RC Willey over promised and underdelivered. We entered the store prepared with the measurements of our space and tv. The sales man, Robert, assured me our tv would fit nicely on this rather expensive 4 piece wall unit. Once we found what we liked we were out the door in under 30 minutes with delivery conveniently scheduled. everyone we interacted with was professional and respectful. Furniture ordered: skyline 4 piece wall unit in grey (console, bridge, and two piers), plus a dresser. Same day Online order (after leaving the store): 4 castleberry bar stools. The same evening of our purchase we received a phone call from the store, during purchase the cashier inverted two numbers on the sale price and called to collect the difference. Example: Order total 2984, charged 2498. This was an annoyance but easily fixed once I understood what the cashier was trying to explain to me. Fast forward to date of delivery. Furniture received: skyline 4 piece wall unit in mocha (piers and bridge), with a grey console. The bridge does not fit if tv is on the console (which is the purpose), and was promptly returned to the possession of the delivery team. Due to the recommendation of the delivery team we kept the piers for them to be picked up when we receive the correct finish on the mismatched pieces. After the drivers left I called customer service as instructed to have this issue fixed. Two and half hours later I was no where near a resolution. Bounced from one department to another before Customer service told me I needed to reach out to my salesman. Furthermore, they could not advise me on when to expect a refund on the bridge or how to reach Robert. Finally I was directed to leave a voicemail at a generic extension, and assured someone would get back to me. So I wait. I wait some more (no one called back). Finally, I show up in the store. After discussing the situation with customer service face to face, I was informed the sales man "retired" and this is why they are having problems correcting these issues. Customer service connected me to an in store sales representative who listened to the issues and attempted to assist me. In correcting my ticket it was discovered that only the console of the entertainment center is available in our desired color (grey), and if we desired a matching unit we should get the unit in mocha. What a nightmare. Now I'm stuck with a entertainment center in a color I do not want and the whole situation has been such a mess that I just don't want to deal with anymore. Regarding the online order: 4 barstools priced online through RC Willey. Available for 100 dollars less (per chair) through a competitor. RC Willey Customer service unwilling to offer price match. Sadly, this experience is enough to keep me from shopping with RC Willey in the future, and I have an entire house to furnish. Their loss. ***Update 1/7/23 After leaving this review RC Willey customer service emailed to say the store would be in touch regarding these issues. It should be noted, no one ever followed up with me. The mocha console should be delivered today. So hopefully we will have a matching unit but it's still not what we originally purchased. read more

I've had my current bed set for about eight years now and we bought it at RC Willey. Sadly it was showing its' age and the wooden bed frame underneath broke, deemed unfixable at this point. Upon learning that I had an open account with RC Willey, which I had forgotten about, I came here in search for a new bed set, with the help of my dad. Finding the best one was really tricky, but I settled on one that I liked. I'm very picky about prices, so the bed set I chose was in the clearance section. We were helped by Tyrell, who was very friendly and answered all of my questions. It's been about six years since I shopped here, and I found that my account actually had my old address on it (really lucky that I caught that). I asked him to change it to my current address, which he thoroughly did. The downside to this is that my new bed set won't be delivered until late November. BUT...they recommended me a backup until I get it, a metal bed frame, which was fair. We came back later that day and picked it up at the will call around back. I've been sleeping on my pullout couch all this week and I would like to sleep on my own mattress again. We got to checkout, where Nancy helped us. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes to check out, however. They had to run a credit check since I haven't used my account in a long time, which was strange because I have an excellent credit score. The customer service in general has really gone downhill. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Spent over 30,000 to furnish whole house and many appliances in 2022. Now just one bed they could not get here and lied and gave run around until I cancelled the order. THEY DO NOT CARE. Happy customer in all these. Fast forward to the present. I expected to receive the attached. Problems: . Received zero fasteners. So I'm a DIYer so OK. . Received 3 drawers not 4. . As I flipped it and removed the cambric, I noticed bird fecal matters inside the sectional. Everyone please check the INSIDE of your furniture. I do like this RC Willey, however, I am super frustrated with an experience I am having with a fireplace console that I purchased a few months ago. This was not cheap. They said a tech would have to evaluate. Ok fine. Turns out the blower is bad. Ok fine. It's cold and I'd like to use it but was told not to. Good customer service would have been to offer a replacement. Now I get to wait for a new blower which they don't have an ETA on. I've spent a ton of money at this store: huge sectional, washer/dryer tower, coffee bar. I just want to feel that I am valued as a customer. read more

Very sad day today. We have been frequent shoppers at RCW for quite awhile. Pretty sure we have spent about $15,000 in this store alone. A few months ago, we noticed the veneers on our "sofa style table" that has drawers in it are bubbling and lifting. We kindly asked the young lady at the desk while paying for another piece of furniture we purchased today, if anything could be done about the veneers. We had already had the piece repaired once because the tracks didn't work on the drawers when it was delivered. Of course, I stood right at the door and watched the guys let one of the drawers slam wide open and I know that is what destroyed it. They did repair that to our satisfaction. Took awhile though. The young lady at the counter pretended to go back in the corner to speak with two other girls, and all they were doing was talking. Had 0 to do with my issue. Then she came back and said there wasn't anything she could do. She had to make it look good right? Like she tried? We had purchased some nice Euro style rocker recliners last year and we were told they were leather. Within 3 months the coating wore off an edge where you don't even come in contact with. It took them months and months to repair. Claimed the parts could not make it in. Thank heavens we had the extended warranty. BIG NOTE- ALWAYS BUY THE WARRANTY Our neighbor has a "leather" couch from RCW. It was a brown couch and it's now red in a large part of it. RCW refused to take care of that too and he won't ever go back. We have another neighbor that had put two sets of RCW black leather couches out on the street for free because they just didn't hold up and it had only been 2 years since they purchased them. RCW lost my business today. We know that this furniture doesn't hold up well, and we usually change looks so quickly that it doesn't matter. Overcrowded with stuff in my opinion and their showrooms need to be severely updated. It looks so dated like a late 80's or 90's furniture store. It's impossible to look at everything there as it's so crowded I also think it's a bit overpriced but currently that's the going trend unfortunately. Didn't enjoy this place at all and we literally were in and out in about 15 minutes, possibly less. Probably will not go back but again it's just not our style and more importantly just my own opinion and not for everyone. read more

My wife and I recently bought a new dryer, and decided to purchase at RC Willey. It was very easy to get the paperwork done and get the machine delivered. Upon arriving I didn't bother to open the package until after the truck left. The side and bottom had been damaged so I sent pics and asked Jalen about what to do. I told him I would plug it in and see if it worked ok. It didn't. I returned call and Jalen said they would send out a new one and pick up the damaged one. The new one arrived and it had smaller damage. I again let Jalen know and called him back to let him know it worked fine and was just small dents. RC Willey has quite a showroom. They have stuff set up in little groups and several departments. Electronics, mattresses, living room, dining room, bedroom sets and recliners sections. We bought a couple of nice recliners for our TV room, a nice futon for my wife's little nest and a chair for our bedroom. The latter was a custom order that will take 8-12 weeks to arrive. It was nice to get exactly what she wanted. Our salesperson, Jackie was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and so helpful. I like that you pay $59 for delivery but that includes anything you buy for a year. They also had a nice zero percent financing option we took advantage of. They don't have a lot of modern furniture, but we still found some nice things we liked. We'll be back when we need other furniture. read more

My husband and I just moved to Henderson from another state. We needed to furnish our new apartment. Our leasing agent recommended we go to RC Willey and we took her advice. Boy are we glad we did. When we entered the store we knew it was close to closing time but just wanted to "peek" and see what the store was like. Upon entering a kind and beautiful woman named Julia greeted us and ended up helping us pick out our new living room and dining room furniture that night! Even though it was close to closing time she walked us all over the entire store. Not once did she rush us or make us feel as if we were putting her behind schedule. She was knowledgeable, patient and right on point with all of her suggestions. Today we were ready to purchase a bedroom set and again Julia was there to guide and navigate us through all of the different sets down to the mattress and box springs! We have had nothing but a tremendous experience at RC Willey and are very pleased with the quality of furniture. I will say it again...Julia has been exceptional. As a side note, she even (per my asking) was gracious enough to share with me the name of her nail salon and hair stylist which was a godsend. I don't take kindness for granted and feel that people are placed in our path for a reason. Ordered over 50k in furniture over the years at this place and my latest experiences have been horrid ! The delivery driver Sal is a pompous arrogant asshole with a bad attitude! He was rude to my Wife, was 2 hours late and broke a $5,000 stone table twice causing delays to get our table ! We still havnt gotten it ! He was supposed to have texted my wife today but instead just showed up at the guard shack and we are not there ! When he finally called us, he said he could not wait ! Managers don't care and do nothing to resolve my issues ! RC Willey helped solve a frustrating experience for me. This week I had a great experience with purchasing a new dishwasher. After two weeks of games with a local repair company I decided to just buy a new dishwasher. I came in on Tuesday evening and had a working, installed dishwasher by noon on Friday! Not only was it fast, but the process was frustration free. The salesman who helped me was Steve. He immediately greeted me and offered to answer any questions, but he let me look without hovering over me. I pretty much knew what I wanted and Steve confirmed that it was in stock in Utah. Sold. He was so efficient in putting the order in that my toddler didn't even have time to lose patience. Then he walked us back to the cashier and provided his number should I have any problems. Back at the cashier area I was helped by a helpful woman. I remembered that I had a small credit on my account from two years ago. The credit wasn't initially showing up, but she was patient with searching again and found it. Appliance Installs is the installation company RC Willey uses if you buy installation. They deserve their own five star review. They contacted me to schedule install within the promised 48 hours. The service window was only two hours long and I received a call when he was on the way. He installed the new dishwasher pretty quickly, but was thorough in checking to make sure it was working and we didn't have leaks. The technician was one of the nicest guys. He cleaned up his mess, offered to help put my baby gate back up, and was friendly. Seven years ago when we bought our house we purchased quite a bit from RC Willey. All new kitchen appliances, washer, dryer, a bedroom set, family room furniture, outdoor lounge chairs, and televisions. My experience with that was that they do best with appliances. Those arrived and were installed perfectly. The furniture was a mixed bag. They had a hard time delivering furniture without damaging it. They must have been at our house three or four times for furniture alone. I haven't been thrilled with how their furniture holds up either. The bedroom set scratches very easily and our couch began wearing six months in. RC Willey offers warranties for everything they sell. If you don't use the warranty then they give you a store credit for half of the warranty purchase price. The key is not forgetting to do this at the five year mark. I used the warranty for the worn couch and they ended up refunding us half of what we paid for the couch. It was a process though. In summary, I highly recommend RC Willey for appliances and televisions, but be selective with furniture. read more

Ethel M. was my interior designer rep-- and what a source of knowledge (she explained in detail about the various mattresses, and engaged us in taking our time to really experience the nuances of each one; she gave great advice regarding the office chair and electric desk that I purchased) and she has a GREAT memory after meeting me once, she knew who I was when I called her a few days later, and remembered the pieces I had been interested in. My furniture was delivered ON TIME and the delivery communication was on point. The DELIVERY GUYS (Oh I wish I remembered their names!!) were PHENOMENAL... expertly removing a bedroom door off its hinges to fit an oversized piece through, and then replacing the door within seconds flat, setting up my bed, giving GREAT advice on what to do with a headboard when you have a motorized box spring... and even GREAT LOCAL advice for us newbies to Las Vegas. They were out the door in less then 20 min, but it was a whirlwind of AMAZINGNESS, and I very much look forward to getting more from RC Willey in the future! read more

Had a great first experience. Needed to bring my mom back to make sure the couch I picked would work for her (she's in a wheelchair so I wanted to look around first). The salesman wasn't there the day I went back (even though it was the day he said he would be working). No big deal. Messaged him and he said he would be there Monday. Monday came around and he asked me when I would be there, I said I was stuck at work and could come at 5:30. I got there a bit late. He called while I was walking in and said he was finishing up with a customer. No problem, I was late as well. He called again and said the customer wanted a specific painting they couldn't find and it would be a while. 30 min went by and then he was available to help me. I told him I wanted 2 of the couches with a tag that says Going Away Soon (online says Coming Soon!) and was ready to purchase now. He looks on the computer and tells me they don't come in until June. I said, ok I need one for my mother ASAP and could we buy the floor model (they had it and gray and brown so I thought maybe they could sell the model and swatch the other one) said I'd take the flood model & order and pay for the other one now to come in June. He needed to ask a Manager. He came back and told me they'd need to call and ask another customer first. What? I'm standing here saying I'll pay for it right now. If you can and will sell it.... and the other person hadn't bought it yet, what is going on? The salesman said he would be working first thing the next morning and would let me know first thing Tues. It's now Fri night and I haven't heard a word. He also told me the sale ends 2/26 so I'd definitely need to purchase before that date because they are bad about honoring a sale price after the sale ends. They are closed on Sundays and I fly out for work at 6am on 2/26 so tonight or tomorrow are the only times I could pay. I'm so over this and wanted to make my mom happy and not start over. It's worse than buying a car with the games. On top of that, he kept trying to talk me into brown. I explained that the house flooring is all gray with black marble accents and we didn't want brown. He told me he wears gray and brown together all the time and was I saying they didn't match? Yes, I am and even if they did match I told you we don't want that for her home. He also spiked an attitude with me when he was writing the pricing on a paper that made no sense. As I was walking out, the greeter told him here are the people who have been waiting for you and he pretty much ran away. I've been a repeat customer here for a few months spending thousands on a couch , table... but today I became aware of, what i find, a misleading sales practice. Some price tags are misleading, suggesting one price and hiding the other. In my case I believed I bought a chair for 149, only to find out that I was buying only 1/2 a chair. The other half was an additional 99$. Some chairs have 1 price others have 2. It's like I bought a couch without the cushions. Even better, the manager was agitating. We purchased our furniture well in advance, with the understanding that it would be ready and delivered as soon as our new home was finished being built. The salesman assured us that our items were in stock and that they would be waiting for us in the warehouse with our name on them. So far, so good, right? Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. When the day finally came for our move-in, we were told that our table and chairs were **on backorder** and would not be available for at least another month. We were **shocked**--we had been explicitly told everything was in stock. When we went back to the store to get clarification, things only got worse. The salesman, who had sold us the furniture, actually **lied** and forged a comment on our receipt claiming that he had informed us of the backorder status. Thankfully, we had the original receipts, which showed no such note. This led to an uncomfortable confrontation with the furniture manager, who acted like we were the ones at fault. Instead of offering any real solution, he essentially dismissed us, claiming there was nothing he could do because he wasn't present during our original conversation. We were made to feel like the issue was our fault, and no apology or attempt at resolution was offered. To make matters even worse, we had purchased a 6th chair, and the company gave us 6 loaner chairs in the meantime. But when we asked about this 6th chair, we were told that **no record** existed of our purchase. The next manager we spoke to laughed at us and casually dismissed our concern, saying that it "didn't make sense" for us to have six chairs for our table anyway. They claimed they just gave us an extra chair for no reason. It was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. After all of this, the level of **arrogance** and **lack of accountability** from RC Willey has left us not just dissatisfied, but deeply frustrated. The managers were dismissive, the sales staff dishonest, and we were made to feel like the problem rather than the customer. I have shared this experience with friends, family, and colleagues, many of whom have been loyal customers of RC Willey for years. Now, no one I know will ever step foot in that store again. There is so much I could add like the lack of communication when delivery items were damaged and just didn't show up with the rest. Or being told the other three chairs were damaged in shipping by the salesman and the manager telling us they were still at the port. Or never receiving a phone call back after a week from our salesman on this issue. But I think you see the picture of the lies, coverups, and complete disrespect to paying customers, who already handed over the full amount. In short, RC Willey's customer service is **abysmal**, and they have completely lost our business for good. What a nightmare!!! We bought 2 reclining chairs 3 weeks ago. We were set up for delivery on 5/16/24 and the truck showed up with 1 chair. We have now made several calls, to 1. get the chair delivered immediately OR 2. Return the chair that's here and get a refund for BOTH chairs. We've been told the chair is in stock by the sales person (Ethel) but that it couldn't get delivered for 3 weeks! We spoke to a sales supervisor named David only to be blown off. and now we're waiting for Brad (the GM) to return our call and we've heard nothing. We wont be shopping here again.. fingers crossed I can eventually get refunded on the missing chair. What a nightmare! I bought this bed for my guest room two years ago. It gets very little use. A normal sized guest sat on the bed last month and the rail cracked! I paid for a service call--the tech agreed there's a defect--the rail is not one piece of wood but several. He did a repair with 2x4s. The store said the bed is discontinued and my warranty expired in a year so tough luck. They said they would contact the manufacturer and would call me back but I never heard from them again. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Had a stain on a mattress that should be covered under RC Willey warranty. They sent a technician to try and clean it and they could not. Could not identify what it was. Contacted RC Willey and they were supposed to warranty the mattress and cover due to defect and after 2 months of trying to get it warranted they now tell me no warranty stating "multiple stains accumulated." There is only 1 stain also indicated by cleaning technician. The only purpose of the cover is to prevent stains. Supposed 10 year warranty on mattress cover against stains recommended and upsold by salesperson and they refuse to honor it. I was given the run around for 2 months trying to get help and was lied to and never a return phone call when promised. All the "at home" customer service reps are very ill trained in dealing with customers warranty issues. Don't bother getting suckered into buying anything with a warranty. They won't honor it. I definitely would not buy anything from salesman Tim Callahan. He just stopped talking to me at all. EDIT: I did contact the the extended warranty team and that is how I was treated. Last time we ever shop the RC Willey in Henderson. Horrible customer service. Spend a few thousand dollars and expect your delivery in full on time, nope not from this store. Multiple times had to reschedule for missing parts on the initial delivery. The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing there with miscommunication communication between warehouse to delivery. Thanks to Irene, I found a great Serta Parkville Mattress including dual split sides, and it also raises and lowers positions, for 1/3 of the price of half a bed at the Sleep Number Store we just visited! So if you need a new mattress, go see Irene! She was really helpful and patient, as you know how long it takes to lay down on a bunch of beds to try and find the one you will probably be using for the next ten years! It is a scary purchase. They also have a 30 day exchange policy. So that makes me confident in my purchase as well! read more

Oh man...where do I start?? After looking for so long...I am a "modern" type of furniture lover...but as time goes on I felt that a reclining sofa would be nice. My husband and I work super hard and we would love to put our feet up but still have a cuddle couch at the same time! It was hard for me to transition from modern furniture to a reclining set but still have it look sexy... After a week or two of looking at several stores, we finally took the time to come here to RC Wiley and look. We found the most beautiful and modern and COMFORTABLE sofa sectional and chair! We met Brian Sanchez and he was so amazing! I'm in sales here in town and he was hands down THE BEST salesman I ran into after looking everywhere! Their delivery price was super fair! Better than the competition...and the delivery service was great! Everything was in stock and ready to deliver in a week! We were going to buy a sectional at another place but after picking up our dinette set they became a nightmare! That place increases their delivery charge the more you spend and same with the warranty !! Purchased a 3,000 fridge and it was to be delivered today and they state they will move the old fridge out and put the new fridge in the space. The delivery guys gave an update they will be there in 10 and to clean the old fridge out if there is anything so they can move it. It was empty and they still refused to move the old fridge and only put the new one by the door. read more

We purchased a new bed set, head board and dining set from RC Willey. We were told that there would be a wait for our furniture and we were ok with that. Once our queen bedset was delivered, we noticed cracks in the paint of the dresser and mirror, and a Rep told us that a credit would be put back into our account for the damage. We have been waiting weeks and the credits have yet to be posted. Since then, the bedframe has loosened up due to poor installation. We are also waiting for a credit for a price adjustment towards the purchase of our dining set, since it went on sale a few days after we purchased it. On top of this, the table top of the dining set has a noticable gap in the center, where the leaf extension would go. We are waiting to see if a tech can actually fix this for us. We also wanted a 2nd matching nightstand to go with our bedset, and haven't gotten an update on delivery since we purchased it. RC Willey has a duty to ensure that they deliver on their promises to customers. If they did what they told us they were going to do, I wouldn't be on yelp leaving this review for everyone to see. read more

Looking to purchase furniture here. They have some pieces I like. RC Willey states they have these huge sales. You can find exact products elsewhere for their supposed sale prices. They just mark it up really high and say you are getting a sale price. Associates are of abundance and ready to stomp. Just get me one that actually offers some deals. I'm ready to spend. read more

After spending tens of thousands of dollars at RC Willey's. They would not sell me a washing machine for $599. My wife is primary on the account. I'm a authorized user. Jennie the manager said my wife has to be present to make a purchase. I paid with my Visa. Didn't have time to argue with her while she sat at her desk with 10 people in line ! Way to go Jennie! Losing a 20 year customer over a technicality???????? Never even bothered to speak to me. Terrible customer service skills. An absolute disappointment to a great company! I had a bad experience years ago with an obnoxious out-right racist female manager at this location and decided to never come back. Regardless, I gave them another try today about -- what a mistake! I'm from out of state and tried to order a washer, dryer and dishwasher for a tenant. I called it in instead of ordering on-line because I had some questions. Art, the sales person, was helpful. Next I'm with customer service to pay and she tells, after checking with her female manager, me she can take only 20% by phone and the balance has to be paid in store or at the delivery address. Really, like I will come from out of state to get this done! If this is still the same female manager she is unfit for this position and surely does not understand business. read more

After visiting almost every furniture store in Las Vegas we found RC Willey to have almost everything we needed, quality furniture and a budget to meet our needs. We furnished all of our appliances, 3 rooms of furniture and a TV from the Henderson location. They also have a Blue rewards membership. You pay a one time fee of $79 and get free unlimited delivery for an entire year. It's more than paid for it's self. In addition with the other perks of the membership you receive extensions on warranties if you purchase and rebates from your purchases after 6 months. One other furniture store we bought furniture from charged us $99 for delivery and no other incentives. They have furniture, appliances, electronics, flooring, outdoor furniture. You name it they have everything you need for your home. If you are looking for furniture ask for Toni, she's great and patient. read more
