Now it's Friday end of day and I kept checking my email and finally see they emailed to an old email. Not the one I've been emailing with them this week. I needed a table seating chart board for my daughters Debut (18th birthday). It's about 100 guests and I only had less than a week before the event. Very unprofessional location. I sent them my art work so they can review the art work and let me know what size sign I need to purchase. I'm not a graphic designer so I'm relying on this company to let me know. They told me the size and sent me an invoice for $243 which I paid. Then they call me after I paid and told me I have to pay an additional $143 So they never checked my art work and never checked the size and just charged me $243 just because. Avoid this location. I first called them back in December and was greeted by Lisa. What a Gal! They offer a variety of sizes and shapes for the actual sign, as well as colors and fonts for the background and lettering. Once I made my choices, I was quickly emailed a preview of my sign. I could see that the colors I chose weren't quite right, so changed the colors and was immediately sent a new preview. Once again I'd made a mistake with my choices.
