    DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! The staff here is extremely rude -- especially the bald lady at the front ‼ I showed up 15 minutes before closing and waited my turn, only for her to suddenly tell me they were "closed," even though there were still 5 minutes left ... and the clock she was using was 10 minutes fast . She refused to help me but kept helping the people behind me (who ended up being her own family‼). When I questioned her, she got loud, started cussing at me, and even threw out racist comments . Her manager wasn't any better -- both of them were rude and unprofessional. If she hates her job this much, she shouldn't be working there. Miserable energy all around.

    If I could give negative -5 Stars I would. THE WORST POST OFFICE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Unfortunately this office is most near my apartments and who I have to deal with. Every time I've came here each employee acts like I'm bothering them, or they can't stand to be there or help anyone, you can feel it when you walk in, and hear it in the harshness & rude tone they speak to everyone with. I lost my key, they don't answer the phone I've tried calling while in line waiting and it doesn't ring there so had to come over to ask a simple question. Was charged $40 on 10/26 around 3pm. Was informed by my mail woman she didn't have any new locks on hand and took my # to text me when they were in & she could change it out. Found my key the next morning. Come to the office to try and get my refund for $40 and cancel the new key/lock. Was told that I couldn't get a refund. I'm sitting here waiting for a "supervisor" for 28 minutes now. *UPDATE - supervisor came out, asked Damon why he didn't just proceed with the refund? Because he didn't have the "Slip" & wanted to make sure my lock didn't get changed still... AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!

    Great location! Parking out front, no wait inside and excellent help by very friendly staff that was all smiles. Post offices are never like this normally!

    Service is horrible... at least 10 people waiting and only 1 person wowking the counter and 1 person working the pick up window.

    Post office wasn't even open during posted hours. Sign said they were short staff - super inconvenient.

    I had a really positive experience at USPS today thanks to aDimika. She brought great energy to the…read morecounter, was extremely helpful, and clearly knew what she was doing. Even with a line building up, she stayed organized, kept things moving, and handled each customer with patience and professionalism. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing good service. That said, it was clear she could use additional support--she was managing the entire line on her own, which isn't fair given how busy it was. Overall, great customer service from Dimika. USPS would benefit from having more staff during peak times to match the level of service she's providing on her own.

    Businesses usually receive mail everyday, minus sunday. We didn't have this problem with the former…read moreletter carrier. But it happens periodically, especially when our usual carrier is on leave. This is the local USPS that I have to contact when there's a problem. We didn't receive mail, incoming mail, and outgoing mail, this past monday- Aug 18 and tuesday- Aug 19. I also put out a letter which was misdelivered (it's a totally different address), and placed the red flag up monday morning; this is still there, 3 days later, today, wednesday, Aug 20. I called, but I listened to this really long list of Options, and tried reaching an Attendant. I was not able to do so, after that really really long wait. So I went to www.USPS.com to submit my Complaint. This is frustrating. I received an email response within a couple of hours. I received a call from someone at USPS, who then explained that our regular letter carrier is on vacation. I told him that the sub came here, but didn't know to check the front bench for our outgoing mail. I told him the sub was parked in between our hangar and the other hangar and could not see from his vantage point, that there was a bench in front of our office, which is where we place our outgoing mail. He assured me that he would leave a note for the sub to check our front property.
