I love this Lowe's location! Has a parking lot that is pretty much just for them, which helps with a lot of the traffic that the other Lowe's in town usually have. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted and asked if we needed help finding anything, and they pointed us right where we needed to go. They have so many options and it felt as if this Lowe's was a bit bigger than the others I have been to here in town. The prices seem to be right on par, if not better than the other competitors in town offering the same options. I will make the trip to this end of town to use this location!

I always find good prices and a lot of options to choose from for my tools. The employees are very helpful and the store is very organized.

These are the wrong shades from Lowe's they're room darkening and now my family room downstairs looks like a dark dungeon.

I had ordered Bali roll down shades for my whole house early this year. To say the process was a disaster is an understatement. I ordered in May and did not get an install til August because of how bad the corporate windows treatment department is. I made an appointment originally in store to have the windows measured in my house. I had a total of 36 windows and Reggie came out to measure. He was inappropriate and unprofessional and ultimately I asked for another installer which they sent Randy out. Randy was kind, quick, efficient, and completely professional every step of the way. Back to the process, after my windows were measured I was contacted by Autumn Ward at the window treatment corporate office to complete the order and buying process. After back and forth emails and calls the order was placed... instead of 27 windows that I laid out in the email very specifically which window, the color, whether room darkening or light filtering, and what side the cords go for the sliding doors. After 3 weeks I received a mere 15 windows in which 4 were wrong.. so 12 missing and 4 wrong I was very upset. I was not aware of the mistake until the install. I contacted Autumn the day of the install and left a message and emailed her asking several times to have her managers contact info and she ultimately just stopped responding to me and never gave me her managers contact information. Not only was the order missing 12 windows Autumn now stated she would not honor our original 50% discount saying we were past the date to honor it. This was her and Lowe's mess up that she didn't put in the correct order that was outlined in my email and phone calls. You would think she would just help make this right but no Autumn stated we had to go in store to ask if they would honor the discount because her manager said no. We decided to drop by the store to sort out this mess. We met Richard Rosario in the window department and he completely turned around our bad experience. He listened completely to our concerns and went through our order in detail to make sure everything was correct. Richard followed up several times with phone calls every step of the way. He is an absolute asset to Lowe's and this department. If it weren't for Richard we wouldn't have been a return customer. We can't thank Richard enough for all his help and expertise. The feel of power tools in one's hand!

Let's achieve greatness! Do you have something to tackle? Doing it yourself is the best gift! Who does not feel great doing something themselves? Are you planning to finish your garden? Are you about ready to paint that spare room? Whatever home improvements that you need to tackle can be handled here. Let's visit the power tools aisle. It's a big job that's being tackled at home. Lots of home improvements, time for some power. From that saw, screw driver, and vice grips it's a bit of joy to have that power between your fingers. Now don't get too excited and cut off that finger with the power behind your tools. Epic adventures are yours while doing it all yourself. Shall we begin. Are you one with a green thumb. Need to plant those beautiful flowers. It all starts with the richest of soils. Get your mulch and make your garden a place to gather and get happy around. As you wander through the aisles you can get lost here, one of the best things we noticed was employees aiding customers. These days with a lot of companies having to cut corners labor is the first priority slashed. The staff here are knowledgeable too. Although for larger purchases you may be delayed a little make time for this. All those power tool options behind the glass. Why you may ask? The company has had to change the way they do business. As with our brave new world, theft is a major concern and problem. Not all the employees have keys but keeping these larger items locked up determines the companies bottom line. It keeps pricing low too so the company does not have more overhead versus profits. The check out process as with most companies as been replaced with registers that you, the customer perform. You can pay and check out all at one point with aid from an employee that over sees you when needed. At this location a few check out lines are accessible for handicapped and larger purchases. Get your hands dirty. The best of jobs are done with your own personal touch. If you don't know how to do something, try it first and learn a few new lessons and techniques along the way. Life is a journey of experience, exploration, and discovery. If the job is too difficult or beyond your coping seek outside aid always. Let's get busy.

Came in looking for some hinges, found and employee, ( Mike ), he told us right where to go, and I was in and out in just a few mins There's also this hot dog place right outside! So that's kinda cool! Reason I give 4 stars, is because the sliding door to leave apparently doesn't open all the way, and I basically ran into it ha.

"You can find it at Ace!"…read more The best of all things are here at Ace Hardware. We needed a few things for the house and while in this parking lot, nostalgia got the better of us. So let's go in. You forget just what Ace sells ? It's been forever since we have come across this brand . As a young girl these were the hardware store. Not much anymore. It's a Lowe's or Home Depot. Now that we know where they are it can be a great thing when we need "house help!" From the moment that you walk in the door so many individuals are asking "how your day is going!" The quality of the conversations that are present in the store are very important. It's intoxicating to keep the happy and healthy. All that energy will run deep as you search for what the house needs. Whatever you need, "Ace Hardware can make it happen!" Let's go and make the house happy and get the best of life happen . Thank you to all the individuals of Ace for making our house happy and our shopping experience possible and exciting.

Definitely didn't like that at all. He has a display right past the door. An actual Helpful Hardware Man did greet me when I got past the weird solar display. I asked if they still make keys and he offered to do that for me. He also said he'd come find me when it was ready. A total of 3 employees greeted me while I was shopping. Very helpful! The key was ready quickly, I found the toilet handle and decided not to get the birdseed. At the register was a refridgerator for pies. This was another odd display. The pies were sold out. I noticed more stock throughout the store than a previous visit, different items yet quite a variety for the amount of space they have. I'll always come to Ace for my hardware needs and hope they'll still be around.

Often times I'll go to the general home improvement stores and only find the most popular items - which is understandable. On top of it - I'm also looking for stainless steel and specific compositions with different heads. This store is so vast! There's so many aisles and if you haven't been here before, it can be overwhelming. However, everyone who works here is SO NICE. I cannot say enough about their knowledge and willingness to help - even walk you to find exactly what you're looking for. This place is really a one-stop shop for me on so many days!

As a last-ditch effort, I checked the local big-box stores, but nothing looked promising. Then I remembered McFadden-Dale and decided to make the trip before they closed. They didn't have the exact 6-32 x 7/16", but they did have 6-32 x 1/2". The staff was incredibly helpful and took the time to check the thread pitch to make sure they'd work. Best of all, four screws cost me just $0.56 instead of nearly $20--and I didn't end up with another 40 or 90 extras I'd now have to find uses for. Their credit card system was down, so it was cash only. They also close at 2 PM on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays.

An associate asked if I needed help (I unfortunately didn't catch the guy's name) and I mentioned the predicament, admittedly somewhat worried I'd have to buy a whole new allen wrench set just to get the one that I needed for the job. He took me to a place in the back of the store with old allen wrenches people had donated, often left over from similar bed/furniture dismantling/assembly jobs, and these were free. He gave me the option of taking a few and seeing if any of them worked. I did take about three of them, and fortunately, one of them got the job done! Frustrated with the ridiculously high labor rates for contractors and handymen throughout the Vegas…read moreValley, I decided to do the project myself. I wanted to install a couple of Pendant lights above the bar in my kitchen, as well as several ceiling fans throughout my house. I have done many DIY projects in my life, but never anything that has to deal with electrical. But after getting quotes from contractors in the Valley as high as $600 to install two pendant lights. I decided it was time to learn how to do this myself. To be safe and make sure my HOT and Neutral wires were installed correctly, and that the electricity was broken, I needed to buy myself a voltage tester. I also needed a wire stripper and some electrical tape. My first instinct was to go to one of the popular Big Box chains, however, their voltage testers were too expensive for just a few uses. So, I did a little research and found a perfectly priced one here at Harbor Freight. I was blown away at how affordable the prices are on everything here. The store is clean, bright, inviting and easy to find exactly what you're looking for; and the prices... just wow! Some tools I recently purchased from one of their competitors will be returned so I can purchase them here. This is definitely my new go-to place when I need more supplies for all of my other DIY projects. Johanna was the associate that checked me out. She was very friendly, helpful, and really made me feel welcomed. She added my info to their system so they could store all of my receipts/purchases incase I ever loose a receipt and need to return something. BTW... I successfully installed my Pendant Lights myself, and they look great. So glad I did this project myself and saved tons of money!
