Super kind guy in this store. Told my son to clean his Target vacuum at home, and told him how. Didn't want to take advantage as the service cost would have been more than a new vacuum. read more

My Bissell vacuum cleaner broke down and wouldn't work anymore so I took it to be repaired at this shop. It looks like they also sell vacuums as well and other accessories or cleaners. Turns out the vacuum was clogged and they unclogged it and I was able to pick it up within a few days. The couple that run the store are very nice and professional. read more

The service was quality service. I brought in a Dirt Devil vacuum to be serviced and it was ready the next day. John and his mom were very professional with the service and they had a great customer service. I give them a 10 out of 10. And the price was reasonable also. read more

They gave my vacuum and great overhaul and got it running as good as new. Very friendly store

We visited Bank's and worked with John. We found him very helpful and honest in getting us what we actually needed vs. what we thought we needed. I watched his interactions with other customers and he was as awesome with them as he was with us. We would definitely recommend this store to anyone. We would also recommend the Oreck Orbiter that we purchased with assistance from John. It has worked wonders on our tile floors! read more

It's not easy to find a good vacuum store anymore these days so I was thrilled when I found Bank's. I took in my no less than 16 year old Simplicity vacuum and they were able to order a special part for me and fix it right up! Plus they provided me a loaner vacuum in the process. Now my Simplicity is running like new again! Bank's is very knowledgeable and provide exceptional customer service. I will be returning to Bank's for all my vacuum needs. read more

My Hoover rewind elite plus wasn't functioning properly. The button to retract the cable wasn't working at all. I was within the return policy however, I did not have the box so Walmart suggested I contact the manufacturer. When I did they sent me here for a possible repair. From the jump when I walked in the gentleman who I assumed was the owner was stand-off ish and rude. He seemed like this was an inconvenience to him and did everything in his power to persuade me to take it back to Walmart. He acted like he couldn't be bothered with it. I almost just left but I had spent over $100 on this vacuum and the manufacturer referred me here and I needed it fixed. He finally "graced" me with help but told me he'd be in Disney world for a while so I'd have to wait even longer. It was just a weird and awkward experience, very unprofessional and made me so upset. By the time my replacement was ready I sent my husband to get it because I didn't want to deal with that ridiculousness again. You couldn't pay me to go back here and I'd never take a second look at this place. If your vacuum is messed up go to the manufacturer and refuse to come here or buy the parts online cause this place was a joke. read more

Great place to get your vacuum serviced. Have a vacuum that is about 10 years old and they serviced the vacuum and made it brand new again.

I visited the Henderson location to have my small cordless Dyson serviced as it was gunked up with years of pet hair and dust. The manager who helped me was super nice and helped me understand why I should not be using a small cordless Dyson as the sole vacuum cleaner for my approx 2,000 sqft house. Long story short, I left with a new vacuum cleaner - but not before I was given a great discount on both the new vacuum cleaner and the service on the Dyson. I'm super happy with my new purchase - and with my enhanced ability to clean my home! read more

Just bought the loudest vacuum on the market from a store we have continuously done business with for over FIFTEEN years. Why? We have two big "sheddy" dogs. Our Oreck vacuum performs on hard surfaces & carpeting better than most others & it doesn't require a bank loan to purchase. The product noise costs a 1 star penalty to an otherwise 5 star experience. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THE DB LEVEL OF ORECK PRODUCTS. Suggest the engineers get busy fixing this UNHEALTHY problem! read more

A big thank you to Bank's for helping me reassemble my Dyson! The service was friendly and professional. They also have a good selection of vacuums and electronic mops. Highly recommend! read more

I purchased a belt for my parents' Oreck XL upright vacuum from an Amazon account that claimed it was a genuine part. When they received it, the wording on the belt wasn't quite right and left them feeling uneasy using it, potentially causing a fire. I called this store and was helped by both John and Megan. They clarified the potential issue with the third-party belt. After our call, my parents drove over to show John what they had received. He recommended a belt they had in stock in the store and my parents felt more assured buying one directly from Oreck. John and Megan were very knowledgeable and helpful! I'm grateful my parents were taken care of by them. We'll definitely continue coming back to this Oreck for future help! read more

Took our "Riccar" vacuum in for routine maintenance and repair. They did an excellent job! My only complaint, I asked them to fix the switch that controls the suction from floor & tools, to carpet mode and they didn't fix. Although there were quite a few minor problems with the vac and probably just overlooked that one. Still runs great and I will be back in the future! Update: I actually took it back in and they took it back in right away to fix it! Thank you read more

Had a problem with my vacuum and got it resolved efficiently and quickly. I called and John simply said to bring it in, will look at what is going on, and that no appointment was necessary. He did make some assessments and recommendations for future vacuum cleaners as well. Stepped into the store and what an assortment of vacuums. Was well worth my time and searching online. Thank you all for your recommendation. I will be recommending them in the future to anyone that needs vacuums fixed. read more

Wow, talk about customer service.....I called, Sal answered, I ask do you fix Roomba's? He said bring it on in, I'll clean it up, take a look and let you know. When I took it he said if I don't get it fixed.... (now sit down for this) No Charge. He looked it over, said I'd have to replace 1/2 the parts and it would be better (cost wise) to buy a new one (since mine was an older model) he even advised me to call Roomba and maybe I could work something out. THANKS BANKS ORECK (especially Sal) I'll be back with my Dyson next time!! read more

I was referred by neighborhood online, when I was looking for a vacuum repair shop near me! Jason who assisted me was very knowledgeable & kind. His knowledge & passion was very impressive of vacuums, he took time & explained everything to me about my vacuum, it was clogged he also told me about caring & getting it tuned up every so often, which I never thought about really how important it is & it would make cleaning more efficient! He asked if I had a rug cleaner & let me know about getting that tuned up also! It all made sense, he made me realize how valuable these appliances are & the care needed to keep them maintained. Jason was a great source of information, honest & fair in pricing! I highly recommend this shop! read more

We bought another IQ air from this business. The first one worked so well that we decided to add one to our downstairs as well. I had a similar experience as I had the last time. Great customer service from Kevin. He even made us a good deal because this was the second purifier that we were buying.
