He quickly diagnosed the problem and said he had the needed part in stock. What? Not a wait for weeks?! Viktor returned the next day, on time, and quickly installed a new board that was needed. I was back in cooking business right away. Viktor was incredibly professional, polite and very personable. While I initially thought his quote was high, he was competitive with other repair companies. It's the new normal and still cheaper than having the replace an appliance.
