I absolutely love this Lowe's and shop here often. This past Black Friday 2025, my daughter found out about the Lowe's Black Friday giveaway. We were originally thinking of doing the Target Black Friday, but we love Lowe's more, so we hightailed it over there and jumped in line. By the time we arrived, the line was pretty long, but we figured we would take our chances to see if one of us might be lucky enough to win one of the buckets that was filed with goodies. As we waited, the staff was excellent. They were pumping us up and getting everyone excited. When they opened the doors, my daughter and I crossed our fingers. Finally, we made it to the door, and my daughter was the last winner. She literally got ticket number 50. She was invited inside for hot chocolate and cookies and then received her bucket along with a nice tool set. She did not win the grand prize, but she was so happy just to win the bucket filled with goodies. It was a great start to our Black Friday. That same day, she even bought me the ice maker I had always wanted as my Christmas gift. Fast forward to yesterday. We went in to add the warranty to my ice maker, and Joni at the service counter helped us out. She was able to add a three-year warranty to the ice maker my daughter bought me on Black Friday. I was so happy that my purchase is now protected. Joni was great. She was friendly, welcoming, and treated us like we were part of the Lowe's family. I love this Lowe's location! Has a parking lot that is pretty much just for them, which helps with a lot of the traffic that the other Lowe's in town usually have. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted and asked if we needed help finding anything, and they pointed us right where we needed to go. They have so many options and it felt as if this Lowe's was a bit bigger than the others I have been to here in town. The prices seem to be right on par, if not better than the other competitors in town offering the same options. I will make the trip to this end of town to use this location! read more

I had ordered Bali roll down shades for my whole house early this year. To say the process was a disaster is an understatement. I ordered in May and did not get an install til August because of how bad the corporate windows treatment department is. I made an appointment originally in store to have the windows measured in my house. I had a total of 36 windows and Reggie came out to measure. He was inappropriate and unprofessional and ultimately I asked for another installer which they sent Randy out. Randy was kind, quick, efficient, and completely professional every step of the way. Back to the process, after my windows were measured I was contacted by Autumn Ward at the window treatment corporate office to complete the order and buying process. After back and forth emails and calls the order was placed... instead of 27 windows that I laid out in the email very specifically which window, the color, whether room darkening or light filtering, and what side the cords go for the sliding doors. After 3 weeks I received a mere 15 windows in which 4 were wrong.. so 12 missing and 4 wrong I was very upset. I was not aware of the mistake until the install. I contacted Autumn the day of the install and left a message and emailed her asking several times to have her managers contact info and she ultimately just stopped responding to me and never gave me her managers contact information. Not only was the order missing 12 windows Autumn now stated she would not honor our original 50% discount saying we were past the date to honor it. This was her and Lowe's mess up that she didn't put in the correct order that was outlined in my email and phone calls. You would think she would just help make this right but no Autumn stated we had to go in store to ask if they would honor the discount because her manager said no. We decided to drop by the store to sort out this mess. We met Richard Rosario in the window department and he completely turned around our bad experience. He listened completely to our concerns and went through our order in detail to make sure everything was correct. Richard followed up several times with phone calls every step of the way. He is an absolute asset to Lowe's and this department. If it weren't for Richard we wouldn't have been a return customer. We can't thank Richard enough for all his help and expertise. I went to Lowe's on 16 Jul 25 to purchase a water heater and have it installed and was wondering if i wasn't overcharged because it sounds a little expensive. Water Heater Item# 962538 Model G9-T4040NVR $649.00 Work Order# 38795658 Yes Plumbing was the Contractor through Lowe's Total Cost for the water heater and installation was $2,774.00 Not even sure if I received my veteran's discount as requested. Well I did receive a response today in reference to My Water Heater (WO# 38795658) install through Lowes to Yes Plumbing's outrageous price of $2,774.00. It was to my disappointment to hear a Lowes respensitive tell me it's not their issue that I should contact Yes Plumbing although my payment for the install was to Lowes. We moved to Lee's Summit and of course that includes many trips to Lowe's, when you move into a new house. We have found staff here to be exceptional! The people helping in the hardware department, plumbing, and especially in the flooring department have been magnificent to work with! We had Lowes do all of the carpet in our new house, which we replaced with great carpet and premium pad from Lowe's. Now we're going to buy all of our paint here for the interior of the house as well. This is a great store, and I would highly recommend it! read more

I'm surprised at the sheer amount of bad reviews for this Lowe's. I've been coming in for odds and ends for over a decade and have never really had a problem. I've done a lot of shopping here. I've gotten lumber, and had it cut. This was an easy task. Sometimes the machine gets messed up but the workers are very communicative and helpful. I've purchased home items, like light fixtures, curtain rods, etc (I bought a new toilet seat this last time.) I've gotten paint and tools. I've gotten large appliances here, like my washer and dryer. Super easy to purchase and delivery was a breeze. I do most of my plant and Christmas decoration shopping here as well. I'm even considering replacing the rock in my back and front yards with rock from Lowe's... That being said, for me, they are never out of stock of the items I need. The customer service is friendly and helpful. Sure, there are some bad apples but isn't that everywhere? The only time I've ever been mad at one of the employees was during the pandemic but honestly, it was more another customer that made me mad (he cut me in line because I was 6 feet away from the person in front of me and I guess he thought I wasn't in line, and the employee saw this but didn't care when I protested and served him first). read more

The nerve of these employees is unbelievable. Let's start off with saying that I placed an order online with option for curbside pick up because I didn't want to get off with my two sick toddlers . I got to lowes called the curbside number and this employee answers puts me on hold for 5 minutes comes back asks for my order number again gets off comes back and then says you can come in and get it from the locker I said I know that but I have an option of curbside and I want to do that he says "well the lockers are right inside " Wtf ! CAUTION BUYING APPLIANCES! We purchased a complete kitchen appliance package about a month and a half ago. The range they installed unfortunately was defective from the start. The Lowe's installers even noted this. We contacted Lowes customer service the day after they installed it too. We've been trying to get a replacement range for over a month now. We've been told by their customer service office it was ordered on 2 separate occasions, only to find out that it wasn't. They said it needs to be done by the appliance manager at the store, but they can't even get them to respond and have been messaging them. They suggested we also contact the store, which we've done. I called the store again this morning and spoke to the appliance department, who suggested that I purchase another range, and then they can look into giving me a refund on the other! It blows my mind that they installed a defective product and now want me to buy a new one, and nobody can reach the appliance manager for over a month. I spoke to a different department manager, who was very nice, and said they'll try to reach the appliance manager as well. I've really liked Lowe's, and have actually spent a lot of money here over the years. I'm disappointed in this situation and that I may need to start going elsewhere. Never forget, there are still many many good people in this world, no matter what craziness you read in the papers. I ran into Lowe's to get some things exchanged that I was partially shorted on a pick up order. Talk to one employee who sent me in a direction that helped me out for something else. Then for my exchange part, I met a floor person by the name Bill on the way to getting to my right part, Bill, helped two other people, told them what aisle they could find whatever and didn't even break stride. We got to my part and he replaced it with a smile on his face and sent me on my way with no troubles. I spent $20,000 on flooring with Lowe's. In my laundry room, they went straight on top of wood with tile. That caused the tile to crack. This is well-known in the industry. I even had the Lows supervisor come out and see how the installation had been performed. He agreed that that's not how it's done correctly. I had Avanti door, put down a few feet of baseboard that Lowe's was supposed to complete. Lowe's use this to tell me my contract was void. I don't personally understand what baseboards have to do with the tile installation. But apparently they're tied together somehow. Apparently, Lows is looking to get out of this at any cost. It's only about 10 ft.² that they would have to replace. However, they refuse. I will be seeing Lows in Small Clames court. I don't usually take the time to do reviews but in this case if it saves somebody else this hassle it's worth it to me. The customer service at this location is nonexistent. In my last two visits the staff was rude or didn't display customer service. One visit while I was shopping for plants, someone took my cart while I was bent down looking at cacti. My cart had the last two containers of wood stain that I needed. I went back to the paint dept to see if maybe an associate had put it back. I asked the woman in the department if she had seen the stain. She immediately responded with "I didn't take your cart!" Um ok, never said she did. She never offered to help even though I was clearly upset. I even commented about her lack of customer service. She then became very combative and rude. Yesterday, I attempted to buy an orchid from the sale shelf. There were several on the shelf but they hadn't been marked down. Another woman and myself were told by 2 associates that they couldn't/ wouldn't mark them down and honor the discount because they looked "too nice." They were actually down to their last few blooms and I'm sure were put on the sale rack intentionally. They basically indicated that the plant wasn't dead enough to be discounted & let us leave without buying them. They didn't bother to ask a manager and seemed to be so concerned about NOT discounting the item correctly that they let two customers leave mad. Way to go! Luckily Home Depot is right up the road and I can spend the embarrassing amount of money I spend on plants at that location. read more

The fam needed to buy a new refrigerator when our old one decided to quit working. We got an EXCELLENT price on an LG fridge and had it delivered. Why did they get 4 stars? Price and service! Why not 5? The first fridge was defective. I had to either purchase a new one and have it delivered when the bad one was picked up OR go with a fridge for a week or more while the refund was processed and a new one could then be purchased and delivered. I purchased the extended warranty but LG's only service company here in Vegas doesn't work on weekends. Makes it tough when you work while they work. Not Lowe's fault. So how did it stay at 4stars? The service from the staff at Lowe's was amazing (specifically Georgia in appliances, and managers Tony and Eric). Georgia and Tony helped me set-up the original return and make sure I got the same great price (in a very short time the price went up a couple hundred bucks from the sale I hit). I ran into a bit of a snag with the processing of the refund, but manager Eric and his background people hopped on it 30 minutes prior to closing and got me squared away. It was a good chunk on money I needed back, so I really appreciated the effort. I know their overall score is kinda low, and I can't speak to other people's experiences, but we are already planning on heading back to Lowe's as we work on the rest of the house. Everyone was helpful and nice except the cashiers. I was next in line and waited for close to ten minutes and the clerk never acknowledged me, or said she had an issue with the customer she was helping. I finally gave up and went to self checkout which I absolutely hate. I had to get approval for the spray paint and then the lady asked me if I scanned items before the sale. I asked her what she was talking about and she held out her hand for my receipt. She went through my bags and counted all the items and told me to have a nice day. Unbelievable. If I need approval for spray paint and you're going to accuse me of shoplifting, why don't you get off your lazy butts and do the checkout yourself. Upon checking out at a self checkout station, we requested $40 cash. The machine failed to dispense our money. The self checker assistant had to call for assistance, who had to call someone else to check the camera to ensure we weren't thieves. After the 25 minute clown show of trying to access the machine, someone finally resetting the machine, they managed to access the cash drawer, and after reviewing the camera footage, they determined that we were not thieves and gave us our cash. They said the machine malfunctioned because it only had $50 in it. We only needed $40 so that excuse doesn't fly. There is something very wrong with a system that can't keep track of how much cash the machine has disbursed and how much is left. Lowe's needs to reevaluate its choice of self checkout machine vendors. It also needs to have a technician on staff for when these issues arise so they don't have to have checkers standing around scratching their heads wondering what to do. Had we gone through regular checkout, we'd have been better off, but there were none open (or at least none of the stations had lights on). And after all the frustration and wasting of our time we got nothing but a petty apology. A $10 gift card would have gone a long way toward keeping a customer. I'm glad we have other options like The Home Depot, Ace Hardware, and Amazon. read more

This may be my first one star review ever. I've come here twice. First time was garden variety bad, second time was impressively bad - skip to third paragraph if you just want to read that one. The first time I needed a step stool. There was one I liked advertised on their website for about $35. The website said it was in stock at this location. When I got there the cheapest one I could find was $65. The shelf was empty where the $35 one was and looked totally picked through besides. I spent about 20 minutes looking for someone to tell me if they had any in the back or if they could order the one I wanted. Couldn't find anyone so I just gave up. I drove 20 minutes to get to the Lowe's so it felt like a waste of time and I lost trust that they'll have what I need or have someone who can help me find it. The second time I went I bought a 2x4. I asked if they could cut it so it would fit in my car. THE CASHIER SAID THEY DON'T CUT 2x4s. I'd been told cutting lumber to size was a standard service at Lowe's by a couple friends. I had to cut it down myself with a miter box in the parking lot. They seemed dreadfully understaffed and maybe would have been more helpful if there were more staff. But that doesn't change that fact that I spent 15 minutes hacking lumber over a curb in the parking lot when they have a perfectly good electric saw inside. I'm never coming back to Lowe's and I really don't recommend you go, especially if you're expecting them to be able to cut 2x4s. read more

My husband and I visit this place often. As we are currently living in our first home together, it's important to both of us to make sure we take care of our home. Living in a townhouse that's roughly 16 years old, we have to make sure we keep up with the fixes & mends. Though our toilet has been running for the past two years, but I digress.... We visited this past weekend to find some covers for our BBQ and bonfire pit. We also needed to find a patch kit for the walls in our bathrooms (we took off the old toilet handles and got some freestanding ones, but of course, that left some gaping holes). We ended up finding everything we needed with the help of staff. There were staff members stalking items in almost every aisle we were in, and in almost every aisle, we were asked if we needed help finding anything. It was extremely refreshing as sometimes we can both get a little lost in there. We also ended up finding a really cute outdoor rug for our backyard patio that was on sale for $25! We've been looking for one for months, but were so happy to finally find the perfect one for a fraction of the cost of ones we found at other stores. Well here goes....I come to this Lowes ALL THE TIME. Finally I'm just tired enough of the disgusting bathrooms. Today my wife and I both used the restrooms. I get that contractors and others who may not care use these restrooms. IT'S a public place so should follow cleanliness protocol. There was feces all over the womens room. There door locks don't lock. Soap dispensers empty. Floors filthy. Toilet paper dispensers not mounted with holes between stalls. WTH Lowes??? Can't find parts to repair? Can't spend a little of all the money made in last 15 months to get basic bathroom qualities to good?? CMON! CLEAN IT UP. On to Home Depot at Mark's and Galleria. There bathrooms are generally clean. Absolutely zero stars. We ordered a sink. The plumber went to get the sink. They said we already picked it up. We did not. After spending hours making calls to their customer service, I was assured that the next plumber would be able to waltz in and pick it up. But I did have to go pick up a part from ANOTHER Lowe's. Because why wouldn't they sell us something they don't have? They were not. Once again, our second plumber was told that we had the sink. So he came, told us we needed to go pick it up, and then left. We picked up the sink. Eric, the store manager was great. That one star is for him and him alone. A+ Eric. Got the plumber back. The first plumber mis-measured the sink so we were told we needed to cut 1/4 inch off of our counter top. Ourselves. We realized that the sink fit after he left. We asked to be sent back to the first plumber because they actually did a good job. I called Handy, the nonsense trash service they use to schedule installations but doesn't actually schedule anything, so whatever they say is bull. They gave us a third plumber to use who NEVER called us to schedule anything and here I am, nearly a month later, with no kitchen sink, no plumber, and ready to start screaming at customer service people like an absolute Karen. If you use Lowe's, go at your own risk. read more

Service kind of sucks here, there was no one to be found when I needed assistance locating lumber, no one was around the speaker kept going off for assistance needed in the wood cutting section, then when I asked for help I had to go back to the very front of the store to find an employee, then when I asked for the wood she didn't know either had to call someone to tell her, when they told her she employee didn't even lead me to it just gave me a general direction, no one to get the wood for me or cut it so I left. Waste of time. Too bad. read more

Very disappointed in the customer service that your gardener associates John provided, not only did they hang up our phone call but continuously ignored us throughout our entire visit. Thankfully kevin was able to help us and go above and beyond and save the day, he was very nice and patient and saved our experience. WE LOVE YOU KEVIN JOHN didn't even bother to check his inventory You guys need to fix your stock count. Was told there was 10 garden lady bug containers when there was ZERO. This store was like our second home when we bought our house. We were here 2-3 times a day on Saturdays and Sundays for months straight. That happens when you buy an existing home and immediately engage in a kitchen remodel. Fortunately, this is a very nice store if you have to be here frequently. The store is large and aisles are wide to make it easy to shop. There are always employees around and the several that have helped us over the years were always friendly and indeed helpful. Check out lines are never long and there are self serve check outs if you are just swinging in for a couple of items. The store really carries everything you need for home. The outdoor area is great with plants, gardening supplies, and pool supplies. My husband loves the supplies for growing your own vegetables even though he kills them every year. He'll figure it out at some point. The outdoor seasonal décor is great as well. We found everything we needed for Christmas lights and lights for our cactus and palm trees here. They even carry Christmas trees that time of year and they are reasonably priced. The garage organization section is also a winner. We found a great outdoor cabinet here that is part of a set so we can add on in time with matching pieces. The pricing was reasonable to begin with and we caught it 30% off on Black Friday! I also like that they carry some household essentials like cleaning products and paper products. This saved me many times from a special trip to Target. Another cool thing that the store does and I really appreciate is that they can hold a purchase for pick up. When we were doing work on our house we were able to buy large items and have the store hold them for our contractor to pick up the following week. So, we'd pick out items to our liking and purchase them, but wash our hands of the work of getting them home. There was never a problem or confusion when our contractor arrived to pick the items up. read more
