At least 5 stars for Image360. After 8 long years of waiting for the Battleship USS Nevada license plate to be manufactured by the NDMV, the time has finally arrived. To market this commemorative plate, Tina and her crew at Image360 manufactured several enlarged replica plates. They look absolutely magnificent! This printing company is a gem. Great customer service, fast turnaround time, exacting attention to detail, and the price was within my budget. Tina even added in a bonus printing project of mine for free after seeing that the plate's proceeds benefit Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. Approximately 35,000 sailors and marines served aboard the USS Nevada during her two world wars and 30 years of service. I was promised a quote and concept idea for a monument, and no follow through from after several weeks and several promises.

Finding a sign company in town is tough! Not for lack of options either, there are plenty of options. The tough part is finding a company that picks up the phone or responds with a bid promptly. Thankfully, Image360 did both. I had nearly ten different email and phone call threads going with various companies, including the biggest in town, and not one experience came close to these guys. Signs are a significant investment for a new business/location, and Image360 gave me a competitive bid and made me feel confident and comfortable from design to installation. I want to give a special shout-out to Tina. She was always available, easy to work with, and talked with me genuinely, which is even tougher to find these days. I had the displeasure of working with this company. They were continuously late with deadlines and when I would call them they would respond very rudely and keep pushing the time frame for completion back. I had them build a light up sign for me. I was glad once they installed the sign. Even though way past deadline. Several days later we had a strong windstorm in Las Vegas and my sign was blown off the building and damaged a car. I had my insurance company come and check out the issue and found out that some of the screws they used to keep the sign up had snapped due to the wind speed. (They didn't even use bolts... they used screws). When I called the company to get the sign fixed they told me that they don't cover wind damage and proceeded to claim that they believe someone climbed on my roof and unscrewed the sign and pushed it on top of a car next door. They actually believe someone climbed on my building just to destroy our sign... after several interactions with their company... all were very rude... they claim that they have no liability and will not replace the sign... they then continued to try to sell me another sign... Long story short these people do not do good business. Even if they are the cheapest... don't forget they are the cheapest (quality) and rudest. read more

I've been dealing with Tina for some time now regarding an estimate for a sign. I've been back and forth on the sign, NO fault of Tina's or Signs Now. So today I called Signs Now and spoke with Tina. I was in a real dilemma because after all this time, again my fault, not Tina's, I needed an estimate NOW!!! It was a matter of either wasting thousands of dollars on a used sign or saving thousands of dollars on a new sign. I explained my situation to Tina and SHE DROPPED EVERYTHING to complete my estimate. I received a call back from Tina LESS THAN 10 minutes later with an estimate that was LITERALLY more than a thousand dollars less than the used sign that I was about to buy. So as you may be able to tell I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Signs Now and especially Tina. read more

My first and last experience is so far apart and here is why; I've gone to Signs Now for two big projects. I had my front and back signage by them. The Second signage is up, but with no power. Tina promised to give me a number to a electrician that she knows for an inexpensive cost. I waited...waited...and waited some more. Unfortunately, after the unfinished second project, I had ask her to get my Pylon Sign done, as well...I love to stick to one company, but this is where it turned cold. Tina had asked for the dimension of the monument and I told her I will try to give her that info as soon as I get home. She then said that if I don't know or can't give it to her on time, she could have someone come and take measurements in a few days. Well, I got busy and no one came for that matter. I then emailed her the dimension and kept calling her to remind her...left many emails, messages and had called many times. Most of the time they tell me she's in a meeting...or she's sick...if you're that busy, pass the assignment to another person. I waited since 10/3/14 and today is 11/19/14. No one should wait that long for a quote. At this point I'm already upset...not only did she wasted my time...she lost a loyal customer. It has brought to my attention that maybe they have no time for "small" projects like a pylon signs. read more

Stopped in 2 weeks ago to get an estimate for a pylon sign for my business. Spoke with Tina. The initial meeting went well. Explained what I needed and she said she would stop by the site and get me an estimate within a couple of days. Two weeks later, after a couple follow up calls and another face to face visit, I still don't have my estimate despite always being promised I'll have it the following day. Don't know if anyone else on staff might provide better service, but if you have to deal with Tina, run for the hills! read more
