Nate saved my life. He is genuinely the most amazing salesperson and human. He fought for this mattress I need in order to be there for my 15-month old son. He knew how badly I needed this and he was beyond patient and not pushy whatsoever with me. The mattress I had was killing me, I thought I was just stuck with it for the rest of my life. I have Lumbar disc disease and my back is falling apart. As a single mother with a very tall little one, I was just laid off and have no support or income at the moment. Nate fought for me. He took care of me with honesty, knowledge , and genuine care about my situation. He will not lead you astray or lie to you to get a sale. After weeks of and numerous visits to this store, contemplating this huge decision due money and other factors, I finally can say I purchased my brand new mattress that is going to save my quality of life for my son and I. :) I am crying tears of happiness finally able to know I will be able to get in and out of bed to be the mother my son needs every morning. Thank you so much, Nate. Please recognize this man as an asset to your company, he goes above and beyond and without him I would not have a mattress and would be sleeping on the floor. 15/10, I cannot recommend this place enough. read more

Let's face it, after becoming attached to a mattress for years the last thing you want to do is go out and find another one when it wears out, well I did. Once I found the one I liked I price shopped and went to all the different mattress stores. Best Mattress was by far the best price and the customer service provided by Angelie made it real easy to do the transaction here. Of course I couldn't just leave with the mattress but I also had to buy a couple pillows. All in all there's certain places that you enjoy doing business with and this was definitely one of them. Thank you Angelie and Best Mattress, Customer for life read more

We are very happy with the service that we received from Anjoly at Best Mattress! She really saved the day! We needed a new bed quickly and she went above and beyond to find the models that were in stock and patiently show us our options, even though we came in near closing time. She did not make us feel rushed and explained everything so that we were able to make an informed choice. She got us a wonderful package deal on the mattress plus an adjustable base. Delivery was scheduled for the very next morning and we are grateful for the outstanding service. The delivery people were also wonderful. We love to support local businesses as well! read more

Amazing customer service I knew what I wanted. They took me right to where I needed to test the bed I wanted, they didn't try to upsell me. They arranged to have the bed delivered the same day and pleasant ladies in the office eager to help regardless of no up sale. read more

I'll start this review by stating my issue is not with the people my issue is with the company policy. I purchased a mattress a 9/16/24. When I went in, I told the sales person that my husband and I were big people and we needed something that would be sturdy. We ended up buying a purple which we loved, but it was hard to get out of and it's more for back sleepers versus side sleepers. We went on to a beauty rest firm after we were able to use the exchange policy, which was easy but...... after only a few months we already have a quarter inch dip, that may not sound like a lot, but there is a hump in the middle of our bed between my husband and I and where our backs are is also sunk in now it hasn't even been a year, when I talked to them, they told me that they would "send out a service writer to look at it but they're very picky." guy came. He looked at it. He told us that "mattress firm was the one that were picky" we got a letter in the mail with a copy of our warranty stating that our mattress needs to be an inch and a half sag before they will exchange the bed..... (we also bought the OUTRAGEOUSLY priced mattress cover to cover us from damages that would void the warranty, waste!! Just buy one at Walmart! 1 and 1/2 sag is absolutely a humongous and ridiculous sag in order to replace it. A quarter inch is plenty of a dip on a body for over $4000.... I should have just went back to SATVA who I had for years! But I wanted to give our local economy a boost, and now I'm an idiot. I wake up in so much pain every morning. My hips hurt my lower back hurts and I have to pay for this bed. It is a giant mistake. read more

Very helpful and friendly staff. My wife went in here to find a pillow that would take away a lot of the neck pain she was experiencing. I had a great experience here. Anjoly was very helpful. We got an amazing deal on a mattress for our guest room. Highly recommend!

We had been to a few different mattress stores before coming in here. Anjoly educated us on the different mattress but didn't overwhelm us. You can tell she enjoys her job and wants to make her customers happy. We ended up buying a Sterns & Foster bed and had it delivered the next day. The two gentlemen, Mike and Jab arrived on time, wore a mask in our home, hauled our old mattress out and set our new bed up. Mike even took the time to tell us more about S&F and what a great choice we made. From the sales floor to the deliver we had a great experience. read more

Me and my wife were looking for adjustable bed with Tempur-Pedic mattresses and after looking at RC Willey, Ashley and some other stores we decided to stop on the way home at Best Mattress in Green Valley, Henderson. We were greeted by Anjoly Molina, the store manager. The store is very clean. A lot of attention done to Covid-19, the people are in masks and maintained the designated distance between each other. Anjoly showed us a few options demonstrating a deep knowledge in product. We made a purchase and set up a delivery date. The bed was delivered on time and installed very professional. Anjoly followed with order and called us to find out if the bed was delivered and installed. We are very happy with our purchase and will recommend this store to our friends and relatives. Very satisfied customers, Mike and Bella. read more

It's important to mention that I was intending to go to the location close to my home originally. I happened upon this location on accident, and I'm certainly glad that I did. It was nothing short of a Pleasure to happen upon the store location of Best mattress. Lorena and Anjoly made me feel so welcome I felt like I was part of the family being in the store. I have to guess they treat everyone the same that walks in and that's a very good thing. I want to thank both of them from the bottom my heart for making this trip to your store seem like perfection. I am more than happy with the service that I received from the both of you thank you. read more

And Melissa was kind as well. I would definitely encourage you to shop at this store for a new mattress. A+ for knowledgeable service A+ for price A+ for delivery team and service (next day delivery) A+ for product (didn't get anything too fancy as the mattress is for a guest room, but it looks and feels great for the price I paid) read more

Great experience! Melissa was a great help and was patient with me and my daughter trying out the mattresses and asking questions. I went in with an idea of what I wanted to spend and what I wanted to get. I bought 2 mattresses, box springs and a mattress protector. I am happy that I also got a few deals in the process. As an Engineer, I am perplexed why Box Springs cost so much. Annoying. I recommend going in when they have deals and have an idea of what the beds usually go for, try out all the beds and let your body decide... or your daughter in my case. read more

Bill originally took care of me when I made my selection. I told him the firmness I was looking for as well as my budget. He brought me right to the best mattress for me and explained differences between them. When I went in the store to pay my balance for delivery I met Anjoly. She was with another customer but made sure I was comfortable in waiting for her attention. We discussed my mattress, discussed delivery date and I was done in no time at all. She also explained about the beautiful sheet sets they have available. I bought one set and can't wait to get my bed and try out the beautiful sheets. Best buying experience I have had in a long time because of Bill and Anjoly. read more

¡¡¡I highly recommend this location to my fellow YELPERS!!! Probably the easiest mattress purchasing experience ever. They are currently clearing their inventory to prepare for a new shipment. You can walkout with a floor model for a fraction of the price. We seriously saved SEVERAL hundred dollars. Not to mention we got premium mattresses for pur guest rooms. Totally unexpected surprise!!! The delivery and setup fee was less than 50 bucks. Well worth the $$ to not have to deal with carrying those monsters inside the house. Here it is folks my 5 star factor. The manager was super friendly and assisted us. We were in and out in under 15 minutes and i didn't walk away feeling like i got ripped off, over charged, or like i would regret it later. Furniture and appliance purchases are already hard enough to make. read more

My husband and I are so excited that we purchased the Beautyrest Black Tatiana 3.0 also known as the "Tom Brady" bed. Delivery is set for Sunday!! Highly, highly recommend this store.
