The washing machine had stopped half way through the cycle and simply sat there with water in it. I invited a repairman to come and have a look. He came fast and already had all he needed to do the repair. It is now functioning as usual, as it ought. I am glad it was not something more serious and it did not cost much ei. read more

Aaron was fast and very professional. Friendly. He fixed our problem with the dishwasher. I definitely recommend this business.

These guys came out at the request of my home warranty company. They replaced a part in my freezer to fix my ice maker. That was in February. In the middle of May it was already broke again. They won't warranty/replace/fix the part. They won't do anything for me. These losers don't stand behind their work because it's poor. Don't get mixed up with these guys. Take your business somewhere else. You'll end up doing it down the road anyway when their work falls apart. read more

Funny how something breaks down just a few months before your extended warranty ends. Once my claim was filed, they called within 24 hours and here within 72 hours checking things out. The part was ordered and took 5 days to order it and install it. They were prompt made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. couldn't be happier from start to finish. read more

I have been trying to get my washer fixed since April. They won't answer their phone and my home warranty contracted them.

If you want a company that does not take phone calls and orders parts that take 3 weeks to deliver, this is your team! My insurance company hired Service Pros and I was hopeful at first. The technician was knowledgeable, left me a business card and told me I'd have part come in a couple days and then have a repaired dishwasher. I've tried calling and emailing them several times and they do not communicate. They FAIL at communications. I contacted my warranty company to find the part taking 16 days to deliver, and surprise, the part is available NEXT DAY on Amazon. I'm going to reach back out to my warranty and ask if I can hire my own plumber to fix this and have my service call cover his labor. I'm more upset about their failure in communication. They work in the SERVICE industry. Communication is key. Try harder. I'd like to give two stars because the service guy was professional but being ignored and lied to just gives one star vibes. read more

I was assigned to service pros by my American home shield warranty. Aaron is the owner and is very professional, helpful, and nice. I needed my LG refrigerator fixed and they were able to order the part and fix it in a couple of days. He only has one technician that is LG certified. Chris came to my home and fixed it within an hour. I am so pleased with my experience that I know I will use them again if I ever need any more help with my appliances. read more

We had used the company once before and had an excellent result. So when we developed a leak from our LG washing machine we gave them a call. Big mistake. They mis-diagnosed the cause of the leak stating the detergent unit was the cause of the leak and it was on back-order. After about three weeks we called for an up date. NO RESPONSE! Another call a week later. NO RESPONSE! Then the light bulb in our head went on and we called LG. LG sent a factory trained repairman. He immediately identified a clogged softener tube. Cleared it and gave us maintenance advice going forward. No replacement parts were required. So, our lesson after paying Service Pro $89 for nothing was, call the maker of the product for an authorized repair agent and forget local appliance repair companies. Service Pro has done a disservice to all reputable local companies. And above all, NEVER call Service Pro. They are hacks that do not understand the products they come out to fix. I hope my experience will save you time and money. David Las Vegas, NV read more

My dishwasher and upstairs refrigerator has been broken for over three weeks. They came out and took the service charges to come out. For three weeks they have been either ordering the wrong part or they tell me the part they have is broken and they have to reorder. Also, no one answers their phone. I dare anyone to try calling them and no one will pick up. I have left over 20 messages and nobody calls back. My refrigerator and dishwasher are still broken since January 1. Don't waste your time with this company. read more

Service Pros - Business card and broken dishwasher - Appliances & Repair Near Me

Was referred to Service Pros by Viking when our almost band-new Viking convection microwave went ka-put. Spoke with Aaron initially to let him know what we were calling for. He said he'd send a tech out to assess the situation. Travis, the tech, came out and was able to determine that it was the magnetron, and it was still covered under warranty (alas, for the parts only, not labor). The filter screens under the microwave that catch grease from the stove had mysteriously disappeared somehow, and since our contractor moved and relocated the stove after getting our kitchen floor done, the lights above the knobs started blinking, so we asked for that to be taken care of as well. We got a call back after they were able to order and get the parts we needed (they dealt with Viking directly), and an appt. made. Travis showed up promptly and as promised, and took care of everything. He had to have a co-worker (Aaron?) come by to help him re-install the microwave, as it was just too heavy for him to do so without help. Thankfully, the co-worker was close by and arrived within minutes. Not thrilled that even though the magnetron was covered, the total bill still came out to close to $400, but the part alone to fix the blinking lights issue was $188, so the bill wasn't unreasonable. Paired that with great communication and a friendly helpful tech, no complaints whatsoever. Am hoping I won't have to call them again any time soon, but I feel better knowing should anything go wrong with our other appliances, we have a professional honest company we can rely on. read more

Highly recommend for any appliance repair! My dryer couldn't power on and from the start of my inquiry to the complete repair, Aaron was very prompt in communicating with me. He made me feel like a valued customer all the way through. Transparent with costs, easy to schedule appointments, and very clear with what the issues would be with my dryer. He contacted me as soon as he got the part so that he can schedule to repair it. And luckily for me, it took him only 10 minutes and he was in and out of my home with my dryer in working order. When shopping around for repair service, they were the cheapest as well. Im a very happy customer and will highly recommend. read more

Service Pros deserves, and earned this 5 Star plus Review. 100% A+ for Service Pros. Honest & Professional. Called 8/10/23 The Tech arrived next day 8/11/23, on time, with the part, to repair our 264 lb GE Double Built-in Wall Oven which needed a fan blower for an F96 error code replacement. Tech accomplished this without assistance, singlehandedly in 40 minutes, 20 minutes to pull the oven & replace the part, 20 minutes to reinstall the oven. He was friendly, fast, very nice, all business, and genuinely seemed happy to help. Bless him, and Service Pros. The difference between A+ Honest Professionals like ServicePros3600.com, compared to scam companies. Our saga: We have HSA (same company as AHS - they merged), HSA previously sent a different, dishonest, repair company a month prior, read my review for ADA. ADA lied that the oven could not be removed from the cabinet, not HSA's fault, but we learned our lesson, we believed ADA, shame on us. We didn't know what to do, we finally called HSA again, then they then assigned Service Pros who deserves, and earned this 5 Star plus Review. Note: the Service Pros Tech moved this oven out 6 inches with 1 hand, then put it on the dolly to repair it. Just like that. read more

Travis came to fix my dishwasher through my hone warranty. Even though there were some hi-cups with a piece, in the end it all worked out. Service Pros was super professional, timely and very responsive with their messaging. I messaged with an immediate need to get my dishwasher fixed, and they messaged me back within an hour. Now I am embarrassed to admit that the kids put it on child lock (yes laugh out loud), and I had no idea nor any clue how to fix it. So here I was assuming my dishwasher broke only to find out it was stuck in child lock mode. Our servicer laughed, fixed it and was on his way. I am sure we made his day and it was one I won't forget. So although nothing needed to be fixed I have noted them as a go to company when our appliances need to be fixed. Now I will definitely be using my dish washer more! read more

Working with Service Pros is hit or miss. Mostly miss. First and foremost, I have called this company for nearly a year by telephone. NEVER ONCE has anyone from this office ever returned a phone call and even worse, never ever have they answered the phone. I have tried to reach them early morning, mid-morning, late morning, early afternoon, mid-afternoon, and late afternoon. The only way I have reached them, sorta, is by having American Home Shield contact them on my behalf. Service Pros has been to my house. When I initiated a service order for my Sub Zero refrigerator last year, they did call and set up an appointment, evaluated, and ordered parts. They come to my house to install the replacement parts at some point. This is what is bizarre. Service Pros sent a tech that did not know how to work on my Sub Zero. At the very end, the Service Pros tech tells me to my face that he can not install the 'heat tape' to keep the refrigerator from building ice frost on the coils because he does not know-how. Note: The heat tape is critical as the Sub Zero side-side-by-side freezer builds the ice, and then the unit can not cool the refrigerator portion. Anyway, after the technician admits his lack of qualification to service the Sub Zero, I have a private conversation in my head and say to myself, 'Pardon? Huh? What? No way? Seriously? Service Pros sends a tech to work on a Sub Zero that does not know how to work on and install parts for a refrigerator? This is surreal!' Did I say anything to the tech? No, and it's because I was speechless. I recall standing in the kitchen before the tech, and I opened my mouth to let my jaw drop a little. I believe it is at this point that time stood still, and I said bye as the technician gathered his tools and exited the house. Ultimately, the technician took all the parts with him and abandoned the job. Gone, they left and never came back. Yikes! After the technician left, I kept saying to myself over and over..........NO WAY! This so did not happen-really? Did it? I suppose, in some way, you have to turn tragedy into Comedy, and I tried to scoff it off and hope that Service Pros makes it safe to refrigerate again? They didn't. I guess I am moving from Comedy and back to tragedy. I gave it a good deal of thought. I couldn't have upset anyone at Service Pros because...wait for it...I never had a conversation with the office staff in order to please beg them to fix the Sub Zero that they attempted to fix but did not fix. Why? Because they do not answer the phone. Before writing this review, I visited many of the positive reviews, and all I can say is that I am envious of those that had a positive experience. Service Pros can do a great job if they want to. In my case, they presumably did not care. In my case, it is impossible to determine why my Service Pros experience was an epic failure. Is it because of Covid? Lack of staff? Too much business and therefore no need to care? I do not know the reasoning. But here I am in July 2022, and Service Pros never repaired the unit, which remains broken. I have to give kudos to American Home Shield. They desperately tried to communicate with Service Pros and, even in their own experience, exhausted every possible remedy to get them to do the job. American Home Shield gave up. After 8-9 months of going back and forth about the issue finally withdrew the service with Service Pros because they looked over the 8-9 months of notes and determined that Service Pros would not or does not know how to service a Sub Zero. The last representative I spoke with said they referred my case to their contract department for review to remove Service Pros as a provider for American Home Shield. If they do, this would be a good thing. In the end, all Service Pros had to do was answer a phone call, be upfront that they know how to service Sub Zeros, or perhaps that they are too busy and lack the qualified know-how with some of the staff and decline the service. This would have allowed American Home Shield to refer my case to another provider. This would have been a kind thing to have done. read more

Would not recommend this company to anyone! At first I thought they were okay. Needed a bottom wall oven fixed as it was not working. They were choosen from my home warranty company, they came out in a timely manner and they had to order a part, that service person was very nice. When the part came in a different technican came out - I know he was having a problem, as he had to make a call for advice. When he finally got done he showed me the oven was working. I asked for an invoice was told they would email one. Never Received. I found 2 screws on my kitchen floor, and one screw on the top oven when he put it back together was just Setting in the hole (wrong screw???). I called them left a message, Now only once in while the ovens will turn I can't change the clock, can't use the broiler Its like the panel is out of wack. No return call for months I tried calling them left messages, email them, went thru there web site and Never heard from them! Unfortunately patients is Not any good - I waited to long to contact my Home Warranty company and I now have to pay another service call to another company to fix the oven buttons. This is a NO RESPONSE company if you need them to come back! read more

HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Yelp would not let me give them zero stars. No one answers the phone or returns messages. I called and left multiple messages and after almost 4 months I call and they have marked my account as completed without even a call. I would highly recommend going to anyone else. They don't seem to care about their customers. They should loose their referrals from Viking for sure. Don't waste your time with them. Update as of 11-08-2022: As there is no other way to respond to incorrect claims by the owner on my previous review. I am writing a fresh review. we went with an alternative service provider and the issue is resolved within 2 days. That tells you all the story about Service Pros. I am sure Owner will shamelessly defend himself again but the damage is already done. They tried to trick us to keep us waiting for months & months, fortunately we read reviews from other yelpers and got out of this situation with in a month , could have been worse. I dont see the motive other than making easy service call fee for few minutes of stopping by. Below is what i wrote on 11-05-2022: Please stay away from using ServicePros. My warranty company assigned them to work on a faulty gas range at my renters. After preliminary diagnosis and collecting the service fee, Technician determined to ordered parts for the repair. Ever since they kept changing the dates on us for good 40 days, They wont answer the calls for the most part and did not respond to my voicemails. We just need to keep calling them until we get hold of a staff member or Aaron himself. First i thought they are extremely busy hence could not return our calls or promptly finish our job, but after reading some reviews on Yelp, i confirmed that this behavior is a regular pattern. Not sure whats the intention behind, but they certainly delay the work for weeks and months in the name of waiting for parts and does not return your calls nor update the warranty unless they reach out to them. ServicePros is dishonest with us and also with our warranty company, Giving us moving dates for the parts arrival. Once again Stay away from ServicePros, i will also post this is on google reviews, Las Vegas review sites and facebook. My intention is not to take the business away but they need to feel the pain of a stranded customer waiting for a response on the repairs for over a month. Not having enough staff is not a excuse. If you cant do it, dont accept the work. I hope someone will file a lawsuit for not performing the duties after collecting the service fee. read more

I called to get a noisy fridge repaired and was given an appointment for the following morning. Cipriano showed up and fairly quickly diagnosed the issue and then made the necessary repair. Fortunately, the problem was relatively minor in nature and required no parts. I appreciated Cipriano's honesty about the issue and found him to be very knowledgeable, cordial and respectful. I should also mention the fee for service was entirely reasonable as compared to the competition. Based upon the foregoing, I definitely recommend this company should you require repairs for any of your appliances. read more

Had a house fire and dishwasher just happened to tank at the same time. Carlos came out, was here for 15 seconds, figured out the problem and left; stating he knows what part to order. They NEVER, EVER, EVER answer their phone and return a call if you leave a voicemail. Choice Home Warranty called them several times and they NEVER, EVER EVER answered their phone or returned a call to them. They showed up at our house without an appointment (broken microwave), determined the issue, said they would order the part and "be back in a couple of days." Right. I spoke to the home warranty company who said they had not called them with a diagnosis and until they had that, they would not pay anything toward the claim. I called Service Pros and, of course, they never answered the phone. I left a message (so did the home warranty company) advising they needed to provide a diagnosis. They never called. I spoke with home warranty again this morning - still no diagnosis "but they will be at your house today between 3-8." "Uhm, no they won't. Cancel my claim." They cancelled our claim, said they advised Service Pros of the cancellation. I called Service Pros immediately and also advised them claim was cancelled and we would not allow them in the gate. How this company stays in business is beyond me. read more

They were assigned the job of fixing a leaky dishwasher, Aaron showed up and stated that it was the water pump and that he would order the part and notify me once he had it. That was back in June, it's now July and I have called and left several messages but have not heard back. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable!!! read more

They won't answer or call you back when you are working through a home warranty. They give you a time frame when they will come out but they just show up when they would like with no message or call saying they are on the way. I asked for afternoon service they showed up early morning twice. Tech guessed on what was wrong with my washer and had to order parts twice. The the first time he didn't bother to check it correctly. The second time he said he couldn't remove a bolt to install the new part he ordered so he was just going to tell the home warranty so they replace the whole thing. I'm on week 6 and they still haven't contacted my home warranty to update them or help fix my washer. read more

Impossible to get a promised callback. Called multiple days for simple information (a serial number of our oven), and told "We'll call you back", and lo and behold...it never happened. Told they would relay the message to Chris. Did not happen, as we did get a hold of him the next day, and he had no idea what we were talking about. To make it worse, he said he'd call back but never did, and further calls resulted in a recording. Beyond that, their mailbox was full. Surprise, surprise! I'd recommend a different company if you can, or expect to be put-off indefinitely. We're uncomfortable leaving a bad review, but are also old-fashioned in that when someone says they will do something, we expect them do it. If they are not going to follow up with something, they shouldn't say that they will. Callbacks in included! read more
