I chose Ferguson because they carried the brand of beverage center my husband & I wanted. Went in the showroom with the make and model number all ready to purchase. Looked around the showroom & practically had to beg for help. When we were finally with someone to place our order we discussed delivery (which is done by a freight trucking company not Ferguson) & was also told the best way to contact the sales person with any questions or problems was by email. Ok Great. We explained we lived in a condo in a gated community and they would have to come to our door....not leave it outside. We were told they probably would not un box it... might be a little difficult but expected. Had a couple questions before delivery never heard a word back. When we received our delivery, according to the truck company's policy they are not allowed to come in the building! What?! We were left with a 160 pound box on a wooden palette. You would think Ferguson would have mentioned this. What if it was a full size refrigerator? Oven? Luckily we had a furniture mover to put it on but it wasn't easy. Ferguson home recently took over electric generators direct, which I have ordered from many times also referred customers to order there generators. Had good luck and no real problems. About 2 weeks ago I ordered a generator from Ferguson home and they had the tracking number messed up from day one. Called the day after and was assured I'd get the correct tracking number, never happened. A couple days later I tried to call and was 32 in line on the phone, nope got better things to do then sit on hold. To date the tracking number is not correct in my account. The carrier called and asked if they could deliver in two days I said yes, the carrier said they would call and confirm the morning of, never heard from them waited all day until 3 pm figured it's not coming today. Get 40 minutes from home guy calls up and said I'm here with your generator. Had to send it back and pick up at the hub 50 minutes away. I messaged customer service about all this twice and never got a response. Ferguson home customer service is horrible. Guess my customers and I will be ordering generators elsewhere. read more

Still having problems and dealing with GE and their lies. Ferguson just transfers me to their third party provider, still under first year warranty for my high end/cost appliance. No one at Ferguson does any post sale support. Would never buy from them again or a GE appliance. My husband has been on the phone for an hour with the third party providers while they lie. A huge shout out to our customer service rep, Ashlee Rodriguez. On January 24, 2023 we went to Ferguson to purchase a kitchen sink faucet along with a matching RO system faucet. On January 30, 2023 the installation for the new sink and faucet began. The project has been a disaster and nightmare with the contractor. The entire plumbing system had to be reconfigured to go from two drains with the old sink to the one drain new sink. I had to run to a business for the contractor who could not hook up the RO system. I called Ashlee and kept her abreast of the situation. She went the extra mile to provide the plumber with schematics along with the help line number and where we could go for a part. It was a frustrating experience. To date the RO system is not hooked up and we had to purchase a new one. Hopefully this project will be completely completed and functional soon. I want to sincerely thank Ashlee for providing us with all her assistance. She was extremely professional and kept her cool for the many times I had to call her. Undercapitalized fly-by-night operation with no inventory. You can expect to wait months for delivery then be disappointed when it finally arrives destroyed in shipment. After 2 months waiting for our Miele dishwasher, UPS abandoned what was left of it on our doorstep and drove off. The appliance wasn't even strapped to a skid, looked like it had been pushed out of an airplane. The entire experience of dealing with Ferguson's was nothing but frustration. Save yourself the headaches of dealing with these incompetent shills, and instead purchase from Best Buy or some other retailer with local warehousing that has inventory available for immediate installation. Sure wish we had done that to begin with, even if it meant LG instead of Miele. It's been a couple years now, and the LG has worked-out great and cost 40% less to boot. Beautiful items for every room of the house, even for the outdoor area. I had to make an appointment with a specialist instead of just walking in but I believe that was required during covid. The rep we met, Grace seemed very nice but she kept us there for 2 hours talking and trying to educate us on lights. Good info to know but it consumed too much of our time. When she saw pictures of our our home, she tried to persuade us to purchase lighting fixtures for our entire house even though we said we only want it for our living room. We knew what item we wanted to buy and told her but instead of letting us make the purchase on it, she gave us a long listed homework assignment. We left with nothing that day. We went home and took the additional photos and measurements she asked for right away. She supposedly had a ton of ideas and products she found for us later but wanted us to come back in for another appointment weeks later to show us. We said just email the items that she suggests because we dont have time to come in again. That's when the customer service changed. She didn't reply to send us the so called perfect items she found. I had to email her 3 times over a month to get nowhere. Finally called to speak to a manager to get a hold of her. She finally sent us some ideas via email after all that effort and time but not what we expected. I dont get how they make money operating this way. We were ready to buy a $6,000 expensive chandelier from the very beginning. They deter you from making an instant purchase and make you do all this extra work. We were told to think about buying for other areas of the house and thats the reason behind the assignments she gave us, as its only to "match the style" of the rooms. All the additional requests she had were unnecessary. This experience was very bizarre to me. Live in a 1968 house in McNeil since 1996 and remodeled about 20 years ago- kept gold finish faucets etc in master bathroom to maintain original old Vegas flair. Hard water in Vegas does a number on plumbing. Two years ago had to replace shower apparatus and had great service then. Wonderful showroom and staff were patient and helped me replace my old Moen stainless with a goldish/bronze delta.... My Kohler gold Devonshire faucet in the master bathroom has been leaking at its handles and I returned to Ferguson. This time Luna Jones assisted me- went beyond my expectations too. She knows the products and immediately understood my needs. She helped me take advantage of Kohler's lifetime warranty and really expedited the process beyond what calling Kohler myself would have resulted in ( leaving a callback time). Kohler sent replacement cartridges but my plumber said an entire new faucet was needed. I called Luna and she called Kohler. New faucet not available until April ( 3 month wait). Luna found it in stock with Ferguson and arranged for it to be sent to me... arrived the next day... under warranty. Luna is amazing and also a fun, classy and sparkling person. Ferguson is lucky to have her serving its clients and customers. I am more than 100% satisfied and will return to Ferguson for my future plumbing needs. read more

Poor Customer Service. So I wanted to go to Fergusons because, I'm project manager and designer for a large home. We were ready to buy sinks, faucets,lighting and appliances. My clients and I were excited as we walked into the store. The front receptionist ignored us, didn't even say hello. The rest of the staff totally ignored us. We were dressed nicer than people working there. As we wandered around looking at everything, we spent about 25 minutes in the store. We passed at least 4 different workers. Not one asked if we needed help, said hello or told us we needed an appointment. We are not looking for Home Depot inventory. My husband and I walked in last Saturday with no appointment. We were greeted by a lovely young lady at the front desk and told we were welcome to browse around but typically we would need an appt. She said she would try to find us someone to help. Soon we were approached by Sales person JoJo Davis. She was very helpful with our budget conscious bathroom remodels. 3 in total. Jojo was so professional and really knew her stuff. She went out of her way to contact Delta regarding a shower replacement piece we needed. We went to Ferguson Kitchen and Bath to choose a replacement for our 17 year old Kohler Executive Chef Kitchen Sink. The sink is cast iron with an enamel finish. On June 16, 2020 we placed an order through Ferguson for the same model to replace the existing one because the finish is wearing out. The sink was ordered directly from the Kohler factory because there were none in inventory. Our sales person Terry at Ferguson was knowledgeable and helped us choose the accessories for the sink. The sink arrived in 3 weeks and after the plumber removed the old sink we found that the sink enamel finish was damaged in 2 places. Consequently the old sink was reinstalled and a replacement ordered. 3 weeks later sink number 2 arrived and it had the same type of damage. Once again a replacement was ordered from the factory and after another 3 weeks sink number 3 arrives and it was also damaged. All 3 sinks appear to be damaged by insufficient packaging. The outer and inner boxes were crushed on the corners and the Styrofoam packing around the sink was broken. I realize that the sink is very heavy but the packing and shipping should take that into consideration. After 3 damaged sinks and 9 weeks we were done with Kohler. Our sales person Terry worked with us to order a sink from another manufacturer. One week later the new sink arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend Ferguson if you want professional service. However, the accounting department took two weeks to refund the cost difference between the sinks to my credit card. We tried scheduling an appointment on a Tuesday for a Saturday before my son went back to NY the week of 1/11-15/2021. We spoke to someone from customer service called Zach very pleasant but after taking our information he said we were going to be getting a call from the supervisor, that never happened. When we call back on Friday we were promoted to leave a message which we did. Unfortunately no one called back on time before my son's trip. We did get a call back on Monday 1/18/2021 from someone named Jacqueline (I think that was the name she left on the message) but when I called back got Zach again and just like last time there was no appointments available for a week. This is a must see place if you are remodeling your home, building new, or simply just upgrading some of your older appliances or bath & kitchen hardware.  You will need an appointment for any serious consultation, but browsing is welcome.   We stumbled upon this place while dining near by and we had been wanting to upgrade our kitchen faucets for some time.  This show room is huge and they carry all high end brands and commercial grade appliances. Bring your rough room measurements and photos because you will be asking yourself or your companion a lot of "what ifs?" The front desk has a prepared list of professional services and referrals just for the asking.  We inquired and was given a couple general contractor contacts information.  But the one we called never responded.  Since we don't have an urgent need, we will worry about it when we have finalized our bathroom remodeling plan.  Parking is good and there are other good retail stores and restaurants in close proximity to make it a nice outing with family and children. read more

I do love this place very much. Personally I think their stuff is much nicer than home depot and the prices reflected as well. The person who helped me is so knowledgeable, honestly there is no way for me to finish my shopping list without her help. She helped me with all the items I didn't think of. Their prices might be slightly higher than wayfair, but it's totally worth it. I would definitely pick out the wrong items or missed few items without their help. When the plumbers and contractors told us that they couldn't repair our master bathroom without demolishing the shower and tub area, I was more than eager to be rid of the stupid jacuzzi tub that was originally built with the house in the late '90s. I kid you not... This tub was here with 2 previous homeowners before my husband bought the house. During this pandemic, my first steps were to shop around online with popular merchants, and Signature Hardware was always a top search result. Signature Hardware doesn't have storefronts, but sells through distributors/partners like Ferguson. The cool thing about Ferguson is that they let us set up an appointment online. Initial reopening phases in Nevada allowed us to change the appointment from a virtual consultation to in-person with Lindsey. The only real bummer about the showroom is that it didn't have tubs to view that were smaller than 60 in. Most of their merchandise were definitely top shelf showpieces. Seeing those $$$. Lindsey was able to work past that, seeing what options we had through the online catalog, then seeing through physical catalogs she had from major productions. She was able to answer other questions regarding our purchase, such as how long they're allowed to hold to our tub in the warehouse 'cause we weren't ready for it. Prices were transparent too 'cause it's posted on Signature Hardware, so the only additional charges came when we chose to include the tub's hardware and NV tax. When it came to scheduling the delivery date, Lindsey was on top of it as she notified me that it arrived in Vegas. Day of was smooth like everything else about this purchase, and the delivery guy was great! Cracked a few jokes with us while maintaining a professional friendly demeanor, making sure our tub wasn't damaged in any way. Too bad there isn't a negative star rating.... We ordered a Thermador custom refrigerator on March 19th and we still do not have the refrigerator installed. Terry Green was our salesman and he told us to give it 2 weeks for the items to come in. We were ok with that, as it was a custom item. After 2 weeks I called to speak with Terry to get an update. No return call. I then called the following day and the customer service rep took a message for Terry and then said she would check the status on it herself and call me back. Again, no call back. I could go on and on about how many times we called and received no callback, or you spoke with one rep that said one thing completely different from the other rep. So....here we are 19 days short of 3 MONTHS since we placed this order! It was delivered today and the delivery/install team asked if the anyone came out from Ferguson to finalize measurements, etc. We told them no, we went in and picked out and paid for this very expensive item and there was no follow-up. He then told us he could not install this items as they should have prepped the space prior to delivery. Subsequently, it was stored in our garage in boxes. We called the store and got handed off from one person to another and had to leave voicemails. We asked to speak to the General Manager, who we were told was in a meeting so we left a message. 3 messages later to 3 different people we decided to go online and look up the corporate phone number. We called and explained the situation and the terrible customer service we have received for the past 2.5 months. Ten minutes later we received phone calls from Terry (the original salesman), the manager Melissa and the General Manager. To summarize - Ferguson's sent the truck back to pick up the item and we are getting a refund back. In the meantime, we have wasted 2.5 months and have been using a small loaner fridge from a friend. I was ready to buy and their store was beautiful. I toured the store and asked 3 different people who were sitting at their desk to help me. They all said they were busy, even though they were not helping any customers, that I saw. I went up front told them I was ready to buy and they said I needed to set an appointment for another day. Although the store is beautiful the salespeople are extraordinary arrogant. They act like they are selling diamonds when they are just basically selling toilets. Anyway, I took pictures went home and ordered thousands of dollars in plumbing fixtures online and saved huge money over their prices. Should have read the reviews. We waited a year for a refrigerator. Then when finally available given date for a walkthrough and installation. Given time for walkthrough 11-2 and they show up at 10 when we were not home. A window of time is a window. Take time off work and then told installation date no longer available. Told that date was never confirmed but an estimate. How does a business give you a date and then change it. Taking time off work is money lost. You run a business that does not take into consideration your customers. We spent thousands of dollars on high end appliances. You would think customer service would be better. Super disappointed. We walked in and told the two gentlemen having coffee at the front desk what we were looking for. We were pointed to the showroom and told to just wander thru. If I could give less than 1 star I would. From the start this was a horrible experience. I ordered three appliances a dishwasher, a trash compactor, and a microwave on February 10 after waiting two weeks just to get an appointment. The representative was Terry Green. I would highly recommend NOT using him. The first issue was they delivered the dishwasher after their walk-through telling me that the dishwasher wouldn't work with the valve I had and I had to replace the valve. the very next day the dishwasher comes with of course no valve replacement have has been completed yet nobody tells me. I am at work so I am not home. They leave the dishwasher in the garage. Want to charge me for a second time for installation. The dishwasher never worked well and 2 screws fell out a week after delivery. It's eight weeks later and I still haven't had anyone come out and look at the dishwasher. The trash compactor had complete dents in it and stopped working about four days after delivery. They did replace the trash compactor the first time and unfortunately that one was also dented. Never got service on that second trash compactor. Terry stopped taking my texts and phone calls. He was absolutely horrible. Melissa the manager also would not return any of my calls. Finally my husband called. She took his call immediately because she didn't know his name and he didn't give the last name upon calling. Today the appliances were removed. 3 and a half months later I am left at my starting point with no appliances. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE save yourself time, stress and money by NOT using Ferguson. read more

She started her response with a big loud sigh looking over the top of her glasses. Then said, we close in 15 minutes and I've been with customers all day and I really want to get out of here. So we let her know that we'd just go somewhere else, that wants our business. I've worked in retail and I get it. It can be exhausting at times. But especially when you're in a high end showroom, you suck it up. We're remodeling 3 bathrooms and kitchen and we want higher end, quality fixtures. Ferguson's customer service is awful. We were in for an appointment and were told that the person who would be helping us would be with us in a moment. We wandered the store looking at light fixtures for our home. 25 minutes later he showed up. He knew nothing about their products. After each question he would disappear to find the answer. After the second question and an hour later we left. They make it extremely difficult to spend money. Their tone is arrogant and off-putting. We needed to outfit an entire new house with fixtures for lighting and left with nothing. Their products are beautiful but they made it impossible to shop there. Several employees walked right past and ignored me. Hey, I clean up well and take hygiene and grooming seriously, so it wasn't that I just walked out of a mud puddle.
