The cabinets are well made, but customer service severely lacks after purchase. It is actually nonexistent. Once you purchase, no one wants to hear from you again. Missing part in delivery, told to call a call center, nothing is exchangeable (never mind returnable) without a 25% restocking fee. Want to purchase additional items, told to go on line. read more

I had them install a countertop in February of '24, they use a subcontractor, work was completed and satisfactory at the time of installation, however, the countertop cracked within 9 months, warranty stated free from defect for one year and limited 15 year non transferable warranty, now cabinets to go says I am SOL and have even gone as far as to suggest I may have misused the material! Ever try to break porcelain? Even the salesman that sold me the material touting its potential indestructible characteristics is frustrated. The guys in the store are great, the corporate side is just that; poor customer service, no empathy, no accountability with an arrogance hiding behind their "policy" despite the fact that the contract is clear and concise. What a great experience I had with Cabinets To Go in Henderson NV and especially with Steven Vozzola, who was so helpful and knowledgeable in the industry. He was patient with me and both personable and professional. My laundry room cabinets look amazing and I could not be more pleased with the finished product. It's so unlike me to not check Yelp reviews before doing business with a company, even moreso when spending 5 figures...and now I'm paying the price for not doing so. While my in-store experience started off as pleasant, that's about where the pleasantries end. Cabinets were delivered by one guy on a truck. These things are HEAVY. Like hundreds of pounds each. The boxes on the truck looked like they were in terrible shape. Of course, 3 of my corner closet cabinets were broken. Call the store and get told I need to call customer care. Their customer service dept are offshore contractors who have zero power to do anything other than take a message. They provide zero useful information - no case numbers, no "we'll call you back by x day/time", nothing. "We'll relay your request for contact" Eventually, my replacement parts show up and of course the installer informs me that they're the wrong cabinets. I even had the installer speak to their CS rep, so it's was not a mistake on my part. Installer (who is a subcontractor) tells me to call CS again where I have to go through the same process again and nobody calls back for days. Today, my second set of replacement parts shows up along with the installer tech. On his previous visit, I asked the installer if he planned to dispose of the hundreds of pounds of broken cabinets left in my garage (7+ ft long boxes, so I also can't park in my garage for weeks now). Today he informed me he's not paid to do so, refused and relayed that the store manager insists it's my problem. I called the store manager who declined to do anything because "we replaced them, what else do you want?" What *fantastic* customer service. Now I need to hire someone else to get this crap out of my garage. Do yourself a favor, save yourself hours of headaches and shop elsewhere. read more

Because they made too many little mistakes. Beth ordered the wrong size cabinets. We requested full drawer utility and they gave us single drawer so now we have to push back counter tops for 2 more weeks mean while they are 6 months behind. Also we told Beth we had a 36" sink but of course we have to buy a new sink because she set it up for 33". Troy was very good with listening to us. Overall we are not happy with the total experience of this company. read more

So many issues: -Ordered cabinets Aug. 6th, experienced delay after delay after delay. Job finally began Dec. 22nd, but not finished yet. It's Jan 18th and the job is still not 100% complete. -Cabinets to Go subcontractes Dream Design Installation. Finally on the schedule, did demo ourselves because it was never offered to us as a service though Dream Design. Pulled out sink the night before. Installer was a no show Tuesday morning. Called Dream Design, the woman who schedules, Sofia said she forgot to call me the night before as it was late and the installation was pushed back 3 days because they only have one installer. I understand mistakes happen, but we had to go without our sink for several extra days for no reason, very hard with a baby. I asked for Sofia's manager to call, but he never did. My husband had to go down in person to speak with them. He was told the manager had been out and they were moving locations and busy. -Cabinets finally came, sales rep. ordered drop in sink vs. farm sink. Troy (manager) told us the cabinet would need to be disassembled and WE would have to drop it off and pick up the new one upon arrival vs. them delivering. This was extremely inconvenient as we had not had a sink with a family of 4. I have been doing dishes in the bathtub for weeks now, my house is a mess, and had to cancel all holiday plans. -Joe the cabinet installer is very kind and does really nice work but he works alone so it's taking longer than we planned (not his fault at all) in addition to waiting for our correct sink cabinet. Joe has been the only positive in this ordeal. Thanks Joe! -Island cabinet measurements were wrong and now we need to extend pony wall. -Cabinet boxes are not disposed of by them so make sure to plan to have a dumpster (we took multiple loads because I didn't know they would be our trash). -Zero transparency about timelines and work needed for prep and job. -Terrible communication; was told I was sent multiple emails throughout about rescheduling and never received any of these emails other than docusigns. Checked my SPAM folder over and over. -Emailed CtoGo Jan. 4th to see if we could cancel countertops so I can look for another company and was told, yes, but we would need to then pay more for our cabinets because we received a promotional discount. Not sure what to do. -Emailed corporate customer care on January 5th and they finally came to this resolution JUST today, "The IR team does not compensate for the time delays of your project. I am still willing to give you $300 for your inconveniences.". Very disappointing. read more

We completed a remodel and addition last year. Cabinets to Go was very quick with helping us complete an outline of our new kitchens. There were some hiccups like the molding didn't fit (they took it back without an issue). The unit they have for built in oven didn't fit the oven and microwave combination. It only fit the oven. So our contractor had to do extra work to make it happen. There's one cabinet that has a small scratch on it, we just need to connect with them about that. Overall the product is nice, not flimsy. Price is good. Their warranty is great and their financing went very smooth. The only negative was color options. There was one I wanted to do a two tone kitchen in, but the color was discontinued. We had our contractor pick up and install. we will probably look at them again for future projects. read more

This entire process has been incredibly frustrating and we wish we went with a different company for our cabinets and granite. First things first, make sure you meet with Bryan when setting everything up. He's the man we wish we had. Instead we had Emily who I'm pretty sure is brand new as she doesn't seem to know what she's doing. (Bryan is the expert, go to him) Our cabinets came in quick and looked beautiful when first installed. Unfortunately the guy that installed them used the wrong screws and our cabinets literally came crashing down once we started to fill them (super awesome right?) causing damage to our walls and nearby outlets. The installer also moved one of our outlets which nearly set our house on fire (also super fun to learn about) thankfully we had an electrician look at it and tell us about the issue. Thankfully Yarrick came to fix our cabinets that fell as well as fix the outlet the original guy screwed up. (Yarrick is a god and this company is lucky to have him) We still haven't seen our granite that we ordered back in November. It was supposed to be installed multiple times but has been canceled each time due to some sort of issue needing resolution. Now that our cabinets have been fixed twice they are ready for the granite. It would have been delivered last weekend but the delivery truck broke down. This entire process has just been a nightmare from start to finish. Over 4 months and it's still not done. Very disappointing for the expensive price point. Moral of the story, Bryan and Yarrick are awesome! The rest of the people suck. read more

We read numerous reviews and ensured we were consulting with Bryan for cabinets who was very easy to work with and made the process seamless. You can tell he knows what he's doing. We got quotes from three places and these were the best price and quality (read wood frames not MDF). We kept our eyes out for the best pricing (buy more save more sale) and purchased 30 cabinets from them. We had Yarik with Dream Design install them and he also did a fantastic job. I can't say enough about this company! I was so nervous about my complete kitchen remodel and nearly didn't want to try but am so glad I did. Before hiring a General Contractor, I went to several cabinet companies getting ideas on what I wanted, pricing, etc. I finally decided to hire Cabinets to Go for cabinets and installation based upon the quality of the cabinets and the level of personal service the sales team offered. How Danny put up with me I don't know. I made at least 7 significant changes to the design and cabinet type and Danny never seemed annoyed with me or that I was being unreasonable. I would not have been as patient! lol A complete kitchen is tricky but they have a 3D computer rendering software that Danny was able to manipulate so that I could see exactly how my kitchen would look prior to the actual install. The cabinets were delivered on time and in good shape. Jaroslaw Suchecki was their installer and he was a gem.. getting the job done quickly, and perfectly. I had a few carpentry related changes and he happily obliged. He pointed out one cabinet had a crack and had already ordered a replacement which he came back to install. Scheduling with the delivery department went exactly as they stated it would and billing, although at first seemed confusing, was exactly as our original 40% off agreement stated. After receiving multiple estimates from different cabinet refacing companies, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Cabinets To Go for my kitchen renovation. I am so glad that I followed her advise and went to CTG to check out their cabinets! Troy helped me find and design my new kitchen cabinets (real brand new wood frames and not simply refaced) at a fraction of the costs of refaced cabinets! Joe installed them from Dream Design. I never had any problems with inventory, scheduling or quality of their work and cabinets. Their customer service was great through and through! And most important, I now have a brand new beautiful kitchen! read more

Went to cabinets to go for a full kitchen remodel. We sat with one of the designers and received an estimate of 33506.59 by email on 12/6/23. Some minor changes were made and another estimate was emailed on 12/11/23 forand 35232.31. On 12/12 we received a third estimate where we made no changes and the total changed to 32,781 then on the same date another estimate came through of 33,690.33. On 12/14 we received another estimate after the final measurement we received an estimate of 33,110.97. Shortly that same date the final bill came through as cabinets had been left off by the company, the final estimate came in at 37985.97. This was confusing as a couple hours earlier it was $4000 less? By this time we had finished are demo portion and really had no choice.the final price was suppose to include all cabinets, install and counters. The issues continued after the cabinets were installed as the cabinets to go designer was off by over 50 sq ft on the counters and no changes were made by us. Ultimately this cost us an additional 5,000 dollars. The communication with the company was good but the inability of cabinets to go to get a a final price was frustrating. It appears that the original quote is always low and because of issues not caused by the customer and their inability to estimate properly the price just keeps rising after the customer is committed to the project. Happy with the product but in total came out of pocket over $8000 more than the multiple quotes. Not happy read more

Absolutely blown away by the incredible customer service. The price and selection of cabinets are definitely killing the competitors here in Las Vegas but as a contractor I look for how well I can work with the individual who's creating a design that focuses on making all my customers happy. Bryan and his team not only meet but exceed in every possibly area of satisfaction to me and my customers. It can be extremely difficult to CAD design a kitchen from scratch or renew an old kitchen with limited space but this is were Byan really excelles. I recommend they re-structure this whole branch they have in Las Vegas Nevada. If they had a negative star rating I would choose -5 star. I highly do not recommend coming here for any services they offer. They have zero customer service. I am a contractor myself and our "project manager" "from cabinets to go" Troy was near to no help. We originally ordered these cabinets and countertops august 9 2022. Here we are at the end of January 2022 and my cabinets are in and the countertops finally arrived 3 weeks after the cabinets were done. They didn't know how to use a measuring because we paid extra for the island granite to be cut larger than the original spec and add a waterfall but they cut to the original measurement" that's no communication between the sales team and the guys at the shop who cut it. So now we are going to be pushed out another 2-3 weeks while they order and cut a new piece. My wife posted on here too but I had to add my two cents in because I wanted you all to hear from a construction minded point of view. I would never make my customer handle my sub contractors. I would have a rep at every meeting and start to each scope of work. I would have a quality control set up after each install is done to ensure the customer is happy. Most of the delay is due to waiting on the product to be built to cut and delivered.I get that, everyone has distribution issues now. But after everything arrived it has been a constant joke of poor project management and slow install with zero coordination. When the cabinet installer from "dream design installation" showed up he was alone and told me it would be a four day install. I honestly anticipated it being a two man one day install. So no communication from cabinets to go about project duration not to mention when they did reach out to set up the original install date they were running four days behind already and failed to let us know they weren't showing up. I took off work and waited an hour to call to find out they are running behind. I asked to speak to a manager to complain because I was taking time off of work and they said one would call back. They never did so I went to the main office and found the manager was out for surgery. The lady at the front was definitely inebriated and was little to no help. The install with one guy took a total of 6 1/2 days where we were already out a sink and cabinets because I demoed them two weeks prior to get ready for all this. They also expected me to get rid of the mountain of trash left behind from the cabinet boxes and the sink was ordered incorrectly even though we specifically asked for a farm sink. We had to wait another two weeks for that. Then the granite company comes out to take measurements and messed up the island measurements and we will need to wait another 2-3 weeks. Highly disappointed in Troy and the whole Corperate team with cabinets to go. that didn't help out much with any issues we had. They expected us to call and complain to the subcontractors they hired to do this install for us. We are now 30,000 dollars into this and just want it done. read more

It was an mediocre experience . Primarily was looking into upgrading a countertop and a big maybe for cabinets. Salesman up in the front told me can't upgrade one without upgrading the other. Using random ridiculous excuses (possible bed bugs) to cover up a scheduling error is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. The house has no carpet and a waterbed this is a complete fabrication to avoid doing a weekend install that was already scheduled. This is a poor excuse of a company who is preying on my elderly parents after their kitchen was completely destroyed by a fire before Thanksgiving. We ordered and had cabinets installed. Lots of problems from the get go. The staff stated that they have no say or control over the cabinets or installation once you purchase them....WHAT?? A different company for sales, delivery and installation, and Cabinets To Go tossed me to the curb once they had my money. I had to make numerous calls to arrange delivery and installation which got changed with little notice. Finally the installer showed up. While installing the cabinets, I found the guy stepping on my granite counter top, which was set to one side on wood blocks. Of course he cracked the 2 inch granite in half. Luckily I was having it replaced, but who does that? Total lack of respect for another person's property. Cabinets finished and looked great. I noticed that dozens of small screws were tossed, hmm? Everything looked great until I started using the cabinet drawers. As I opened them they would pop off the tracks. My hands would get greasy trying to put the drawers back on the track. Very frustrating. The drawers quickly became misaligned and looked awful. I contacted the company within 2 weeks of installation, however after 7 months of trying to get someone to come out and rectify the problem, the original installer came out. I tried to explain my concerns and questioned the excess screws and screw holes on the tracks, but he started shouting at me in a very aggressive manner stating I didn't know how to open a drawer, etc. I am 60 years old...I know how to open a drawer. I let him leave without further discussion given his level of aggression, then contacted the parent company and communicated with Kensy, customer care specialist. She stated that my one year warranty was expired.....WHAT??? I still had 4 months left, not to mention that I had complained starting back within 2 weeks of installation. She never got back to me and the drawers still pop off the tracks. I have to open them under hand or press down as I open them. Not Happy. Don't recommend dealing with this company. Meh. Visited the showroom, saw some great setups, they said were priced $7-9k. Went hone and built up our kitchen in the little graph paper they give you. Sent it in, waited, didn't hear anything. Emailed about a quote twice. Finally got a quote, nearly double the showroom price and our kitchen is not that much bigger, then they had not included the countertops which were pricey too. We ordered our cabinets in March of 2020. Brian the salesman did not tell me some of the items were on back order. So when they called and said the cabinets are in, oh except this one and that one. I had asked when they would be in it was June. And then July and now it is September. I cannot get my granite put in until i have the rest of my cabinets and my panels for the refrigerator. I am very displeased and fed up with this company. I will never recommend them or use them ever again. Still Waiting!!!!! read more
