Maria and her team at DHS signs are top-notch! Maria worked with me through construction delays and was very understanding and patient. Prices are incredibly reasonable and turnaround time is stellar. The sign DHS made for me looks like it's super high-quality, and at night it shines brighter than my dreams! I work with Bill and Maria every year during the Rodeo. I notify them a few weeks prior to the event and each year our signs are out on time and look professional. I highly recommend their services. Great quality, professional, and wonderful to work with. Thanks for getting it done each year for us. read more

Beware of their "payment program". They'll make the payment dates change making you late pay. Then they turn around and threaten the landlord to lien his/her commercial real estate. They extort them to PAY IN FULL immediately. If you care about your relationship with your landlord, STEER CLEAR OF THIS BAIT N SWITCH SCAM! read more

Maria with DHS is so wonderful! We had a few changes that had to be made to our sign, and also a rebrand that was time sensitive and she was wonderful to work with. We appreciate all of your help, thank you Maria! read more

DHS is THE BEST sign company out there! Maria was so helpful and accomodating! We are a newer nail salon, just opened before the pandemic. Knowing that we were just starting out, she worked with us to create a sign within our budget, that was beautiful! When we closed for Covid-19, she worked with us again for payments. The sign is exactly what I hoped it would be. Its absolutely gorgeous! They installed it super fast, took down the old sign, and disposed of it, too! We will use this company in the future for any other signage needs! read more

Sent a quote request asking for a lightbox with LED's. Received a competitive quote from Maria Van Den Ouden. Wanting to move forward with the quote, I called and emailed Maria several times who never followed up. I'm not sure why Maria decided to ghost a potential customer, maybe my initial business wasn't important enough at the time. read more

I bought my sign from Diamond Head Sign Co. a little over a year ago. When I purchase the sign both Maria and Bill were extremely helpful in assisting me with the design I wanted and the colors. They built the sign to my specifications, delivered and hung it without so much as a glitch. More recently I had an issue with the sign which they promptly fixed at no charge to me. Great customer service and just all around good people. Kelly Tate CPA read more

I have worked with DHS a few times now on sign maintenance service and new sign installation. I handle installs all over the US and Canada so communication is key. Maria (owner) and staff were always professional, got back to us in a timely manner and extremely easy to work with. The pricing was reasonable and their communication regarding estimates, permits and install dates was on point. I welcome the opportunity to recommend them and work with them again. read more

I don't even know where to start on my review? Let's see... Great customer service from Bill and Maria! Family owned and operated business! Amazing fast build time! Full service shop that handled permitting! Great design suggestions! Oh and did I mention one killer looking sign at half the cost of the competition and twice as good?!?!?! I can not say more amazing things about Diamond Head Sign. They were professional, attentive and willing to work with us to get a sign that we needed for our store. They weren't pushy or in a rush to take our money. We are a small family business and completely sticker shocked by the competition. I met with Bill and he really worked with us to give us the professional look that we needed for both the store front and our pylon. If I could give them 6 stars, I definitely would because they deserve it!!! If you need a sign for your business, don't bother shopping around because these are the only guys you need! My boss owns commercial property in the Las Vegas area however she does not live locally. Made this clear when I made the appointment with Brandon when he returned my phone call. Made the appointment for the only day my boss was out there. Called to confirm the day before and the day of. No call back from him and the company hadn't heard from him (hope he is ok). If he is ok, I have not heard back as to what happened or for an apology. Horribly unprofessional. read more
