Nice new office, clean, had po box available. At times you can wait a long time in line, but guess that is the case at all post offices. They have a self serve area but there is often a line there as well. Counter people are luck of the draw, some bend over backwards others are out the door at five o'fifteen seconds. Had a really bad experience express mailing a passport. They misplaced the package and because their system is batch updated at the end of the day, they could not tell us where it was. They gave my daughter bad info when she called to find out about it and when i went in, their answer was to just hang out a couple days and it should show up. Losing a passport is a really big thing and i would have appreciated them acting like it was. At least UPS and FedEx can tell you where your package was last seen. They did refund the cost of postage, big deal. What keeps them from earning one star is i went in to buy stamps for a mail out. One of the counter people advised us to bring in an invitation we were preparing to send out so they could make sure we were getting proper postage. I just weighed it and thought i knew what we needed but with the new regulations and charges....not so. That potentially saved us some grief so two stars instead of one. read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST POST OFFICE! They have lost multiple packages because of their mail carriers. I'm not sure if they are stealing my packages or what, but they always claim they "delivered" it to my mailbox. I'm still trying to find a package sent to me by my family and they are not offering any assistance. In fact they lost the same package AGAIN! Once I waited at this post office for 40 minutes to pick up some mail and the manager ignored us for so long! There was about 10 of us in line with no assistance! Time after time we have the wrong mail delivered to the wrong address in my neighborhood. Today alone I had three pieces of mail in my box for two wrong addresses. In the past two or three weeks I have had to take mail to my neighbor twice. If you call to report this problem no one answers the phone. I have no option but to do business with this post office. The people who work the counter are the saddest people I have ever met. They refuse to smile and are rude when answering reasonable questions. The blue door to their left rarely gets answered and they don't seem to care that people are waiting for unreasonable amounts of time before giving up and standing in line. The lady who finally answered the blue door scolded me for bringing a blue postcard that I received stating that there was a parcel waiting for me. It was a scam and I had no idea. She seemed angry with me for holding the card. "That's not us." "Look at it!" "There's a number to call." "We get those all the time." She then slammed the door. I am currently on "hold" to learn if my key to my mailbox is ready. I called several times before this and let it ring until it disconnected 4 times. Finally someone answered and asked me to hold. I need a negative star rating system for the Seven Hills Post Office located at 3055 St. Rose Parkway, Henderson, NV 89052. I opened a business in an existing building, so I needed the key to the mailbox in front of the building. I happened to see our letter carrier delivering mail in mid-August so I explained that we just opened our business.. I asked if they could hand our mail to me since I don't yet have the mailbox key. They explained that I would have to go to the post office and request a key. Off to the Post Office I went. I stood in a long line. I noticed that the other customers all seemed unhappy to be there. When it was my turn, I explained that I needed a key to our mailbox. The clerk told me that I would have to return with a photo ID and a copy of the lease in order to prove that I was associated with the business. Okay, that made sense. I returned on August 23, 2018 and stood in line again. I handed over my drivers license, a copy of our lease, and $40. The clerk said it should arrive in a week. I returned a week later and they said I should have called first. They seemed annoyed. The key wasn't there yet. They provided a phone number and directed me to check a few days later. I called and was told it still wasn't there. They asked me to call the following week. I was nearby a week later, so I decided to drop in to see if my key had arrived. She looked and couldn't find my key. She explained that she would place the order again. She told me to check back a week later. Well, it has been almost a month to get my key. I STILL DON'T HAVE IT! I returned to the post office this morning. I promised myself that I wouldn't get mad. I broke my promise. I told the clerk that it isn't reasonable that I don't have access to my mail. It has been a month and who knows what is sitting in my mailbox. Get ready for this... she suggested that since I can't open my mailbox, I should rent a PO box from them! Seriously?! I refuse to rent a PO box. I now understand why all the other customers looked unhappy on my first visit to the post office. Hopefully, I'll be able to get my mail soon. UPDATE: It is now 9/28/2018 and I'm still waiting for my key. The post office employees don't want to listen and get angry when I attempt to explain my problem. This is remarkably poor service. SECOND UPDATE: 9/28/2018 After weeks of checking in with the employees at the post office, they FINALLY figured out that they can't help me. They said they don't maintain the mailbox in front of my office. They instructed me to call a locksmith to have the lock replaced. This is AFTER telling me 5 weeks ago that they would have my key ready in a week. This is AFTER they collected $40 from me for a key (that they can't provide). I have not been able to get my mail for 5 weeks while they kept saying, "...one more week". And you should see what they require to provide my $40 refund. I am amazed at the level of service being provided by the team at that post office. They must be trained NOT to apologize. At no time did any postal employees apologize for this fiasco. read more

This is an official USPS full serve location. This branch is located just off of St Rose Pkwy. And just east of Spencer. Behind a Mini mart gas station. Finding this place is a challenge if it's your first visit. Driving into this obstacle course parking lot just sucks and is dangerous. This is a newer post office and has all the services you expect. I mainly use this branch for drop off and the lines aren't too bad. I use this one only when in the area. The issue always seems to be getting in and out of there. Services and staff would normally get 4 stars but the hidden location and drive back there with one way in and out of the post office parking gets 2 stars. So 3 it is and thank goodness I don't have to go often. read more

Unless you hit it at the right time, this place can get packed. The post office gets a bad rap, but its not too bad. I mean the employees are aren't exactly smiling or jumping out of their well cushioned seats to help you. Nonetheless they do get the job done. This spot is a decent size and there are normally 2 employees at the counter so the line moves at a steady pace.... The above was the start of my initial 3 star review that I was typing while waiting in line....THEN IT HAPPENED! I got stuck with the grumpy old post office troll that's been under the postal bridge for most of his career. He made me get out of line fill out another form, which he said was on the giant blue wall. When I asked what form he pointed north without looking up. Of course I grabbed the wrong form and he sent me back out of the line again to complete the right form. This time I asked another employee for the right stuff to ship something over seas and they assisted me. But only after the old dude wasted about 20 minutes of my time. They lost a very important package (it's still there at this post office according to the USPS tracking system) and rather than taking responsibility or apologizing for any inconvenience like anybody whose been through any sort of customer service training would, they literally gave me excuses and tried to deflect blame to me for over an hour. Moved to Henderson and expected the same reliable services that I have experienced back in east coast. Unfortunately had 3 occasions (total value over $400) so far where my packages were lost. The post lady who covers my area (Seven Hills) - "Cornelia" has no idea and always defensive. I eventually had to meet her supervisor "Juan" and filed an investigation. He promised to come back with his findings but never did. Gave him written reminders but was never returned. Total waste of time, energy and money. Very unprofessional people work at this station. Conclusion: No confidence over this USPS station, so will use UPS/Fedex instead. Unfortuanatley no control over incoming mails. read more

I think if this were a traditional business, the poor customer service would have forced this business to shut the doors. I was waiting fo ra package, it arrived at the St. Rose office only to be "mis-sent" to North Las Vegas. That is according to the updates from the companyI ordered the item from. That is one example of the incompetence there. The lanes to pick up packages are ridiculous, when you ring the buzzer because they won't help at the counter it is a very long wait. Minimum of 15 minutes. The second example of poor customer service. Third example of again poor customer service. The lines to the counter are way too long. Finally, I mailed a package the items were shipped out to my recipient, never process or postmarked the stamps. So the stamps are going to be used again. LOL...I guess forever stamps mean just that they don't get processed so you can reuse them over and over again. It is clear to see why the Post Office is in the hole. Even with Government bailouts it still stinks.Then if you want to track a package with Premium Tracking you pay for it. Good grief when will the gouging end with this service? Today I have two packages at the Saint Rose office, one arrived at 1:57 am the other arrived at 2:38 am. Neither of which will be delivered today. I wish that all online companies stop with the USPS as the delivery service. Because clearly even though you pay for it there is now sense of urgency to get a package shipped out or delivered. The absolute worst service I've ever had on the phone, and you can't even contact a supervisor to complain. Waited an 1 hour and 45 minutes only to have the woman on the other line tell me they no longer intercept packages (their website says they do and I was even able to pay to have one of my packages intercepted, just needed to check on the others since they were smaller ) When I explained to her I was able to intercept one, just needed help rerouting the others she told me she would get a supervisor and HUNG UP ON ME! There's not much to say because this is the post office, and it is the closest one to my house. But weirdly enough, my mail that goes to my house doesn't get processed through here. It gets way too crowded at times, but they are really all nice here. I always wondered if you can still make a good living working at the post office. I mostly stand in the line to use the automated machine, as the regular line really gets out of control. It's very new and spiffy looking, and the nicest one I've been in the area. read more

I moonlight as an eBay seller so obviously, my second home is the post office. As far as post offices go in this town, this is one of the best. The employees actually know what they are doing (shocker!) and the lines are never too bad, even on the weekends. Even if the lines are super long they tend to move quickly. This location also has an automated postal machine and drop so you can weigh and ship your own packages without having to wait for the assistance of a clerk. read more

I try to go here during peak hours, yet every time I go whether its the middle of the week or some random time it seems like there is one crazy line. The service isnt so pleasant either, they never seem to smile and a few of them are pretty rude. Sometimes, I feel like Im entering a DMV and expecting a worker to hate their job. The two star off is accredited to Kyle, the only demeaning racist I have encountered in this post office, the gentleman who manned the counter which usually is used for express drop offs right by the entrance. Apparently the post office temporarily changed the process due to holiday which I l'd had no idea about. Of course after he was done with a lady's mailing transaction I approached him and asked to drop off my prepaid envelope and get a receipt. He sternly asked me to wait in line with the tone as if I was some kind of third world country breed that need to learn the civilized way. His racist attitude was further confirmed by how he treated his regulars with laughter and insider jokes--one was a tall blond gentleman and another was a tall blond lady. I have been in customer service business myself, and I treat every customer of mine with my heart and my love. I don't like to use the word racist in 99.999% of the time, but in the case of this "Kyle"--per HIS regulars--he apparently treats people differently. Ironically I'm a tax payer, so I'm sure part of what I've paid would have gone to "Kyle"'s paycheck. So thumbs down to this racist Kyle, the person who bit the hands that feed him. The rest of the three stars belong to all other wonderful workers I have met, appreciated, and respected from the bottom of my heart. Didn't even bother to look into where my pack was just told me " it was already sent back".
