Had to pick up my mail here a long time ago.. not their fault, just neglectful when we first moved in because we weren't used to so much mail. I saw the reviews and I know post offices/ employees in general can be a nightmare sometimes so I was ready. Whatever, it really was quick and painless. So glad this is the USPS closest to me. The staff are always quick and for the most part pretty nice. There's one lady that's kind of grumpy but what are the odds that you'll see her anyway lol I'm there ~1-2x a month but have only dealt with her twice in over a year. Again, everyone there seems competent and doesn't seem to hate it. I have never had a problem with tracking, always gotten the number and confirmation within 24hrs. I have not had to receive anything yet, though. The facility is clean and there's lots of parking. I'm not sure what time people go that make it seem like an extravaganza but that hasn't been my experience. A couple times I walked in and the line was nearing the door. Glad I didn't have to stand in it, but it went by surprisingly fast anyway. And anti-social people (me), rejoice. Self- service options and drop-off right at the entrance so you don't even have to walk all the way in, wait in line OR talk to anyone if* you're prepared. Pack it all up at home and drop it in. If you don't have a printer, download a QR code thingy, scan it at the kiosk and it'll print out a sticker for you, all free. Slap it on there, drop it in, turn back around and come out the way you came. read more

I had a very frustrating experience with this USPS location. I dropped off a return package on July 7th. Now, as of July 29th, I still haven't received my refund or any notification that the return was ever received, so I decided to follow up again. I first contacted USPS customer service, and they told me to go to the local post office. When I did, the associate couldn't help and brought over a supervisor. An older woman, likely in her 50s or 60s, with reddish-brown hair, glasses, and a slight accent. She told me there was nothing they could do because there was no proof that I dropped off the package and that they didn't have it in their possession. The problem is that I did drop it off there. The package contained two cameras, and now it's apparently gone. I even have my Life360 history showing I was at the post office that day at that time, but that wasn't enough for them to even investigate further. Instead, I was basically told there was nothing they could do because there was no acceptance scan. It's incredibly frustrating to trust USPS with a return, only to be left without my package or my refund. To make matters worse, this location almost always has an extremely long line, with only 1-2 of the 4 service windows open, so you're already waiting a long time before getting help. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this location. If you have the option, I'd strongly suggest using a different post office. read more

I do a lot of postal mailing, and was super excited to find a post office within a mile from my house. House. So this is usually my go-to post office. They do have pretty ample parking, I think there was only one time where I had to drive around the parking lot twice to get a spot. Most times there are plenty of parking right by the front. And reading some of the other reviews, I see a lot of hate about the staff. That has not been my experience. Most of the people that I have encountered have been very friendly and nice, I will say this, they return the same courtesy you give them. So if you come up with an attitude, they will probably be cordial with you. It's a pretty tough job that I personally would not want. I only had one run in with an older lady who definitely overcharged me to mail a magazine.... It was easily double what the other people would charge me. She did not want to take my push back on the price. So I paid it and moved on. That being said, this place usually gets the job done. Bottom line? It's a post office. read more

I received the form, filled it out and went back to the window showed my id. I politely asked for more of the change of address form They both said they couldn't because they needed to see id. This post office is close to Jeffreys and St. Rose Parkway and it is one of the better ones I have been to. The lines are usually shorter and the service is quicker which makes a big difference. Plenty of parking. I wish my mail was routed here, but I am happy to come to this location for any other shipping needs. read more

The problem just keeps getting worse. Even at 'off-hours,' the parking lot is a mess, lines inside are long, and they keep jacking-up rates for things like PO Boxes. Granted, the area has had huge growth, however my opinion, as someone who unfortunately has been doing-there at least 5 times a month for the past 11 years, and has attempted to communicate with the local Postmaster as-well as USPS Office of the Inspector General, is that most of the issues at the Seven Hills branch (and other local ones as well as the USPS in-general) is that the staff know that can get-away with being slow/lazy because their Postmaster is either the same way, or just has zero leadership skills. For some special PO Box services, I'm told I need to fill out a form. I fill out the form, try to hand it to the staff, and they tell me it's not needed, getting angry when I dare suggest that contradicts other info. They don't accept the completed form, so sometimes I just 'deliver' it by sliding it under their office door or putting it in their local mail mailbox, but regardless of whether they accept the form from me or not, the end result is the same -- I get an automated email sent to me indicating the additional free service I signed up for has been terminated, because they did not receive a completed form authorizing it within the allotted time. We really need DOGE to clean-house, ideally starting with these 89077 dumb sloths. read more

After many missed deliveries over the years from my last review, I was contacted by a manager who assured me he would notify the delivery person about delivering mail to the wrong address which would be corrected. Today, I had a neighbor delivery my package that was sent to them and asked if i had theirs. I didn't at my house, so I drove down to the gang box and low and behold they put the key for the large box in my box. It was supposed to be in my neighbors box for them to unlock their package. worst location i have been to. Everytime I drop packages with labels off they NEVER scan the items. This is so disappointing as I can never track my items and never can the receiver which makes me and the receiver anxious that the package is lost. Its just money wasted and they dont seem to care as they say "we get tons of packages everyday and they can get missed in packaging." If zero stars were a thing. I was honestly shook up from how rude multiple people were. To the man behind the counter who was so rude I couldn't type my pin in correctly. Don't talk to people like they are bad children, not even bad children deserve that. After telling me I would have to get a new box to put a gift card inside. Wouldn't provide a piece of tape to reseal it. So I asked a different person who gave me one piece of scotch tape. Angela is just the most amazing person. She knows how to talk to people super sweet and just has the BEST ENERGY in this office. I started my review super upset because Kyle. Is just the worst person to talk to. EVERY time I come here he has an attitude of I don't want to be here. Now jason he is the sweetest as well so nice and caring explanation is great he puts in work. We are new to the area and I don't want to deal with Kyle from now on I will only deal with Jason and Amanda they have the greatest customer service and treat people like human. There is another person who comes to the front to help sometimes my husband said he was really nice too but I don't know their name since I haven't talked to them. My review may be different than others because I just run in and drop off pre paid packages. This post office is easy to get to, and I have never seen it too crowded. When I used to go to the one on Russell a lot of times I couldn't even get a spot in the parking lot. Even the Post office on Bermuda gets a little busy sometimes and has a small parking lot. I have had an issue at all locations where the big drop box is stuck. When this happens, just walk up to front, and there is always a spot at the counter dedicated to package drop-offs. read more

I had to send some sensitive documents to Europe and the wonderful lady working at the counter on 10/02 around 12:30 ish was super helfpful and kind, but Kyle was not. I wish I would have grabbed her name to give her praise, but instead I am writing about KYLE. He sent her on her break as she was going to finish with me, which is totally understandable of course, but he then got a bit of a small attitude with me that I didn't know about any options for tracking information. We didn't even make it to shipping details before he jumped in. He tried to blame the lady for not going over it with me and then gave me attitude for having to go over them. He then proceeded to just make the experience unenjoyable and instead of apologizing and helping me kindly, he just rushed me and we operated in pure silence. He also skipped through the screen for a printed or email receipt and thought I wouldn't notice. Store is usually always busy and there is only ever maybe 1-2 people working. And they TAKE their time when it comes to having a line out the door. Today a worker saw the line and continued to just walk away. Some of them also come off as being miserable even though they are making $20 an hour. The self service machine is not reliable. This is a pretty good post office. We pick up our mail here after holds. Recently, our neighborhood mailboxes were vandalized. Until they are repaired, our cul de sac has to go to the PO to pick it up. The staff here is very good. They are kind and efficient. Of course there is built in inefficiency in the process but they manage it as best they can. Attitude is everything and each time I'm there, the employees are kind. read more

I went inside the Henderson USPS on Friday to mail things. A Mark waited on me, and then I realized after getting my receipt that I had a question to ask, but he took off too soon to ask him back. Then I was told he is taking his 15-minute break. It wouldn't have hurt him to come back out, but it seems it did, unless he was dodging another person there who just came into work. Also, I came in the next day, same people at the front working, as I was doing my Saturday walk, asking if he could vouch for me as I forgot my ID, and I was in there the day before to Mark. Then he took his time hesitating looking in the system as I told him I'm expecting something as I showed my notice given to my door then he says, I still need an ID as I said to him, I"m walking in the heat twice now with disability (retired military) and it didn't help when I came back home 2nd time as I didn't get better. However, when I went up there the 2nd time to USPS, a woman named Precious waited on me, being very reactive, as I was upset from the 1st visit to Mark harshly placing the door notice to her, then she reacted the same to me. Usually, a 'good CS' would not react and remain professional, and I didn't see that as she expected me to correct it, but I didn't. You'd think that with people, there would be more respect with better kindness, and not be more self-serving, where they're getting paid well to serve others. Kyle at this location he's in a T7 Position. This is post office definition of this position. He provided the worst customer service I've ever had in any post office. He was rude curt, and couldn't wait to kick me out of the establishment after they closed. It was five minutes after they closed and he basically told me to get out and to hurry up. I was taking a picture of my package and had difficulty with the camera. He said why don't I help you so you can get out of here we need to leave. I said I'm sorry, but I just wanna make sure I have record of my package. He said just get out of here hurry up. I said you don't have to be rude and asked him if he had other complaints. I have been in this post office several times when there are at least 10 customers in line, with 2 agents with open counters and one of the agents decides to close his counter down. I waited in line almost 30 minutes with 2 customers in front of me. This is ridiculous! I'm going to start using my handicap benefits in the future. I go to this location all the time for mailing my eBay and Amazon oders out to customer. Staff member here works extremely hard but do seem to be a tad under staff. At times, there can be a LONG line. They do have a self kiosk for you to use to ship out your packages. They also have a drop off box in the lobby. If you're shipping any packages, I would strongly advise you to buy the shipping label at the USPS website and affix it to your package, then you can drop off the package without having to wait in line. Huge time saver. Overall, I think the workers, managers, and carrier are this location is doing a great job with the limited resources they have. Keep up the great work! read more

The employees are ok. They try their best to cater to customers. What i hate with this place is how come my package on priority mail is now on its 8th day and still far away from its destination. We mailed on feb 17, 2024. From henderson, it stayed at sunset postoffice for 5 days then travelled back to pebble postoffice for another day before going out of state to chicago. Thats more than 3 days of the priority mail $24.75 we spent. Our perishable goods have perished and the date of delivery is no where in site. Will never use this post office ever! read more

I use this post office all the time as it's closest to home. I prefer the automated machine for simple shipping needs & stamps. When I've gone to the counter for other stuff the people have always been nice. I just wish they keep an eye on the automated machine during the busy holiday (Christmas) season. I went in the other morning trying to ship out my Christmas gifts last minute (ugh!! I know, I know) & they had the doors unlocked before they opened at 9am so people can get in & check their P.O. Box & use this awesome automated machine. I was super excited that the doors were unlocked & was like "YES!!! I scored big time!!!" If your going to go during business hours (during Christmas season) expect to spend some time there due to the long lines. Don't go when your in a hurry to get somewhere else cause you won't be getting in & out that quickly. Even thru out the year there always seems to be a line for counter service but moves faster then during Xmas season. Even with the automated machine. There's always a line for that this time of year. So anyways as I'm super excited I go & put my first package on the machine & start the process to get it weighed & buy postage. I get a message telling me that the machine's scale is broke & cant weigh anything.....WTH?!?!?!? I almost cried!!!!!!!!!!!!! So now that I realized I really didn't score I had to think quick! I was able to buy the postage for my flat rate boxes but wouldn't have any way to track them or get insurance on them as I was buying a "stamp" for the price it cost to mail out the large boxes. Then I thought "damn, that was a stupid move!" But just said a prayer & hoped they would all get to where they were going & not get stolen. I found out today that my sister-in-las got her package. (Seven Hills location in Henderson) Their self service hours are daily 5a-11p as posted. Every time I come within that window, (but after customer service office closure), they completely lock all doors and give NO access to the self service area. If you're going to keep the lobby closed entirely and not allow self service,, the least you can do is remove the hours of operation sign for self service. I've wasted so many trips and so much time trying to drop packages off when they're supposed to be opened, only to find every door locked. read more

Unbelievable, I am renting a P.O. Box there for 5 years now. two weeks ago, I filled out a red card for the post master. I was told that he would call me the next day! He never called me. Messing up my mail is HUGE@ this office. They labeled all of my letters sent to the PO Box address with the remark no address on file‼⁉So I have given everyone my pobox and they send my mail back! To open a po box there's no requirement to leave a residence address! But when I do return to sender to spa, the post office returns it into my mailbox!
