I needed a table seating chart board for my daughters Debut (18th birthday). It's about 100 guests and I only had less than a week before the event. I considered Staples, but the locations were out of the way from my house. Thankfully, a friend of mines recommended Fast Signs since her company uses them for their advertising needs and loved them. I had the pleasure of working with Cheryl and told her I needed a table seating chart "like in weddings" and she suggested the Foam poster board, size 24" x 32" (the perfect size that sits on an easel). We had our own seating template saved so we just had to provide the pdf file. I was given a quote the same day and their price was very reasonable! Under $80! And talk about Fast Signs being fast. Their turn around time took only 3 days! I was so happy with the results that I almost wanted to tear up because it turned out so beautiful and knowing that my daughters special day was around the corner. It was a perforated rear window decal for her mobile beauty business here in Vegas abiemaebeauty.com So everyone at the shop including the young lady who took care of us were nothing but friendly. After a hiccup after the first application where the QR code was cut off they happily worked with us to get the placement right and after resubmitting the artwork we were good to a just a couple of days letter with no fuss or complaining on their part. Very unprofessional location. I sent them my art work so they can review the art work and let me know what size sign I need to purchase. I'm not a graphic designer so I'm relying on this company to let me know. They told me the size and sent me an invoice for $243 which I paid. Then they call me after I paid and told me I have to pay an additional $143 So they never checked my art work and never checked the size and just charged me $243 just because. Avoid this location. They send me a proof via email every season and I get confirmation of completed product within 2 days. It is normally done the next business day. Fastsigns is quick, efficient and extremely reasonably priced! I used the W. Charleston location for my HOA security sign, where Lisa was very helpful and knowledgeable. They offer a variety of sizes and shapes for the actual sign, as well as colors and fonts for the background and lettering. Once I made my choices, I was quickly emailed a preview of my sign. I could see that the colors I chose weren't quite right, so changed the colors and was immediately sent a new preview. Once again I'd made a mistake with my choices.
