Their tech failed to do his due diligence before he replaced a fuel injector. I picked this generator up and it was stalling in the middle of the night. I called a dealership in Arilington, TX, he said bring it in. So when I arrived service manager asked me to start it. He listened and said don't like they way it sounds." So he told his tech to pull out my spark arrestor and it was caked with about 1/2 inch of soot! it had never been cleaned in 9000 hours of operation! I called Stotz Equipment, Corporate office in Avondale, AZ. I spoke with the Service Director over 25 Service Managers her name was Ms. Julie Jackson. Another 1,500 hours and this same generator needed a new throttle body and fuel pump. I called her again and she did absolutely nothing for me! Now yesterday i go into their [Stotz] location in Cortez, CO, to order a $ 4,500.00 John Deere, diesel generator. I called Julie Jackson, at Stotz Corporate office and left a professional message. This morning she didn't call me she alerted her store in Cortez, to "cancel my generator order because I am not in good standing with Stotz." Don't ever do business with Stotz Equipment! They are total ASSWIPES!

I live in an assisted living facility & use a lift chair recliner to sleep, it stopped working at about 7 a.m. desperate for a new one, I ordered a replacement on their website. I also texted approx. at 8 a.m. that I had to have today. Rebecca called me back alnost immediately saying she'd check stock as soon as she got in. She called at 9 a.m. & determined the one I chose was not in stock. Rebecca stayed on the phone with me & helped choose another one. Though all delivery drivers had already left, she contacted their department & was able to tell me it would be delivered by 2 p.m. It in fact was delivered aporox. 11 a.m. & assembled by noon!!! Amazing. While for many companies customer service is a thing of the past, Rebecca, the delivery driver & Walker Furniture showed it is still possible & alive.

There is ample amount of parking spots available. The Walker Outlet Warehouse is a lot smaller than the main showroom for Walker Warehouse. There were sections dedicated to furniture like beds, tables, and seats. We were specifically looking for computer desks. One of the team members at Walker Outlet Warehouse provided us with assistance and showed us the [3] computer desks that they did have in stock. Unfortunately, those desks weren't the shape or size we were looking for at the time. Luckily, the sales team member just provided us with the info on the desks and informed us if we needed any other additional assistance to just reach out! We had a good experience at Walker Outlet Warehouse.

I'm in town for the holidays, and discovered too late that another company had made a big mistake on a personalized gift. So I am left in the lurch 4 days before Christmas with a VERY specific gift and no way to rectify it, as most shops won't even take a rush embroidery order this late in the game (Dec 21). I called several shops and even went to the item's manufacturer's "flagship" store- NO luck. Enter 31 Kreations. Although plenty busy, they were kind enough to take on my job (and soon before closing too!), resolve the problem, do the custom embroidery at a VERY reasonable rate and complete it very quickly without sacrificing quality. They carefully matched the color, style, everything and the finished project looks gorgeous. They are VERY nice and have a wide variety of fonts, colors, etc to choose from- more than some shops I've seen. They are a smaller store, but don't let that fool you- they did things right all the way around. I hope those who still live in the Valley try them FIRST for an excellent job on custom/personalized items for a fair price. THANK YOU AND GREAT WORK 31!
