Easily the best deal in Vegas. This town has become outrageously expensive (strip) but there's still value to be had. Used the 25% off member rewards coupon at top of Binion's steakhouse. That one coupon saved me $80. Only went with 3 people. Take 6-8 people and you can save $100's. Pretty great deal considering the entire book costs $50 total. read more

5 stars I have subscribed since 1999. It is a huge bargain, if only for the Member Rewards coupon book (it makes the subscription free, in my opinion). I read the monthly newsletter as soon as it comes out. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the subscription, the staff gets right back to you and fixes it. When I pick up my coupon book at the office, the woman at the desk is always friendly. It's a great investment for any Vegas traveler. read more

Used to be a fantastic book for the money. I used it a few times years past and was a great value. Like everything else in Vegas anymore, the deals have dried up. Hardly any free play coupons anymore, mostly "bonus" play if you gamble x amount of dollars. And for the 50 dollar price tag now, I just don't see much of a value. It's a shame. read more

I have been a member of Las Vegas Advisor for 2 years. Living in Los Angeles, I come to Las Vegas once or twice a year. The $50 subscription includes a coupon book with lots of promotions that easily pay for the price of the book. Included are match play, free play, discounts on hotels (This year was Downtown Grand and Rio), discounts off show tickets and food discounts (1/2 price or 2 for 1 buffet at the Palms was the premier food coupon in this edition). In addition to the physical coupon book there are sometimes digital coupons available on the website for members. Anthony and Andrew host a weekly program on YouTube, called Las Vegas Advisor, where they discuss latest happenings in Las Vegas such as upcoming events and tournaments, hotel/casino openings or closings and sometimes advantage play tips from 2020 Black Jack Hall of Fame inductee Anthony Curtis. The Monthly LasVegasAdvisor continues to be absolutely horrendous to read online but the October debacle is the worse one yet. The link in the email goes to July initially but eventually after reclicking the link it the email the October one comes up. As per usual it is really really difficult and annoying to read the damn thing as it keeps going back to the front page. Then after reading a few pages, it skipped to September edition. I stop in here 2 or 3 times a year for other various gaming books that are value priced from time to time. The selection of books and their price tag varies throughout the year. I snagged a great poker book for a few bucks on clearance that normally retails for around $25. In my experience, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Anthony was the only person to go nuts over this as the masses of people he... advised didn't seem to pay attention at this incredible incident. It's known for posting a now world famous list of 5 og the biggest bargains in town every week. It's listed the 99-cent cocktail, $3.00 steak and eggs and other graveyard specials. It's been the forefront of hotels this year that have had dirt cheap room rates around or under $20/ NIGHT. In JULY, traditionally the busiest month of the year, along with August. There is one other newsletter like this that I can't seem to find on yelp. It doesn't even have a blank listing, so I may start it when I find enough business information. This is my third year purchasing Las Vegas Advisor coupon books, and I can't say enough nice things about them. We save so much money every year, and they get us to try new places that we haven't been to before. A friend of mine who comes to town several times a year has gotten hooked on them too. They pay for themselves in just a few uses (buffets at Mirage and Planet Hollywood and they're already paid for!), and don't have all the stipulations that casinos love to include (earning points before use, etc.).
