I spoke to an agent 5 months ago when I first got my mailbox and she gave me a reasonable answer as to why I literally have a mailbox outside my window, but instead I have to go to a mailbox 500 ft away (that I can't even see it's so far). She said It's a new community so the houses aren't built yet so call back when more people have moved in and they may have opened up the box by my Home so I could switch boxes. Today I spoke with Jennifer who said she is the manager at this post office and she couldn't even tell me how Mail boxes are assigned. She just flat out said no. I can't change unless I have a medical reason. She was also pretty rude with a bad attitude and no grasp of how the USPS is a government agency. But I digress, don't expect a pleasant experience here as long as Jennifer is the manager. read more

There usually is not a long wait here in the mornings. The line are short and there are three postmaster at the counter. Plus the side counter that serves pick up mail or packages. There is also a kiosk if needed. Today I just needed one stamp, was out of there in 10 mins. read more

I've been coming here for the last few months at different times (lunch time, 345pm and right before they close) This place is busy so mostly I go to self check or sometimes a nice lady will help you out of the line if you're paying by debit card. Terminate Stella!!! I have never been verbally and aggressively attacked by a manager, of all people, in my life!! I brought in my package and I needed a piece of tape to close it. Last time, they taped it up for me so I didn't know other wise or I would have taped it at home. She screamed at me saying to go home and tape it myself or force me to buy an entire roll of tape for 2 tiny pieces. I told her they taped it last time and she yelled saying they don't do that. She was very very aggressive and angry. She could have explained in a nice way, but they way she treated me was completely unacceptable! I am in shock, even the sweet angel employee who helped me was in shock and told me about the survey at USPS and I got her name. Fire Stella! Adrian has been my rural carrier for 10 plus years. He always goes the extra mile in achieving the best customer service and timely delivery. I had a missing package that showed delivered in the Postal Tracking system on his day off. When I went to the mailbox there was no parcel key to open the parcel locker to retrieve the package. I contacted Stella the Station Manager who was very helpful and informed Adrian about the situation. He found the parcel and delivered it to me immediately. My husband and I typically go to this post office in the after work hours (5 PM -6 PM) and are always surprised by how empty this place is! Compared to the Green Valley Ranch post office (off Valle Verde), this place is amazing. The employees are decent and I've never seen more than 5 people in line. read more

I am so tired of business having numbers when they just don't answer- I have been calling this location all morning and I've had no luck! It's sad we have to depend on these type of business for our mail! Usually I dread going into the Post Office because the wait times are long and the customer service is subpar at best. Today though the wait was about 7-10 minutes (not long for the Post Office) and the customer service was pretty good. I just have one suggestion to the USPS and that is to staff one more employee at the front desk. It would cut down on the wait times tremendously. read more

I usually don't enjoy going to the post office due to long lines, confusion and rude employees BUT today I was very pleased with the customer service from one employee (Sudafed?) She saw me looking lost and called me over and helped me with boxes, tape and labels. She was very pleasant and made for a good experience. She was very helpful to other customers too!!! I mean, it's pretty much business as usual in this place. Lines can get kind of long depending on the time of day you visit. It's always extremely clean and they have a variety of novelty items (envelopes, gift wrapping, etc.) to package your things in. It's close to where I live and it's as simple as that. 13 days til Christmas, the line is literally out the door and there is one sloth working who even if you stuck him with an electric prong he wouldn't move fast. Why should he? He's a government employee who would never get fired for his poor performance. Don't use this location unless it's your only option!!! The carriers lost my mails or didn't deliver them on several occasions. I came in to complain to the branch manager and also filed a formal complain online. There were several people waiting inline with similar problems. What a waste of time and effort! I received nothing except the genetic no-reply response email with no follow up of any kind. I love the post office service in general. But now I understand why they have so much trouble. This morning I went into this post office meaning to use the self service machine (if it was actually working, which is about 50% of the time) . I actually did think they opened at 8:00 since that what it says online, but the front part was closed. No big deal, since I was going there to use the self help machine. There was a guy inside mopping the floors. I went into the first area after the door opened and looked at the hours sign out of curiosity since they were closed and I was wondering what time they opened since online it says 8:00. That sign also said 8:00. I didn't say anything and was minding my own business, when the guy mopping the floors started yelling at me that that sign wasn't the right hours, and the first sign outside were the correct ones. He yelled at me some more and said " if you had looked at the sign outside first and not walked by it, you would have seen the correct hours!!" Um.. I hadn't said one word about anything at this point. He kept yelling "everyone always looks at the wrong sign!!" Finally I said "um.. Sorry, but I was just going to use the self help machine and I didn't need them to be open. I was just curious about the hours since it says 8:00 online." Then he said " it's wrong, and it's been wrong for 8 years!" Finally I had had enough and said " then why don't they fix it then!!! And why'll there at it, they can fix this machine so that it works , because it doesn't work half the time I'm in here!" Sheesh! What a rude guy! I was minding my own business and he just went off on me! Oh yeah, and they never answer their phone, so good luck trying to make a complaint. read more

Don't bother shipping next day. It cost me $24 extra and it didn't arrive next day in fact didn't arrive at all. Got damaged in shipment and wouldn't return my money even though on the receipt it states guarantee. I guess they need the money more than a senior citizen. read more

I haven't been treated this badly by someone I was paying money to in my life. I had to go to the post office to get my mail after they removed it from my post box (I don't have the luxury of getting my mail every day). When I presented my ID the clerk asked my why I haven't picked up my mail, and since I don't think I need to explain myself to her I didn't answer. She proceeded to tell me that I must answer her, so I told her I was busy. She said that wasn't good enough. I haven't been treated that way since I was in the third grade. After threatening to stop delivering all mail to my home she finally got my mail which included several large packages that wouldn't have fit in my mailbox anyway. When did it become my obligation to go out of my way to pick up piles of junk mail that I proceed to throw directly into the recycle bin, just to keep from inconveniencing the USPS? Hey, USPS, focus more on serving your customers and less on telling them how to live their lives! read more

I go here all the time. They are pretty fast and friendly. The other closest one to my house is on Bermuda and Pebble and that one is always so slow with super long lines. The self serve is always great when you don't have anything much to ship. read more

Ladies and gentlemen I am writing a review on this post office. I have filed several complaints with management. Have ignored all of my complaints because I am missing mail I am missing silver and gold coins I have ordered. I spoke to the mailman that delivers my mail to me unfortunately we have a US citizen that cannot speak English and that is delivering mail I have over $500 of merchandise missing out of my bell box either the mailman is stealing my mail or he's putting it in somebody else's mailbox and my neighbors are not saying anything because they are happy they received silver and gold. I asked the mailman where is my mail he said I'm sorry I just deliver mail I told him since December 5, 2020 I have been missing mail even though I get emails from US PS what is supposed to be delivered that day in mailbox and no one can give me any answer to what happened to my mail. Today December 13 at 8:30 AM I went to the post office we did in line until 9 AM finally I get to a supervisor and I give him all the information he closes the door on my face and says that they will investigate this was the second alleged investigation that they are doing. I think the mailman is stealing my mail. This is very disappointing of our federal government hiring people that do not speak English nor even understand English last time I checked this was United States of America and everyone needed to speak English. I am not racist however if you're losing my mail this is very disappointing now I cannot get my money back from these companies because it says that it has been delivered. I am very disappointed of our United States post office service. And it's managers that are very poor on providing customer service. To all my neighbors in Henderson Nevada please be careful because the mailman is stealing our mail. Now I have lost $500 worth of silver and gold and the post office says we are sorry to share my insights I tried to go to the Henderson police department to file a police report on Thursday the police department said they cannot file a police report against a federal government identity. I don't know where our country is going but this is very disappointing. I've moved here from Pasadena California to Henderson Nevada and when I received my Ballot I have received seven other ballots from seven other different people I went to the post office and said I've received all of these ballots and none of these people live here I've been living here for three years and I'm getting different peoples mails in my mailbox I asked them to give me a straight answer why I am getting seven different ballots under seven different names all they said is maybe they live there that does not make sense when I forwarded all my mail and in my mailbox has my last name and my wife's last name and these people Understand following an Armenian last name in which in my neighborhood in my community we are the only Armenians in my community I don't understand how this mailman can make mistakes my neighbors and fellow colleagues beware of US post office in Henderson Nevada. read more

Amazing that anyone still goes here. The lines are always incredibly long. Just a depressing experience every time I realize I have to go here. They don't even have an electronic tracking system to know where your package is located. Last time I was here to pick up a package it took them 35 minutes to locate it. Something as simple as sending a certified piece of mail always takes half an hour plus because of the ever present lengthy line. Don't ever mail an important letter (to the Social Security Office, so you can imagine what documents were inside) that the Henderson Post Office is responsible for getting to its destination! Has anyone else tried CALLING this postal location? They must only have one phone line and it is ALWAYS busy!! I've tried for two days to get a question answered about on-line prices for their priority boxes. I want to know where to find a "Regional A" box, which is about 1" smaller in overall dimensions than the medium size boxes that are available for free in their lobby. I can save at least $3.75 in postage if I was able to find one to use. I, too, often wonder why this location is never fully staffed. Wouldn't it make sense for the desk on the side to be manned for those of us who just need stamps or have a specific question? Why bother to install such a feature when it doesn't get used? I was waiting in line at this post office when the lone window clerk asked the manager for change. The manager's name is Stella and I have seen nobody less competent or less sane. And I'm old. She actually answered the clerk with "What happened to the change I got you yesterday? No! You can't have change!" The two women at the window were trying to think of things to buy so they didn't need change. How ridiculous. No wonder the workers hate being at work. I hate witnessing such abuse. I wish I could give Stella negative stars, although I've never had any difficulty with the actual workers there. read more

This St. Rose Post Office fits the stereotype of long lines at the post office. The employees seem decent and are never combative or angry. I'm sure they know it's a post office and lines are long, and they seem like they try and get people through as quickly as possible. It's usually what customers are needing done that takes longer than the actual service. Having said this, it's frustrating to go in and almost always there's a line, whether it's lunch time or not, holiday season or not. I'll take the DMV over the post office any day of the week, because at least there, you can usually find a place to sit. If there's a long line and only one person working (which is not as rare as one would hope), I leave. Not worth the wait when I can come back another time. Most of the post offices in the area aren't great (looking at you, too, Pebble), but this one gets 2 stars because the employees aren't too bad, and it's conveniently located by where I work. read more

They had a guy going person to person through the line asking what they were there for and he was helping each person individually prior to us getting to the counter. This sped up service and I got through the line fairly quickly. He and the lady at the counter were super friendly. I greatly appreciated the service on this visit. read more

I wasn't able to track a package I dropped off at that post office a couple days ago so I called to get some assistance. I must say I was pleasantly surprised with not only the professionalism but the absolute courtesy this particular agent displayed.
