Worst customer service ever representative at the Sherman Williams Paint Store on S. Eastern were either lazy or ignorant. I came in for a color match and they gave me bullshit instead. He try to sell me different levels of Paint which is fine but then I told him that I need the color chips first to have it approved by my HOA and that's when his tone changed he said he could not do a color match on his very own Sherman Williams paint. He said that he would have to mix a batch first to find the exact color. Their Competitor down the street was able to help me and give me the exact color from a Sherman Williams color chart that they had. I explained to the SW Rep. that this is a Sherwin William color he insisted that he could not do it (lazy). I was able to find the exact color chip on the wall in their own store, he never once asked to help. But Thanks for the bullshit I'll have your competitor down the street mix it up for me using your own color and give them all my business and referrals that I have. read more

I have a dual review.... Part 1: JESSICA is amazing!!! I went in to find a paint match for my home, she was so kind and extremely helpful! Within 5 minutes she was able to find the exact color I needed and get me rung up and out the door! I am so happy to have had her help me this time I was in the store.... My previous experience was HORRIBLE. Part 2: I can't remember her name but the other woman worked in Sherman Williams was AWFUL!! It took her almost 10 minutes to acknowledge us in the store... then proceeds to give us a terrible attitude while we explained to her the paint color we needed. We had such a awful experience with her and her mean attitude towards us that we actually left the store without the paint and decided to go to another store. I understand people have bad days but this is not the first bad experience we've had with her either. And from the sounds of the other reviews, we are not the only ones! Once I find out what her name is I'm going to be calling corporate to file a complaint. SHE WAS THAT RUDE! read more

Not a really big store ( honestly I didn't know they made stores for only paint) my wife is trying to repaint a house we just purchased, so into every paint store we go. This one isn't huge by square footage but the staff is fantastic, they're so helpful and will look through their catalog without a second thought to find you what you want. This is the store that's closest to our new house so we got lucky here. Would reccomend them for anyone. read more

Phenomal customer service from Malcolm. I came in to get paint to match the interior of my home, one that the builder had selected and had been hard for me to find. Right when I was greeted by Michael and Malcolm they both knew exactly what I was talking about. They were both super knowledgeable. I had a gallon of paint at home that I bought from another home improvement store that did not match my walls at all so I really put my trust into these guys at Sherwin and it was a relief that they understood what the builder of my home had used. It took some tinkering around but Malcolm was super patient in the process, making multiple adjustments to get the color to match absolutely perfectly. I left completely satisfied with the product but more importantly truly wowed by the above and beyond customer service. Thank you! read more

My toddler's been drawing on the walls of our home & even with the Mr. Clean eraser, cleaning supplies etc., it won't come off so I figured I'd get some touch up paint. I went to Home Depot first. I ended up getting the wrong color & service was ok. Then I yelped this place out & I wished I had gone here first. Malcolm helped me color match by showing him a piece from my wall. They need at least a size of a quarter to color match. He was the the most helpful & friendliest sales associate I've encountered pertaining to my paint issues. When I told him about my toddlers drawing on the walls, he offered a special paint that helps for my problem where you can just wipe the drawings on the wall easily if it's a reoccurring issue. I have never bought Sherwin paint before, but I am certainly glad I did. Painting can be an expensive and hard decision. But Cheryl was so incredibly helpful and a joy to work with. I came in and called multiple times for samples and color recommendations. She was always the one to help me and always took the time to answer any questions I had. I ended up getting the light French grey which is a beautiful color. I wanted a lighter grey and Cheryl recommended that I do the light French grey at 50% and it was perfect for the other rooms! The paint is amazing. The coverage is bar none and it never had the terrible paint smell that I expected. I guess that's what you get when you buy nice paint. read more

I have been going to this location for years. I am on my second house where every room is a different color and little to no paint was left with the home. They have been spot on with the matches. Specifically the manager, Jessica has gone above and beyond for me with my matches. Not only did she talk me through what brand and finish to use to help match she went to another store to get a specific paint they were out of so I didn't have to wait. I didn't even have to ask. I don't live anywhere near this location anymore but I make the drive because of Jessica and the other longtime staff there. read more

Been redoing the house a lot during Covid.. so needed some paint I had purchased here a couple years ago to match. I checked their yelp for store hours and nothing matched up. Closed when I got there etc. I know it's been a little difficult but it's upsetting when businesses don't update customers (especially during this time) and we make the drive for nothing :(. Normally you have to knock my socks off to get five stars but hey it was Christmas Eve. We have stopped off a couple times for color squares and they have always been helpful. We were Installing a satellite antenna and HOA requires that we paint the wire coming down to match the side of the house. A bit scary painting a two story stripe on the side of your house but the paint matched perfectly. Often times homeowners are treated like a nuisance but we weren't here. Even though we were buying a $20 quart we were treated like we were buying a truckload. Gave us contractor price and sent us off with a nice Christmas gift. I am a fan! read more

If you are a DIY and depend on people who know something about paint, DON'T go to this Sherwin Williams store! The manager showed me everything I needed to paint an EXTERIOR wrought iron fence and the stuff he had me buy included INDOOR primer! Since i didn't have the receipt (bought everything in the spring but just got around to doing it now that it's cooler) he wouldn't allow me to exchange it for something else. Im scared now because he also told me a DTM acrylic paint is better than enamel for exterior wrought iron. I really hope that's correct or all my hard work will literally be worthless. Then he told me I didn't buy it at that store? I bought it with everything else he helped me pick out? Will not be going back. read more

Excellent customer service and great contractor pricing. My paint was 12 y/o and I wanted to repaint my rental for the next tenant. The paint was discontinued, but I was able to get 5 gallons mixed to match the color chip I brought in. The next morning the painter arrived and asked where the rest of the paint was. I thought 5 gallons was good for 1 coat on about 1200 sq ft. He said he was spraying and needed another 5 gallons. I called as soon as the store opened and asked if I could pick up another 5 gal of the same color mixed the night before and she (didn't get her name) said sure. I arrived and the guy in the store said she had gone to another store to get the paint as they had sold me the last 5 gallons the night before. She mixed it for me in minutes and I was back before the painter finished prepping. SW saved me from an unfinished, or an unmatched paint job. read more

HORRIBLE! We came here to get some paint color matched since our home builder used SWP. Not only did I have to come back multiple times to get it to look somewhat similar to the actual color, but they were rude, too. After calling other locations we found out they are supposed to call the home builder to get the formula used for that lot. These guys never did and just told me to paint the whole wall rather than do touch ups. I should have known their color matching skills weren't up to par after seeing their display wall that shows every paint stroke after "color matching" and touching up. Do yourself a favor: take your paint issues to Lowes or Home Depot. Sherwin Williams is expensive and even though we only needed a quart, we were forced to buy a gallon. Will never come back. read more
