Robert come out to the house to do an estimate on 2 bathrooms. Was given a number, and was told a full estimate would get sent over. After a few days no contact. I emailed, called left vm, no response. He didn't follow up. Poor communication. I had the front office got a hold of Robert after a few weeks, and since he had lost all record needed to come out again, this time he quoted 25% higher. I questioned it, and he said he would honor me the old price. We picked out fixtures and he left saying he would get this all documented and final estimate sent over. Fine. He ends up sending an estimate for only 1 bathroom (we had 2 bathrooms and he came out twice and didn't get it right). And also used the new more expensive price and forgot about honoring the old price. I respond through email no response, he calls a few days later, apologizes for the mistakes. sends me the other bathroom again with more expensive pricing. I've had enough. read more

We hired Silverado Construction for a kitchen countertop and bathroom shower renovation project. We interviewed 3 companies found on Yelp, visited their showrooms, and compared estimates. Price was not the top criterion. The kitchen project involved replacing the 20-year old countertops throughout the kitchen, installing a new stainless steel double sink, and adding mosaic tiles onto the walls above the countertops. This project had a hiccup when the mosaic tiles weren't picked up from the store as scheduled and our completion time for the kitchen took one extra day. Aside from that minor blip, the results of this project exceeded our expectations. The countertop, plumbing, and tile teams worked and kept everything close to being dust-free. Tarp was laid, floor constantly swept, and a vacuum was running constantly to catch the dust created at the source by the drills. Workers were all courteous and wore masks. Justin, Fernando, and Oscar did a good job coordinating the work. Before and after photos proudly attached. The new shower installation project also went without a hitch. Each new shower stall installation took 5-6 hours to complete so each was completed in one day. The work included removing the bathtub in one of the bathrooms. This team of Cole, Austin, and Brian did an excellent job. They were courteous, fast, and masked while in our house. read more

Such a good experience with Silverado Construction. First, they are a no pressure company which means that they don't try to pressure you by offering same day discounts. Their price is their price. Other companies we had over to get a quote were pressuring us. The sales process was great and Kris was able to accommodate all of our weird requests like the choice of faucet down to wanting a square shower bar vs a round. The installers were great and left the place in an immaculate clean state. They worked fast and were super friendly making sure we were happy. Starting with their representative Robert, who was so professional and kind and on time. He showed me numerous options, colors and hardware. He also took measurements and gave me an approximate cost. And when it was time for the installation, Jesus and his partner Daryl were so prepared... they treated my home like a palace! They lay down protective sheets on my flooring, cleaned up after every area that was worked on, and I could tell that they loved their job because they took so much pride in it! We're extremely happy with Silverado's remodelings of our master bath to make it more senior-friendly and our hall bathroom to update the vanities with a solid-surface counter. Their construction crew protected our carpeted and wood floors and covered furniture in plastic sheets to reduce dust on those surfaces. They consulted with us to get our preferences when installing some components, such as grab bars and the shower heads. The flooring and paint crews worked quickly and precisely. Jordy and Abelardo came to renovate my elderly mother-in-law's shower to be able to put in grab bars for safety. They were very courteous and worked past time the first day by about 1-2 hours because of a plumbing issue they found and needed to take care of. They came back early the next day and took another 2 hours finish up and make sure everything was done correctly. They let us know that a floor tile had cracked during the process, and let us know they'd be back to fix it when they got the trim. They did a great job and my mother-in-law is very happy. I was taken advantage of by another "contractor" on my master bathroom remodel and Dan was so helpful and knowledgeable about what was wrong with what was done previously. He immediately offered to gut what was previously done so I didn't have to stare at the mess and shambles my bathroom was in. I didn't realize how much of an impact that made in my mental health. Dan was extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. His crew was very fast and efficient with how they did their work. The best part is everything was so clean especially in the demo process. We had a sewer line back-up in our house. The back-up affected our master bath and our powder room. After Serve-Pro came in and cleaned up all the contaminates and dried everything we called Silverado construction. They had renovated two other bathrooms for us (in another house) so we were confident they would do a good job. This was a major job because we wanted to change the entire bathroom configuration. We removed walls and added walls in different places. They removed a jacuzzi bathtub two sinks an old shower and put in a new shower where the bathtub was and put in two new sinks. We had them install two new toilets, one in the master bath and the other in a powder room along with vanities, mirrors and two doors. Dan and his crew were remarkable as usual. They listen to what you want and make it happen. We are very pleased with Silverado Construction. They are very professional and clean up at the end of each day. LOVE my new shower - more importantly, my mom LOVES the new shower - we converted a tub just for her. Cody was a great sales rep - really knows his stuff - and did a great job guiding us through the process. I wasn't home for the installation so I can't give kudos to those guys by name but they did a great job. My husband said there was a plumbing issue - a pipe in cement in the way - still they made it work. We didn't use the shower for at least three weeks. The first time mom got in, the handheld shower head within the large head didn't work - bummer. So I called them. They aren't open on Sunday but they called me back at 9:07 am on Monday morning! It really did work - it was totally user error! I am so impressed with their service from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company and their product.
