Our 7 year old dryer stopped heating so I called Cristian and he sent a technician over within a couple hours. Joseph arrived in his professional type Teckrom panel van and quickly set up his gear, including protective cover for our wood flooring and went to work. He took apart the dryer and verified that the heating system was functioning properly. He diagnosed blocked ductwork that we inadvertently crushed by pushing the dryer too close to the wall. After cleaning and repositioning the duct he tested the system and it heats perfectly! The dryer is good for another 7 years! I don't review very many service providers but Teckrom is one of the best we have engaged with so we are pleased to recommend them. They are experts in a variety of repair services, and we have used them for a Bosch dishwasher and several times for a Samsung refrigerator. The service agents noted our LG washer and dryer and told us that they are familiar with those as well, should we have any problems. Their work has always been effective but the thing we most appreciate about them is their communication skills, follow up and counsel for future needs. We feel safe in their hands and never feel like they are taking advantage of us, not trying to upswell us like so many shady companies. So, I had a Thanksgiving emergency. My Bosch dishwasher decided to tucker out the day before hosting dinner for 20. I reached out on Yelp. Teckrom was the first to respond and even offered some feedback over the phone. Cristian arrived the morning before Thanksgiving (with his virtual superhero cape) and spent a few hours diagnosing and repairing not just the dishwasher but also the drain line and aerator. He also gave me a ton of advice on how to increase the longevity of my appliance.
