Bought a pre-pack to make a quilt for the first time. All items needed to do the quilt were not in…read morethe packet. I spent over $90.00 and figured this would be a good way make my first quilt. I knew the backing for the quilt and the batting would not be in the packet, so it wasn't those items that were missing. The Sew Yeah packet was short a good 3/4 yard of each fabric, and there was 10 fabric choices so, this is an additional $250.00 to do the actual quilt front, don't trust this place to include all the fabrics in the pre packed quilt top. I have spoken to others and they have said the same thing has happened to them on the pre-packed kits. So disappointed, at this rate this quilt will cost me $400.00 plus dollars to finish it:( I will buy the remaining items from elsewhere, not going to trust they will include everything if I order online from Sew yeah.

While my parents were in town, we went exploring in Summerlin and we found ourselves inside this beautiful space on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't too busy, but it's packed to the brim with jewelry, gifts, apparel and more. The owner is subtle and lovely - excited to tell you all about the artist who made the ring you are about to purchase. The items range in cost, but are a bit on the pricier side. I splurged on a 14k gold plated ring with a moonstone center piece, hand hammered. I had to buy it. Once I put it on, it's like I had been wearing it my whole life. Go ahead. Treat yo self.

They describe themselves as a "a premium concept store for women, dedicated to fashion, art, music, and culture." I describe them as very French. The clothing is mostly neo-vintage, so new clothes that have the feel of vintage. They also have true vintage sunglasses. However, what I spent most of my time browsing were their jewelry cases filled with fun, stylish selections that you don't see everywhere. The prices aren't cheap, but they aren't unexpected for this type of store. They also showcase work from local artists, always an appreciated touch. Happy to see another locally-owned spot to do some shopping!

I will start my review by sharing what I didn't know: embroidery is a thriving business…read more I went to a business to have a small faux leather backpack embroidered with the initials KHF. But the employee said they couldn't do it because the backpack was too thick. I called Fantastic Embroidery, and they said they could do it, so I went right over to the Boulevard Mall, where they are located, on a Thursday afternoon. I planned to walk in, get the three initials embroidered, and walk out. I thought it might take them a few hours at maximum. The lady at the front desk told me they couldn't complete it until next week. I told her I needed it done by Saturday, and she said she could rush it for $25.00, and I agreed. I looked through a font book with Mashari, who showed me a cursive font I liked, except the letter F didn't look like an F. I chose a block-letter font because the letters were easy to identify. But once I told her I got the backpack for a woman, she recommended a more "cutesy" font, so I kept looking for a cursive font until I found one I liked that started with an L (it might be Lavanderia or another multisyllabic word). I chose the I inch size in light gray thread for the initials. I came in the next day after six o'clock, and four people were waiting in line. But once the employee recognized me, she handed me the bag, which I appreciated because I had to make it to the cleaners by 7:00 p.m. that day. I was happy with the results, and "KHF" loved the bag! After our date, she texted me a picture of the bag with the message, "Literally so cute! Thank you." I highly recommend this business because they did an excellent job and the staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. I will use them again for my embroidery needs. I'll make sure to drop my items off weeks in advance to avoid the rush fee, since business is booming there.
