I called Absolute Appliance one afternoon and they sent someone out the next day. Tony texted me when he was on his way and arrived about 15 min later. He looked at the issue and explained what the problem was with a broken hose and immediately went about fixing it. After that he replaced one of the lights in the freezer which illuminated all of them (like a string of Xmas tree lights). I would highly recommend Absolute Appliance, and especially Tony. He was polite, friendly, and efficient! A great overall job!

I was told the part would arrive in 3-5 business days, but after no updates, I followed up again on Nov 3-4 and was told the part had already arrived. An appointment was scheduled for Nov 6, but there was confusion about the service window, and when the technician arrived, it turned out the wrong part had been ordered despite providing them with my serial number prior. This caused another delay of several days. The correct part was finally installed on Nov 13. The installer, Justin, was very nice, professional, and clean. While the final repair was done well, I feel like my experience could've been better with the communication. Overall, I do still recommend this company.

Unfortunately today I had the opposite experience. Communication was sub par, I had to repeatedly ask the same question 3 times to get an answer about if their $95 consult fee was included in the cost of repairs. They told me Yes but only if the repair can be done in the same visit. But that was not the case last time they came, back in April, they arrived in the morning diagnosed the issue then left to get the part and came back a few hours later to fix it and the consult fee was included in the price. If you come today around 4-6pm and need to get a part you most likely won't be able to get that part till the next day.. sounds like a quick way to make an extra $95 especially when you originally told me you would come tomorrow and then say you can actually come tonight but not answer my question about the consult fee until the third time of me asking. Just left a bad taste in my mouth, most companies will include there consult fee in the cost of repairs no matter if they fix it that day or the next. If you are researching companies to help you with your appliance repairs, this company Is definitely capable of doing so but make sure to get clear answers to your questions before proceeding with Sams or you might just get scammed.

Instead, the technician spent less than 5 minutes looking at my appliance, did nothing to actually fix it, and then told me to try soaking it in hot water with vinegar--advice I could have found with a quick internet search. On top of that, he demanded payment before even finishing the job, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable. After he left, the appliance still did not work. When I raised my concerns, I was met with excuses rather than accountability. Customers deserve honesty, effort, and quality service. Demanding money upfront, rushing through a job, and leaving with the problem unresolved shows a serious lack of integrity. I strongly caution anyone considering this company. There are plenty of businesses that actually stand behind their work--this one, unfortunately, is not among them.

The seller is in California in Orange County where Covid is raging and she is following the Governor's stay at home order. Hence, my partner and I were tasked with troubleshooting the Buyer's request for a new oven. Long story not so short: Spectrum Home Inspection had inspected the condo 3 weeks ago and found the oven to be functioning perfectly and accompanied their findings by Visual reading photos. Buyer # 1 backs out because of Covid related issues. Enter Buyers # 2 and their lovely real estate agent. Their home inspector states that the nearly new wall oven is defective and it doesn't go past 86 degrees. He states it doesn't heat. The Seller states the oven was just fine and hadn't been used since the prior inspection, and the Buyers agent generously states she will "take care" of the cost of fixing the oven. She calls Mr. Appliance. My partner is present for the Mr. Appliance appointment. So is she. The technician had no clue what he was doing. He tried. It was obvious he was new. He said the oven heats to 600 degrees and that the top element does not stay on when heating, and that the control board was defective and that it is not manufactured anymore and the Seller needs a new oven. He tried to drag the oven out of the wall to get to the control board, but my partner stopped him. This technician kept reading the manual and calling someone and this took almost 2 hours with no resolution other than the fact that our client had to buy a new oven. Now, this makes no sense to me. Mr Appliance was called for a non heating issue and states the oven is TOO hot at 600 degrees...and my client has been asked by the buyer to replace the oven - a $2k or so cost. Today, I called Mr. Appliance and was greeted pleasantly by Jessica - I go over the above while she attentively and patiently listens. I asked her if she could send out her repairman who was being called repeatedly by yesterday's tech. She doesn't hesitate and says yes and schedules Bachir right away for an appointment. He arrives ASAP and had to wait for us to return to the property for 30 minutes. I apologized to Jessica for not being able to get there so quickly, and she says, "No Problem" - he will wait for you. We enter the property. Bachir pulls out a temperature probe and connects it to the interior of the oven and asks how the other guy from yesterday measured the temperature - did he use a probe. The answer was no - just a thermometer thingy. Bachir sets the oven to 350 degrees. The oven beeps when it is heated. Everything is fine. He explains that the oven is in brand new condition, explains about how an oven's temperature regulates to maintain the desired temperature, and what devices are used to measure the ranges properly. Furthermore Bachir explains that the top element only is operational during the pre heat cycle - it was not broken, After the oven pre heats - the top element goes off - unless it is in broil function. He knew his stuff inside out. The oven did not need to be removed from the cabinet - and there was nothing wrong. He produced a report on his Ipad advising the same. There was no charge for the second visit. Jessica and Bachir are caring , diligent, and knowledgable people. The first tech was new and probably needs to be an apprentice for awhile...Bachir fixes most all appliances and he and Mr. Appliance will be my go to people for everything appliance related. You can tell how good a business really is when something goes wrong, and how they rectify the situation. This was 5 STAR service with a smile ( I imagine as Bachir wore his mask the entire time). And an extremely efficient process after being paid in full . They cared very much about doing a good job and have an excellent work ethic. As an aside, in order to work in the high rise condo this unit is located in, the company has to have to have a million dollars liability insurance policy and workman's comp on file with the HOA. Mr. Appliance complies with those pre requisites.

I Googled "where can I buy a double oven in Las Vegas" and came up with this store. They sell "open box" appliances that are new but not able to be sold in a traditional store for various reasons. The oven cost us a lot less than $3,000. Went there on Tuesday and saw a double oven that met our requirements and dimensions. The oven was installed on Thursday. The installers, Adrian and Juan, were very polite and professional. So far, so good. I took one * away because I had to chase them down to firm up the installation date. The oven comes with a 3-month warranty. I will amend this review if the oven fails after that point (hopefully not).

It is worth noting that all appliances they sell are in some way defective, even if it is new in box... there is something wrong with it or it wouldn't be at their store. I was told the unit we bought was brand new in box, they even showed me the box, so even though I was aware that all their appliances are sold "as is", I assumed it would look brand new... it did not. Our fridge arrived with a very large dint on the top right, just next to the corner, and cracks in 2 of the inner plastic drawers/shelves. The fridge took about 72 hours to reach cooling levels safe for food storage and they even had to send a tech out to verify it was working properly. In the end we saved about $400 bucks off MSRP, which was about $300 cheeper than Home Depots price was (even though appliances 4 less delivery was twice as expensive), but next time I'd rather spend more for a better quality fridge that isn't all banged up and looking 3 years old upon installation. In a pinch if you are like us and are low on funds and don't have the privilege to be picky on what your appliances look like (scratches, dents, missing drawers or door handles) then this place is a more affordable option. But if you can afford to go someplace else I suggest you do.
