Now that we know where they are it can be a great thing when we need "house help!" From the moment that you walk in the door so many individuals are asking "how your day is going!" The quality of the conversations that are present in the store are very important. It's intoxicating to keep the happy and healthy. Definitely didn't like that at all. He has a display right past the door. An actual Helpful Hardware Man did greet me when I got past the weird solar display. I asked if they still make keys and he offered to do that for me. He also said he'd come find me when it was ready. A total of 3 employees greeted me while I was shopping. Very helpful! The key was ready quickly, I found the toilet handle and decided not to get the birdseed. At the register was a refridgerator for pies. This was another odd display. The pies were sold out. I noticed more stock throughout the store than a previous visit, different items yet quite a variety for the amount of space they have. I'll always come to Ace for my hardware needs and hope they'll still be around.

Right when I walked in, I asked the staff if they had a trailer section. A really nice guy took me right back to it and they had the somewhat hard to find adapter I needed and a lot more. As a last-ditch effort, I checked the local big-box stores, but nothing looked promising. Then I remembered McFadden-Dale and decided to make the trip before they closed. They didn't have the exact 6-32 x 7/16", but they did have 6-32 x 1/2". The staff was incredibly helpful and took the time to check the thread pitch to make sure they'd work. Best of all, four screws cost me just $0.56 instead of nearly $20--and I didn't end up with another 40 or 90 extras I'd now have to find uses for. Their credit card system was down, so it was cash only. They also close at 2 PM on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays.

The garden center is nicely organized and is shockingly cool for the middle of summer. I was worried that I be dying trying to pick out some plants but it was actually quite a nice experience. The plants and all of the items that go with plants (like soil and pots, etc.) are well organized and seem to be in great health. I like that it's super organized and you can easily navigate the aisles. Pricing is pretty good too, there seems to always be some sort of sale so you can get quite a few items. The only issue I have is that there are no real registers anymore. It's all self checkout and we did end up having an issue (one plant didn't have a tag) and it kind of took forever to get the price. However, the lady helping us was super friendly and actually did help so I appreciated that. The other thing that annoyed me is that some plants are right outside of the garden center but there is no entrance there anymore so it's super inconvenient to even look at the items there.

I absolutely love this Lowe's and shop here often…read more This past Black Friday 2025, my daughter found out about the Lowe's Black Friday giveaway. We were originally thinking of doing the Target Black Friday, but we love Lowe's more, so we hightailed it over there and jumped in line. By the time we arrived, the line was pretty long, but we figured we would take our chances to see if one of us might be lucky enough to win one of the buckets that was filed with goodies. As we waited, the staff was excellent. They were pumping us up and getting everyone excited. When they opened the doors, my daughter and I crossed our fingers. Finally, we made it to the door, and my daughter was the last winner. She literally got ticket number 50. She was invited inside for hot chocolate and cookies and then received her bucket along with a nice tool set. She did not win the grand prize, but she was so happy just to win the bucket filled with goodies. It was a great start to our Black Friday. That same day, she even bought me the ice maker I had always wanted as my Christmas gift. Fast forward to yesterday. We went in to add the warranty to my ice maker, and Joni at the service counter helped us out. She was able to add a three-year warranty to the ice maker my daughter bought me on Black Friday. I was so happy that my purchase is now protected. Joni was great. She was friendly, welcoming, and treated us like we were part of the Lowe's family. It is always a great experience for me at this Location. Highly Recommended!

This store has everything! Everything except the viral sold out mini Home Depot bucket I came for…read morehaha. Worker said they got 400 and sold out in two days so I will be back again. I planned on using it to put gift cards and trinkets in and mini succulents or as shot glasses. In the meantime bought some batteries, new ginger apple Red Bull, and some nice plants for work presents. Workers are always helpful and know exactly what aisle everything is which is impressive. During the winter holiday, they've got the viral Grand Duchess Christmas tree in 7' and 9' feet that I hope to buy one day. The twinkle micro lights are heavenly. They also have cute rosemary bush trees shaped in Christmas shape and tons of poinsettias!
