Just watched the package how it came

The package was returned to me after USPS opened it and inspected the contents. During that process, the original shipping label and tracking number were removed or damaged, making the package undeliverable. Because the tracking label was no longer attached, the package was sent back to my address instead of being delivered to the buyer. As a result, the buyer did not receive their order, the shipment was delayed, and I am now being forced to purchase a new shipping label at my own expense. I am very disappointed with how this package was handled, as the removal of the shipping label directly prevented the package from reaching its destination. I did report it. I hope you get fired.

Slow, 2 employees working 2/14/26, 2:16p. I'm from Cali. & this post office is just as bad as ours in L.A. on a bad day.....sigh.

9 folks in line on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm Main Post Office and how many postal clerks do you see? Pathetic is the norm-

The postal service definitely needs privatization. Here I wait yet agin with one - I said one clerk working the main post office - there are 9 people in line on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm. There is no "service" at the US portal service and even less at the IRS -

Our passport appointment went so easy. Thank you Viola for your help today. Our appt was set for 9:30a-11a. We were instructed to sign in, sit and wait. We were called at 10:15a by Viola and left at 10:45a. She looked through our documents to verify everything was correct. They have a tape measure against the wall which was helpful to us because I wasn't sure how tall my 3 kids were. Viola said they do pictures for $15, "when their camera is working" lol. I'm glad we went to take our photos at Walgreens for $16.99 just in case USPS ran into tech issues. Some things Viola told me that might be helpful for someone else: * passports issued to minors are valid for 5 years. It is not renewable so if they need to travel internationally again they need to go through the whole New Passport process again *passports issued to anyone 16 years old and above are valid for 10 years and renewable by mail or online 5 years after expiry. *photos need to be taken within 6 months *for children with separated biological parents, if child is already 16 they only need 1 parent to attend the appointment *for children with separated biological parents, if child is under 16 they need a notarized document from non-custodial parent to authorize issuance. Their signature is valid for 3 months Cost is as follows for an adult: * $35 for passport fee * $130 for the passport book itself * $2 for the money order fee (I paid by debit card) Cost is as follows for a minor: * $35 for passport fee * $100 for the passport book itself * $2 for the money order fee (I paid by debit card)

Rude customer service. I was holding my baby and I asked for help and the way I was talked to made me walk out. These ladies look miserable.

Even though the line was long and wait time was 15-20 minutes, the three clerks were friendly and quick and apologized for the wait.

There's a lot of things to love about the post office at the airport…read more I barely even knew it existed until I signed up for a PO box there a few months ago. Not only was it a few dollars cheaper than other locations in town, but how convenient to get my mail as I am flying in or out of town, as I often do? I was worried about the parking, but you get 15 minutes for free in Short Term Parking, which is enough time to park, walk in, get your mail, and walk out. There's even enough time to get any packages if there's no line. The downside? The location has 1 employee, and so the hours the post office keeps are shorter than other post offices. So when they've got your package, you have to catch them. They're supposed to be open until 4pm daily, but I showed up at 3pm one day to find the place completely shuttered. Hoping that was an isolated incident, as I love stopping by the airport any other time to grab my mail.

This post office was a life saver. Okay, maybe Im being a…read moretad bit dramatic, but they sure were useful since theyre located within the airport. I was visiting Las Vegas from Hawaii and on our way back we were stopped by security because we had cookie butter and pesto in our carry on luggage. I had no idea about the restrictions of food in a paste substance, and I dont think I had even seen a sign regarding pastes in particular (although I could have just missed it). Upset by the way security started to treat me (a whole other review for the airport itself); but basically they kept insisting that I could just throw the items away or surrender the items to them. And if youre from Hawaii, you KNOW that you dont throw away Trader Joe's, ESPECIALLY cookie butter (that I had JUST bought that day, mind you). So I left the security check point a little aggravated. Now the airport is a bit big, but the post office is in the Terminal 1 I believe, on the second or third floor nearby the Security check for gates C and D. It was a quick 4 minute walk and luckily there was only one other customer there. There was one attendant there, but he greeted me very friendly and actually turned my mood around. He took one look at what I was carrying and said "Uh oh..did you find out about something upsetting?" :) That already started to make me smile. I went on to vent about the whole thing and he said "Ugh! No WAY can you throw out Trader Joes! I bet they just wanted to eat it." His jokes just made me laugh and my mood really started to change. He went above and beyond for me and turned the whole situation around. I was/am really grateful for what he did; anyone could have simply packed up my things and shipped it off. But he took the time to converse with me and actually made me feel better. I got my package in, with everything perfectly fine, two days later. I wish I could remember his name, but thank you to whoever you are. You really made my last memory of this Vegas trip, better. ^___^

When I got to her again, she rolled her eyes and said, "I already told you I can't help you, what don't you understand?" I hadn't violated any rules or done anything wrong whatsoever; they simply didn't want to do the extra work. Consequently, they used various excuses to harass and obstruct me--illegally refusing to serve me--and told me to go to a different post office instead. Their so-called manager and a colleague named "Stardust" were incredibly rude, shouting loudly right there in the office. When I attempted to reason with them, they threatened to call the police on me. They also spouted all sorts of incoherent nonsense that I couldn't even understand. This behavior is truly outrageous; these individuals are completely out of control.
