***BUYER BEWARE*** My wife and I just closed on our home 2 years ago. We met with a nice sales guy by the name "Z." He mentioned how their appliances comes from big name stores that might have slight damages that can't sell them in the stores. We bought an LG refrigerator, Samsung upright deep freezer and an LG washing machine, then later came back for a Samsung dryer. Fast forward to now and our LG fridge went out of service. The store warranty with Appliance 4 Less is only like 3 months after that you'll have to pay a professional or go through your home warranty. I first tried to call LG since they have a warranty on their products the agent said I needed the serial number which would be located inside the fridge. Why is there no serial sticker inside the fridge??? There's a million stickers all over this thing and the one sticker they need I don't have so they declined to help me. I contacted our home warranty company they have sent 4 companies who cannot seem to fix this fridge. The compressor went out and half the companies don't work on them or know how. The last guy just said because its a newer fridge they can't work on it and either LG needs to fix it or I get reimbursement from the home warranty company. We have been a month without a fridge which really sucks! I called and I think Z answered stating the manufacturer warranty is voided once they get the products which is not shared upon purchase (of course). I only gave them 2 stars because our other products are still working....for now! I would suggest if you are going to buy an appliance, its more worth the hassle paying at a normal store even if it cost more. If you choose to go with these people, please make sure the model and serial numbers are listed and have a home warranty plan in the event it ever goes out. They were very nice and provided a good price on a couple of scratch and dent LG appliances. My only complaint is I asked if the washer came with new hoses and if the dryer would be hooked up with the steam function and neither happened. They used my existing hoses and didn't hook up the dryer for the steam function. So it cost me an extra $30 for the dryer kit and I set it up myself. I think it may have been a communication issue. But again, no real complaints the machines are working well. read more

I Googled "where can I buy a double oven in Las Vegas" and came up with this store. They sell "open box" appliances that are new but not able to be sold in a traditional store for various reasons. The oven cost us a lot less than $3,000. Went there on Tuesday and saw a double oven that met our requirements and dimensions. The oven was installed on Thursday. The installers, Adrian and Juan, were very polite and professional. So far, so good. I took one * away because I had to chase them down to firm up the installation date. The oven comes with a 3-month warranty. I will amend this review if the oven fails after that point (hopefully not). read more

I typically don't write reviews but I want to inform anyone who is thinking of buying an appliance from this place to think twice. We originally bought an LG washer dryer set from them in 2021 thinking we scored a savings as it was being sold as "new" with just minor dents. Not once did the seller mentioned it was a rebuilt washer/dryer. Fast forward to 2024. My dryer goes out and upon calling my home repair warranty they send me a certified LG repairman whom then comes to tell me this is a dryer with an LG shell but whirlpool parts! WTH? I thought this was new. Needless to say my home warranty will not cover this repair and I'm in search of a new dryer. This place is a scam and for the 100-200$ you may save because it has "dents" you're better off getting a new one. read more

I purchased two refrigerators and a washer & dryer from this store. When I got it home and installed the washer & dryer I noticed that the power cord had been cut. I also noticed that there is a three inch slice in the return hose. I called the store and they said if I bring it back they would give me a different machine. I moved out of the area, so the store would be an hour away. Then they said someone could come and fix it but they couldn't come for a week. Then they said they would refund me $100.00 dollars. I'm still waiting for my refund. Horrible customer service. Make sure to check the whole machine before you leave the store. Would not recommend this store. read more

And the very next day, the handyman brought all the appliances and installed them for us. Last night, my husband found the new dryer did not have hot air. My washing machine broke down last year. At the time I had a 2-3month old baby and was up to my ears in laundry. Appliances 4 Less does repairs as well as sales so they sent Pedro. He was SO nice! He looked at the washer and determined it was something that could be fixed but that it would cost more than what the old dinosaur was worth. He invited me to the store to see their inventory but with Covid and my new baby, I chose to shop online(OfferUp). Most businesses would be done with you at that point. Pedro told me if I needed any help, to reach out. He could see that I was overwhelmed. When I found a set on offer up, I sent him the link and asked him if they were a good value. The first couple of sets I showed him he said not to buy. The last one I showed him he said it was a really good price as long as they were working(they were being sold out of a storage locker). I asked if there was any way he would be willing to check them out before I bought them. He said he would go do a check, pick up, delivery, AND install for $100. I about cried because I never would have been able to get this figured out without his help. My truck had broken down the day before and life just seemed to be pouring down on me. After Pedro installed the washer, he ran it through a cycle to ensure it was working properly. I couldn't believe how thorough he was! Anyway, while it was running, we were talking and the subject of my truck came up. He asked me to tell him what was going on with it and I did. He came out to the garage, looked it over and had it running again in five minutes!!! Pedro is a saint. He's one of the last good people left in the world. Almost 2 years later, I am having to move back home which means selling my washer and dryer. I contacted Pedro and even after all this time, he is STILL willing to help me out! This kind of customer service is incredibly rare. These guys don't just tread you like a sale, they treat you like a friend or neighbor. I am lucky to have found this place and met Pedro. I have to say, this company has supplied me with all my beautiful appliances which include , refrigerator, washer and drier, dish washer, and a gorgeous double oven, I purchased the washer and drier 8 months ago and I take all responsibility for it shutting down on me, I overloaded the washer and it stopped working. When I called Z and Sam they responded promptly and without hesitation they returned my call and within two days and two visits my washer was repaired and running. I went there and I asked about it because the tag said 599 but I told them online it said, 539 and she pointed and said it was this one so I said perfect! I decided to apply for Snap finance and qualified for 4800 and she was shocked. She said she's never seen that number before. She then tried to see if I needed washers or a dryer and I said no. We then began the process and she put 599 and I told her on her ad it said 539. She had the nerve to then change her story saying the sold that one when she specifically pointed at it and told me that was the one. I told him it's okay, we'll cancel my application. They tried to negotiate price but I honestly believe they were just trying to get whatever out of me since she saw how much I qualified for. They kept insisted on changing the price but I was Over it. There's a comment below that they told the person they had it after their drive and when you arrive they don't have it. I purchased a dryer from here and applied for the financing and got approved. After some months. I call to clarify the balance on the dryer. I was not aware that this company SNAP Financial. Charged astronomical interest rates like a rent to own place. After reading my paper work that I received from SNAP, it said it was a rental on the contract. When I brought it to their attention - they became nervous and kept saying it was not a rent but the paperwork indicated this. I call the appliance store and they were very shady also. Please do not shop from here. Their appliances seem to be scratch and dent and they are selling them too high. Just scamming people. Not even worth one star - Do not buy from them. Worst place ever - they sold me a refrigerator last year. Now the compressor has gone bad. The LG repairman told me there was never a warranty on the fridge because the compressor had already been replaced and this company removed the sticker from inside the fridge that would show the model/serial number. He said that voided the warranty. This is incredibly deceitful by Appliances 4 Less. They know exactly what they are doing when they sell their appliances.
