I'm a classroom teacher and not used to working from home, but now we need to adapt as we navigate this new virtual teaching/ distance learning space. I started having a lot of pain in my body and was recommended to get a better office chair. I've tried Herman Miller chairs before, and thought this is the perfect time to invest in one! I know I needed a functional, yet nice looking chair. When I searched for Herman Miller chairs near me in Vegas, HB was the only place that carries it! I called on a Friday morning and was able to make an appointment the same day! I spoke with Nicole M. over the phone and met with her that afternoon. Nicole was so helpful, informative, accommodating, not pushy and really made my experience great! The location is easy to get to in Downtown LV and I parked right in front. I was blown away by the gorgeous office space, design and professionalism. I was able to try 4 different Herman Miller chair models and choose the Sayl. It was important to me to try all the different chair models since this was a big purchase. Nicole walked me through the benefits of each chair and didn't rush me at all. Once I picked the chair, Nicole really took her time helping me find the perfect colors! I didn't know I could even customize almost every part of the chair, which was amazing! This was a personalized experience where I felt very valued and important. I expected to pay $1,500-2,000 for the chair plus a possible design fee. To my surprise, I didn't need to pay Nicole for her services, AND HB offered their discount to me. I ended up paying less than $1,000 which includes tax and free shipping! After the appointment I kept in touch with Nicole and her coordinator to come up with a proposal and payment process online. This process took about a week and I believe the chair will come in 4-6 weeks, depending on the customizations I made. Nicole was very helpful in revising the proposal and emailing me back in a timely manner. Overall I'm very happy with the experience and I can't wait to receive my chair!

Dan was great. We went there with the measurements from our installer. For a custom door u need…read more many more details than just the size of the door opening. In swing, out swing, left swing, etc. U get the idea. Dan came out on his time on a Sunday and took all the measurements needed. The installer was able to install easily since everything was measured correctly. Dan was even able to correct the threshold. We have an out swing door and the current threshold was for. an in swing door. Thank you Dan!

First for a solid core exterior door, second for two hollow core interior doors, and I'm currently having him prepare me a quote for a sidelight, double French door, sidelight setup. I knew a bit about what I was looking for this time around, but he broke down the pros and cons of each component that goes into a door. In my past experiences, he's been extremely personable. I even caught him on the morning of his birthday once, and he told me that the reason he was working was because the only time he's not worked on his birthday, his house ended up flooding. He's always had great stories. This last time I was in there, I brought my 14 month old son. Although he got a little restless while we talked, Dan never acted like it was an inconvenience to him or the business.

I know how important a top of the line barbecue is. I had one in my previous house and I was really missing it. They have a lot of products to choose from. They listen to your wants and needs and try to put you together with the right products. I love that they have a showroom where you can actually see and touch the type of grill or griddle that you will be buying. They were always available for any questions that I had. When they came to build the barbecue, they were the quietest workers I think I've ever experienced! They were in and out without disturbing me, or any of my neighbors. The barbecue that I bought is amazing and I've been having a lot of fun with it. I did have one issue with one of the tiles that they chose for the center tile. When I brought it up with them, it was replaced without any issue or pushback. I would highly recommend this business. They sell quality products and do a great job.

When my Traeger Junior Grill stopped working a couple of months ago, I knew that I had to call Premier BBQ. They promptly scheduled a service appointment within less than a weeks time. The young man assessed the issue and clearly explained the reasons why the controller needed replacing. Thankfully, since he had replacement items in his truck, he was able to install the newer Traeger controller within minutes. He took time to confirm that it was in working operation. This newer controller is an upgrade and it is a noticeable improvement to the original factory install. John at Premier BBQ then went above and beyond by calling Traeger customer service and after a lengthy discussion he was able to secure approval of a warranty issue. Both John and Shay stand behind her products and services and I would recommend Premier BBQ and Fire to anyone!
