received repeated assurances that were not followed through on. What a waste of $100, as that was taken as deposit for the repair. Not only has the repair not happened, I lost the $100. If customer service, communication, and reliability are important to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere for appliance repair services. read more

My built-in Kitchen Aid refrigerator/freezer water dispenser was leaking water under the freezer and the freezer lights were out. I called Absolute Appliance one afternoon and they sent someone out the next day. Tony texted me when he was on his way and arrived about 15 min later. He looked at the issue and explained what the problem was with a broken hose and immediately went about fixing it. After that he replaced one of the lights in the freezer which illuminated all of them (like a string of Xmas tree lights). I would highly recommend Absolute Appliance, and especially Tony. I reached out on Oct 22 for a refrigerator door seal replacement after seeing good reviews and provided the model and serial number. I was told the part would arrive in 3-5 business days, but after no updates, I followed up again on Nov 3-4 and was told the part had already arrived. An appointment was scheduled for Nov 6, but there was confusion about the service window, and when the technician arrived, it turned out the wrong part had been ordered despite providing them with my serial number prior. This caused another delay of several days. The correct part was finally installed on Nov 13. The installer, Justin, was very nice, professional, and clean. While the final repair was done well, I feel like my experience could've been better with the communication. Overall, I do still recommend this company. read more

Anthony Ryan showed up early in the appointment timing window. He was courteous, wiping his shoes before coming in, made sure he had what he needed with him so he didn't have to go in and out of the house and was very quick to determine what was wrong with the dishwasher. He was honest about the cost and timing to get the parts needed and complete the repair. In the end it's my landlords decision to repair or replace the unit but, I appreciate him not trying to take advantage of the situation. He was also extremely kind and patient with my large dogs who wanted to know why a stranger was in their kitchen and were eager to help him. Hahaha. SHADY COMPANY - BE AWARE Our washing machine was not draining completely so I had trust in this company to come properly diagnose & fix it as I had used them previously. A new tech came this time, Justin. I was charged $410.79 for "drain". I used it once after him "fixing" it & it drained everywhere flooding my upstairs which led to leaking in my downstairs kitchen & bathroom. There was new vinyl flooring that was installed the day prior & it ruined the floors & stained my ceiling I called immediately the next day since they were closed when the incident happened & they had no urgency, as they didn't come out to see the damage & "fix" it again until around 2-3pm. Automatically they tried to shift the blame & deny accountability. I refused to use the washing machine & got rid of it. Rom (company owner) appeared caring & sorry at first, he had a handyman & mediation company come out to see the damage & I was hopeful. The damages came out to $1875. Then it went downhill. Rom contacted me & stated there was not going to be a resolution & I asked for a refund but he keeps denying it until I sign an agreement, which I am now refusing to sign anything. He also is denying me the images from the mediation company he personally sent out to my house, which I was told by that company if he doesn't provide it, it's a bad sign. I am happy with the service received. On Thursday, I did a load of laundry and my dryer worked. Friday morning, I did another load of laundry, but the dryer didn't work. I called around; the first few companies I spoke with were already booked into the following week. When I called "Absolute Applicance Services" (on this occasion) they were able to give me a Saturday appointment. The technician called to let me know when he was on the way (about a 30-minute lead time); he showed up within the appointment window given to me the previous day. First, we couldn't believe that we were able to grab a spot for same-day service with no hidden fees! Our Maytag washer was giving us troubles and Ryan arrived within 30 minutes. One of the most professional and friendly young men that I've ever met. I needed my stove top removed from my kitchen island and wanted to be sure that gas was shut off safely. They were great, quick and awesome.

Sorry to say that we are very unhappy with their service. Our Samsung range failed just before Christmas, and since I was at work I did not have time to diagnose and fix it myself,so we called this company. We were confident that the issue was that the ignitor had failed since the symptoms were the same as previous repairs. The technician that came out informed my wife that the control board would need to be replaced, which would have been over $500. I advised that we hold off, as this was nearly the cost for a new range. We went ahead and paid the $90 service fee. Since it was Christmas, I did not have a way to obtain and swap the ignitor myself, and so we had to make Christmas dinner work (with our house-guests) with no working range. As soon as I could, I swapped the ignitor, and all is working again. Far cheaper than replacing the range, and the cost of the ignitor was a fraction of the service fee that was charged. I don't know if this was an attempt at a bait-and-switch, or if the technician just wasn't as thorough as he should have been, but make sure to get a second opinion if you use this company. We certainly will not be using them again. Note that we have given the owner a chance to respond, but so far they have not. read more

My washer stopped working and I needed a service technician. The website that I was on allowed me to make an appointment for the next day, Sunday. When I called to seek a confirmation I was told that they didn't not work on Sundays and the first available appointment was on Tuesday. We had a four hour appointment and I had a call ahead of the in time visit. The tech was very professional and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem, the washer was dead. The service was professional and thorough and I trusted the technician, I didn't mind the fee but it bothered me a little that there was a fee for payment by card that was not disclosed, it wasn't a large amount but it was applied without my awareness and my receipt was for just the service fee. The cost wasn't a concern, just how the card fee did, because I asked what the preferred payment method was and no one mentioned it. I would definitely use this service provider again, the online calendar and fee disclosure need to be fine tuned. read more

It seemed like it took a ton of time to find the right person to do what seemed like a simple task. At my home, my built-in microwave had failed and instead of just replacing it with a standard microwave we decided to purchase a speed oven/microwave combination appliance. The opening in our cabinet was 23.25" wide x 16.5" tall. The new appliance requires the opening to be 25.25" wide x 17.5" tall. Basically, a technician would need to make 3 cuts, 1" on the left and right and 1" at the top. The first people I contacted was Absolute Appliance Services, and since I contacted them on a Sunday, the back and forth took a little longer. This was the company I really preferred, due to the amazing amount of positive reviews on Yelp and Google. But, another organization replied so I hired them. The day of the install, an hour before the agreed upon appointment, I received a text message that their car was stolen. I asked when they would like to reschedule and was ghosted. So I restarted the search and received responses. For the 3-cuts I needed, pricing that was quoted seemed kind of outrageous. I was quoted between $350 - $750 to have this work done. I decided to try reaching out to Absolute Appliance Services again. Response this time was near instantaneous. The pricing quoted was unbelievably reasonable. I won't share the exact amount out of respect for their business, but it was an amazing value. Rom and his son (for the record, I like working with family owned businesses) arrived on time, in a clean and well maintained work van and were dressed professionally, which always makes a good impression. They performed the work professionally and meticulously and cleaned up all the saw dust which was above and beyond. In the future, when I need appliance work done, I will be sure they are the first and only place I call. I can see why they have so many positive reviews. read more
