I bought a number of patio items from Mrs. Patio over the years. I have always liked their selection, quality and service. Actually, I haven't bought anything for about 10 years as everything has held up nicely. As everyone knows, prices are high and availability is low for most everything during COVID. Therefore, we decided to rehabilitate the older furniture we had. As I mentioned it was all bought at Mrs. Patio in Henderson NV. So, we got new slings and cushions made locally. Since the metal was faded, nicked and scratched we powder coated it all. The stuff looked fantastic when we were done, but the powder coating process requires NEW plastic end pieces, post bushings, end caps and stem glides since the old ones were worn, and some destroyed during removal. These things are hard to find, especially since the stuff was old and we didn't have the sales receipts. Anyway, by phone, and emailed pictures of the plastic pieces and furniture, CLINT, did I mention the salesman name?, it was CLINT, once again CLINT who went out of his way to identify, locate and drop ship these items to me from TROPITONE in Florida. Anyway, I tried to slip him a FRANKLIN but he refused it. He was just happy to help me over the several weeks of my emails and calls to locate the items. Basically, these necessary parts finished the rehab of my old patio furniture. He certainly went far beyond what I would expect in customer service. I really appreciated this place & and its options. However one item needed to be custom made& and they took the measurements & charged us additional for custom. However when we picked it up it was incorrect. So we returned it & tried again, that o e was incorrect. So after 4 returns, it is still wrong. They will not fix it because it was custom ( & paid extra) I can't believe how many times we had to return it & still is wrong. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

We have been customers for over 20 years and the furniture that we bought then is still here until a couple of years ago we decided to go with a different color and comfort for some of it and still have our outdoor table . When we needed to change cushions on our outdoor dining table, it was an easy process and it came in perfectly. We are glad that there are some old fashioned, family owned businesses in Las Vegas. I know the prices are upscale, however, before I moved out here, I bought less expensive outdoor stuff and none of it made the move, it turned into junk. We decided to go with better quality furniture and it was a great decision.. Much of the negative comments related to Umbrellas and we have never used them and likely will not, because we already know the winds can be vicious here without warning. However, if you want great, sturdy furniture that will stand the test of time, we highly recommend them.. read more

Had a terrific experience with Clint at Mrs Patio on Sunset. Have a Homecrest patio set that is 23 years old. Stopped by to see about getting new slings for the chairs, the actual chair structure is still in terrific shape. Clint was a terrific help in helping us through the process. Communication was very good, from a timeline perspective, right on time. Chairs were picked up on Thursday and we're returned today on a Sunday with the new slings. Terrific care in sling installation and delivery by Greg. The saying of you get what you pay for is very true. Investment upfront, but quality to last a lifetime. You know I've been a resident for 57 years I lived in Green Valley and I've been in this establishment several times hoping that I could make a purchase but every time I found nothing but rude rude rude Associates this time was the absolute worst have been searching for patio furniture for my home and thought I'd give it one more try went in on Memorial Day Walked in but the two employees were too busy speaking with each other to say anything to me or my husband then I asked if the curtains were for sale And a woman at the register said no they're not kidding I said well I would sell anything if it wasn't nailed down. Do you ever find yourself asking "why am I paying this much for a chair?" Or "why does the furniture outside in this windy, devils butthole of an area charge so much for patio furniture?" Then this place isn't for you like it wasn't for me. It's just soo excessive and they throw name brands around like it actually means something...they charge thousands for OUTDOOR furniture, and they have zero shame about it. Though I find it shameful. I have bought many things over the years here. Even when it was Mr Pool & Mrs Patio! My most recent purchase several years ago was a my 3rd umbrella only this one was a huge $2800 rectangular umbrella. I've had to have it serviced a couple times cuz it would go up and down easily. Each time costing a service charge. And Of course there was a fee to come out again to take a look at some new wind damage which I didn't mind that. And get it. The $2800 umbrella was no small investment. When the wind blew it over and damage it I was told the repair would be $1500-2K. Shockingly after I was charged the $65 to come out again. They only took the umbrella and left the weighted base. I wasn't interested in spending another $1500 or more on the repair so I took a pass and asked that they come back to remove the base. "Sorry sir. We don't offer that service"! No wonder why the business is now called only Mrs Patio! Enough said. I Wouldn't shop there again. I've been a customer of Mrs Patio since 2003. Over the years I have worked with Robin, Clint and Debra. All have been very helpful and easy to work with when selecting outdoor furniture, fabrics and accessories. Unfortunately this summer I ran into a significant product issue for items that were delivered late last year. The staff stepped in and coordinated the entire warranty process for me. I spoke to Clint about our umbrella that we bought from them that's over priced not opening and he completely dismiss me saying he needed too call me back bc there's people in the showroom like I'm not a paying customer. Why shop here? Our experience was walking in the store, the only two sales people were with other customers, but they didn't even acknowledge us, just ignored us during lengthy additional conversations with their current customers. As we walked around the store we noticed the prices were three times as high as similar outdoor furniture stores like RC Willey, which absolutely has attentive customer service. I had Limited time on a Sunday to find a quality chaise , double wide, for my second story balcony. The big box stores tax my patience and using yelp to sort the more custom options, proved to be very rewarding . Driving up to the store , I knew that it might cost more but k using they carry sunbrella , meant quality. Kim, the very nice sales Associate was also training a new girl so I went through some options to order and wait about six weeks. The floor models were not exact matches for my other pieces but seeing one that closely resembled was fine by me. They gave me a slight discount and promised to have it delivered the next day . Just left this place shocked with the awful costumer service given by this African American sales lady that greeted my husband and I by saying sorry we are closing in a such rude way. The hours for the place says 6pm and we opened their door 5:39. We said it isn't 6 clock yet but the energy turned us down. Please note - this review pertains to customer service only, as that is as far as I managed to get with this company. I merely called to request pricing on a custom outdoor cushion, got a call back 2-3 days later telling me that they had a cost for me - but they didn't leave the price on my voice mail (why I have no idea). I called back and left a message asking them to please leave this information if I missed their next call - more than a week has passed and no one has called yet. If they can't return a phone call and don't understand how to leave messages, I'm not very confident in how they will perform if paid. Time to move on - if you want adept customer service, go elsewhere. UPDATE - We got a call back on voice mail today after one final call, and it was $500-$800 more expensive than all other options online. I purchased an 11' umbrella on May 21st, I wanted to shade my in ground hot tub. I never used it until about 1 month later. I am 85 years old and did not feel well. Last Tues I did invite a friend to sit on the edge of the hot tub, with our feet in the water, The umbrella stand that I purchased had wheels, they said it would lock?? we were sitting there and the umbrella rolled into the hot tub. the base weighs more than 100 lbs, I called the store and spoke to Debra, and then Clint. when I told him what happened, and the lock did not work, his answer was "it was an act of God", I said I want to speak to the owner, he said "that's not going to happen", I said I want to return the umbrella, which cost $900.10.35, he said no. the customer service is a horror here. they misrepresented their merchandise, and do not want to stand behind it. They carry fireplace rock which is hard to find only $25 for 10 pounds. My original fireplace rock is burnt up and sooty making the glass dirty during each use. I returned to buy fireplace gas burner and they are the only store in Las Vegas to carry them now that Home Depot has discontinued selling them. Excellent service and knowledgable employees. They let your browse on your own and check in on you every now and again. You will not find Home Depot quality stuff here, this is good, quality (semi expensive) patio furniture. They don't have a huge selection, but they can custom order any piece for you which would arrive in 4-6 weeks. There are fabrics galore and different frame colors to choose from. They have free set up and delivery and Kim told me they would even take my old stuff!! There wasn't a question that went unanswered, no matter what it was, Kim knew the answer and was not pushy at all. When I first arrived, she asked me what I was looking for and proceeded to give me a stack of brochures/booklets to look over at home to familiarize myself with the different brands. Come here first before going to a pool store for your patio furniture which is way overpriced for lesser quality. They have furniture made in the USA which is a huge plus to me!
