My experience with Fergusson (in Brentwood, MO) has been very disappointing. While they have a large selection of products, their customer service, follow up and procedures have been deficient. I placed an order for over $50,000 or products, for which I paid 1/2 down as a deposit. -- The sales rep that we worked with was transferred to another store and could no longer be reached. I was told that there was no one assigned to my account. I essentially have no one to talk to about my order. -- The delivery of the products was exceedingly late, and I still haven't received all of the ordered products. -- To receive delivery of part of the ordered products, Fergusson required payment in full up front, even though they didn't have all of the products in stock. My advice is to use a smaller local firm. read more

This is a review for the Ferugson store on Gibson Road in Henderson. I went online and found a new 40-gallon hot water heater, then called this store to buy it. All went well, except I never got a purchase number for my plumber to reference when he picked it up for me. There are different divisions of this store at that location that cannot cross-reference my phone order with my name, address, or phone number. Luckily, I found the staff member, Isai, who had helped me, and he straightened out the confusion and apologized for not sending me a receipt with the order number. Make sure you obtain an order number upon payment to avoid a similar problem. No harm, just some minutes lost. By the way, my plumber highly recommended Bradford White water heaters for their reliability, and Ferguson's was the only place he cited that carried this brand. It is expensive. read more

This review is for Ferguson/Build.com purchased a Toto toilet from them in March. A month later, we finally had the rotted floor repaired (toilet leak) and a plumber to install the new toilet. When the toilet arrived, we opened the box and removed the padding to make sure the toilet was not broken or chipped. We did not remove it from the box, as it was too heavy for us and we didn't want to risk dropping it. After the plumber installed it, we saw a VERY noticable manufacturing defect towards the bottom left side...black paint spray on a white toilet! I emailed them immediately, and got an initial response. Then nothing. I had to email several times to get another response. They eventually offered either a full or partial refund. Then they wanted pictures of the shipping box, which was pristine. No paint on or in the box. I sent everything they asked for. After this, they came back and said they won't refund anything and that it's "user error"!!! Huh!? I told them it came like this and that it doesn't scrub off. It's like it's baked on. I bought a tub from this place yesterday. The price was around 975.00. Delivery was supposed to happen between 8:30am - 11:30 am. The tub was left in the driveway with the invoice inside and naturally the tub was used. That is why it was left in the drive way with the invoice inside of it and the delivery driver never rang the doorbell or anything. read more

Purchased a Navien Hot Water Tankless from them. They had exactly what we needed in stock.

Doing a bathroom remodel in a commercial building, ordered toilets, urinals and manual flush valves over 2 months ago. First issue was they deleted our order. Second issue the flush valves came in wrong despite numerus corrections made on our end to make sure they got our order right. We are still waiting for 3 to come in, we follow up with them daily and get told lie after lie. First the parts had to be special ordered, we were told 8 to 10 days, then day 12 hits and they tell us that Sloan is having trouble making the parts, then we are told the next day the parts are out for delivery which was another lie. Finally we find out yesterday that the parts came in on the 5th of August and they lost them. In my opinion Ferguson doesn't even deserve 1 star. read more

My hot water heater started leaking after two years and has a six-year warranty. Bought it at Ferguson's and they charged me $100 to exchange it. My plumber said they've gotten greedy because of Pandemic business is down. They didn't used to charge. read more

While receptionist manages the entry area, the company is poorly staffed. There should be more consultants. Jobs aren't completed and lists are done haphazardly. There is little follow up and no calls are returned. Very disappointed as I had a large order and the associates couldn't care less. read more

Complete lack of customer service. Strongly advise you to not use them for any service. Initially we were told that they had particular Koehler colored sinks in stock, by Rachel. After being charged for two sinks, we were told that we would be given a tracking number to follow the shipment. It took over a week (with no call from Rachel or any other staff) to realize nobody was going to call us with any information. So, after the initial phone call, we were advised there was a problem with the order and that only one sink would be available; the second sink would be delivered in four weeks. We had already informed Rachel that we didn't have four weeks to spare thus canceled the order and requested reimbursement. We thought that was the end until a sink was delivered to our house. Upon calling again, Rachel advised us that the only way We could receive the refund was if she received the sink back . She offered for someone from Ferguson should come and collect it on a specific day and we waited until 8 pm and no one showed . Such disregard for customers is appalling! I was referred to this location by Home Depot because Home Depot was out of stock for the simple outdoor irrigation products that I needed. The staff was completely disrespectful and had an attitude with me while I was trying to ask them if they had the parts that I needed. They didn't care or even attempt to make an effort to help me out; in my opinion, Home Depot has better customer service and I won't even bother with this company again. read more

I'm not surprised to only see one star reviews. I went there to get some information on what causes a shower handle to turn in circles, not stopping at the hot or cold temps. I was acknowledged rudely by the female at the counter. Only to say she had little knowledge on my situation. So, I asked to speak to someone with knowledge. So, the guy next to her acknowledged me rudely, only to look dumbfounded, not having any idea either on how to fix the handle situation. So, I went to Home Depot and the gentleman there helped me tremendously!!! He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! Very very disgusted with the service! Was in to get a part after being sent from Las Vegas store to purchase a part for my Water heater. Stood in line for about 20 min. and over heard an Asian worker treat and belittle a customer. Finally got to counter and was told they couldn't sale me the part because I was not a contractor. Spoke to supervisor Mike V whom didn't seem to care and "Chuckled" in disrespect at the end of our conversation. Emailed corporate office and they must not care about customers.
