He quickly diagnosed the problem and said he had the needed part in stock. What? Not a wait for weeks?! Viktor returned the next day, on time, and quickly installed a new board that was needed. I was back in cooking business right away. Viktor was incredibly professional, polite and very personable. While I initially thought his quote was high, he was competitive with other repair companies. It's the new normal and still cheaper than having the replace an appliance. During the visit he was continually acting very unprofessional. Basically, he claimed that "all seven lights have to be changed". This was after he made a phone call without identifying who he was calling. He said, " there were no replacement lights available at the factory ". Then he said, "if there were, they would cost $27.00 apiece." I told him that we got one light to try out from Amazon, and it was $8.00. So, he said that "go ahead and order them from Amazon."
