They'll let you know the pick up times for UPS, USPS (think priority flat rate boxes), etc. so if you record the times in your contacts you can be sure to get your boxes out timely. I don't know if they have the same ownership. I went here to do a temu return. The lady scanned the item, printed the labels and THEN told me I needed to either box or bag the item. I asked if I can just get the label so I can package it and come back to another store. She said no it has to be there at that location and I have to come back today. Fine, I went to the car and put it in a white shopping bag ready to be taped up. She said no it has to be a brown bag or box. I could buy a bag yhere for $4.50. I'm not paying that on principle. At this point the lady was being rude to me telling me to calm down. If she communicated all of this earlier this could've been avoided. I feel like their practices are poorly communicated at best. On my most recent shipment, the cost from Washington State from the vendor was $212 via FedEx 2 day. I figured Ship to Hawaii would be less expensive, but I was quoted $286. In the future, I will try to find out the exact dimensions and weight prior to shipping at item to their warehouse. One thing I do have a question about is when you put in your charge card in advance to pay, you're given a price range to pick from. Then, when you're finished your job, you don't get change. Not only do they take care of your shipping items but offer some office space utilities as well which can be convenient when you need just a simple task to be done as back in the day I used to have a desktop connected with a printer when we printed a bunch of items for personal use which now is all done virtual as you just scan and go making it basically obsolete. Once in a while you do need to download a file or application to fill and mail or turn in and in this case I just needed some items to print for convenience and it wasn't a specific file but just some images so I thought to give it a try but failed unfortunately. They do have a workspace which I've used in the past but with Kinko and not FedEx so it was a bit unfamiliar to me and I sat there trying to figure it out for some reason I couldn't and though there was a staff there it just wasn't meant to be as I gave up and try to regroup to figure it out. They do have copy machines and so much more at this location and with designated parking stall right in front is a nice and convenient spot to get your needs done. Thank you!

I simply just needed copies of some documents that we were told to do so as an advice and took it and headed to a place that I've passed several times is this FedEx location right across from Ala Moana Center in the Heald Building which is nice as they have lots of free parking making easy access with just steps to their front door. Walking into this spacious place you see many shelves of supplies, ship and go center and right beside the entrance are several copiers which is probably the most used services and is very cool how it's all set up for you to use on your own. You first can add funds to the machine with your credit card as you calculate the approximate amount you will be using and will be calculated at the end of the acutely amount is quite impressive and very easy to use though my first attempt was fail by placing it in the wrong direction lol but at least it's not a huge costly error but one that I learned very fast and with just a few copies needed I was done just as fast to be on my way but loved the convenience they provide as I did have a copier in the past which came obsolete as technology has changed though every once in awhile we do need to some hard copies of items to keep on hand for reference is good to have places like this to use for very little cost.
