Line out the door with one person working the counter, the lady at the mail pick up window was rude and seemed bothered by my asking questions about my package. Didn't even bother to look into where my pack was just told me " it was already sent back". When asking about a package that was marked as delivered but I never received, she just stood there and looked at me. This isn't family feud and the answers not going to appear on the wall lady. Makes sense why usps is struggling now. read more

The two star off is accredited to Kyle, the only demeaning racist I have encountered in this post office, the gentleman who manned the counter which usually is used for express drop offs right by the entrance. Apparently the post office temporarily changed the process due to holiday which I l'd had no idea about. Of course after he was done with a lady's mailing transaction I approached him and asked to drop off my prepaid envelope and get a receipt. He sternly asked me to wait in line with the tone as if I was some kind of third world country breed that need to learn the civilized way. His racist attitude was further confirmed by how he treated his regulars with laughter and insider jokes--one was a tall blond gentleman and another was a tall blond lady. I have been in customer service business myself, and I treat every customer of mine with my heart and my love. I don't like to use the word racist in 99.999% of the time, but in the case of this "Kyle"--per HIS regulars--he apparently treats people differently. Ironically I'm a tax payer, so I'm sure part of what I've paid would have gone to "Kyle"'s paycheck. So thumbs down to this racist Kyle, the person who bit the hands that feed him. The rest of the three stars belong to all other wonderful workers I have met, appreciated, and respected from the bottom of my heart. Kyle, time to ditch your own true third world snob mentality. read more

Long lines due to the holiday but I'm Giving them 4 Stars for their service. Never been treated So well at a post office lol. Very friendly and helpful with smiles on their faces read more

Just poor service overall. Waited in line for over 20 min. It's sad to see how bad the USPS has become.

Was in the area decided to stop for stamps and needed a money order. The line was long, impatient people an staff, dirty floor and not enough registers opened. Seen two female employees talking, ridiculous. read more

They closed our business P.O. Box twice. They never send out renewal notices via email or even place renewal notices in the P.O. Box itself. They just close it without any warning and you can't setup auto renew online either. Additionally mail seems to hardly ever get delivered it always gets forwarded back to the sender (with correct addresses). Switching to ups. read more

Haven't seen any recent reviews so I figured I'd chime in. If you can learn how to use the self-service kiosk, you will save a lot of time and frustration! USPS is my go to when shipping smaller items, so I just bring my item in, pick which box it'll fit into, head up to the kiosk right at the front entrance, let it know which box I have, enter the address, pay right there and boom you're done! It prints your label and you're ready to drop it in the box and leave. I know sometimes things go wrong or you may be there for another reason, but expect to be waiting around 10-20 minutes if you cannot use the kiosk. read more

Y'all need to get rid of Kyle. That guy is not good under pressure and you can tell just by the way he acts. His customer service is garbage. Far worse than any other postal office I've seen. Asking people if they need help then walking away while mumbling he didn't know a customer's question was gonna take long. He also tried to help an elderly couple but HAD ZERO PATIENCE WITH THEM. So ridiculous! Makes you think if he talks to his parents like that too! I mean to be quite honest, I avoid this office at all cost because people act Hella privileged here and don't know how to stay in their lane. Now add in the staff with that type of attitude too. No ma'am. Go to the one on pebble worth the drive, staff is some what nice, and the community who frequent that office are actually nice. read more

I spoke to an agent 5 months ago when I first got my mailbox and she gave me a reasonable answer as to why I literally have a mailbox outside my window, but instead I have to go to a mailbox 500 ft away (that I can't even see it's so far). She said It's a new community so the houses aren't built yet so call back when more people have moved in and they may have opened up the box by my Home so I could switch boxes. Today I spoke with Jennifer who said she is the manager at this post office and she couldn't even tell me how Mail boxes are assigned. She just flat out said no. I can't change unless I have a medical reason. She was also pretty rude with a bad attitude and no grasp of how the USPS is a government agency. But I digress, don't expect a pleasant experience here as long as Jennifer is the manager. read more

I would like to thank two member of this Postal service who are always outstanding and efficient in times of long lines. Their names are Nancy Suda...they always have the answers and solutions for your problems. Kadoo's to both of them. Thank you both Camille read more

There usually is not a long wait here in the mornings. The line are short and there are three postmaster at the counter. Plus the side counter that serves pick up mail or packages. There is also a kiosk if needed. Today I just needed one stamp, was out of there in 10 mins. read more

My husband and I typically go to this post office in the after work hours (5 PM -6 PM) and are always surprised by how empty this place is! Compared to the Green Valley Ranch post office (off Valle Verde), this place is amazing. The employees are decent and I've never seen more than 5 people in line. read more

Terminate Stella!!! I have never been verbally and aggressively attacked by a manager, of all people, in my life!! I brought in my package and I needed a piece of tape to close it. Last time, they taped it up for me so I didn't know other wise or I would have taped it at home. She screamed at me saying to go home and tape it myself or force me to buy an entire roll of tape for 2 tiny pieces. I told her they taped it last time and she yelled saying they don't do that. She was very very aggressive and angry. She could have explained in a nice way, but they way she treated me was completely unacceptable! I am in shock, even the sweet angel employee who helped me was in shock and told me about the survey at USPS and I got her name. Fire Stella! She is the most hateful angry rude person I have ever dealt with in my life!! read more

I've been coming here for the last few months at different times (lunch time, 345pm and right before they close) This place is busy so mostly I go to self check or sometimes a nice lady will help you out of the line if you're paying by debit card. I gave 4 stars because customer service is so great. read more

Close to home. Convenient for everyone in the area. Need more employees to handle the volume of traffic!!!!

Last 3 items I shipped never made it to their destinations. I have a baking business and I've lost clients, lost money, lost time, and a reputation thanks to the USPS. Never again. We will never use usps again. read more

This has to be the worst post office I have ever been to. The customer service is terrible especially the blonde haired dude. Don't go to him wait for someone else. I would give a negative star but some of the other people that work there are nice. Expect to wait a long time too. read more

I usually don't enjoy going to the post office due to long lines, confusion and rude employees BUT today I was very pleased with the customer service from one employee (Sudafed?) She saw me looking lost and called me over and helped me with boxes, tape and labels. She was very pleasant and made for a good experience. She was very helpful to other customers too!!! Good job! read more

Adrian has been my rural carrier for 10 plus years. He always goes the extra mile in achieving the best customer service and timely delivery. I had a missing package that showed delivered in the Postal Tracking system on his day off. When I went to the mailbox there was no parcel key to open the parcel locker to retrieve the package. I contacted Stella the Station Manager who was very helpful and informed Adrian about the situation. He found the parcel and delivered it to me immediately. Thank you guys for a quick resolve to my situation. read more

I mean, it's pretty much business as usual in this place. Lines can get kind of long depending on the time of day you visit. It's always extremely clean and they have a variety of novelty items (envelopes, gift wrapping, etc.) to package your things in. It's close to where I live and it's as simple as that. Hooray USPS! read more

I have had nothing but problems with this post office. They fail to hold or forward my mail when requested unless I notify my mail carrier personally. Staff is rude and unfriendly. Horrible to deal with. read more

Great job! The crew is doing a great job dealing with their busiest day of the year with a great attitude!

Don't use this location unless it's your only option!!! The carriers lost my mails or didn't deliver them on several occasions. I came in to complain to the branch manager and also filed a formal complain online. There were several people waiting inline with similar problems. What a waste of time and effort! I received nothing except the genetic no-reply response email with no follow up of any kind. I love the post office service in general. But now I understand why they have so much trouble. It's sad!!! read more

Really?!?!? Third time in a row I've been here and the lines are outrageously long. Window never open and all I need to do is pick up my mail!! Rekey for mailbox takes 2 weeks?!?!? Not impressed. This has got to be the worst post office I've ever been to. read more

Thank you Mimi for going above and beyond to help me find my package today! Great customer service.

I am so tired of business having numbers when they just don't answer- I have been calling this location all morning and I've had no luck! It's sad we have to depend on these type of business for our mail! So yes one star for the lack of customer service for us individuals that have questions and concern- 1 star for the long waits and unavailability of service- if I didn't have a job I can camp out at this location and render services- but vastly this economy and the need to help support my family prohibits this. Thanks for not answering your phone, you really know how to brighten a gals day read more

If I could give it a less star I would. Customer services is the WORST. Today I called about a key for a package box that wouldnt work. She told me you go home and write out my own note for the mail person. read more

Usually I dread going into the Post Office because the wait times are long and the customer service is subpar at best. Today though the wait was about 7-10 minutes (not long for the Post Office) and the customer service was pretty good. I just have one suggestion to the USPS and that is to staff one more employee at the front desk. It would cut down on the wait times tremendously. read more

13 days til Christmas, the line is literally out the door and there is one sloth working who even if you stuck him with an electric prong he wouldn't move fast. Why should he? He's a government employee who would never get fired for his poor performance. These people look like they are waiting for death and know they don't have to make any effort to get the line moving.....and no matter what they still get paid. I hope Trump rips the P.O. a new a**h**le and privatizes it. There is absolutely no reason to keep people waiting. read more

The lines are always so long and there is usually only one worker. I prefer the do-it-yourself station. It's clean!!

Carrier from this office Lost/Delivered to wrong address yet another package. How is it possible for the USPS to even stay in business? My businesses have not and will never ship anything with them, Ever! read more

Bad service.. very expensive.. worst post ever. Very long wait time. I hate this place

Even in the cooler months, it's still very warm inside this post office.. in the summer months its unbearable.

Just moved here from California where we thought we had the worst possible service! Well guess what I was WRONG!!!! This is worse than the Los Angeles CA locations. They lost my packages they didn't want to go back there and look. They said call the number but we sat there and insisted they look. Worst of all it was the SUPERVISOR who gave us that horrible service? No wonder they have horrible staff they have horrible leadership! Rrrrr!!! Definitely paying extra to UPS and FED EX!! read more

I go here all the time. They are pretty fast and friendly. The other closest one to my house is on Bermuda and Pebble and that one is always so slow with super long lines. The self serve is always great when you don't have anything much to ship. read more

Why is that Everytime I go in here the people behind the counter are RUDE! Just because you know exactly how to ship something or understand the workings of a post office doesn't mean everyone else does too! Please, if you don't like working with people everyday, quit your job! My tax payer dollars don't need to pay rude people! read more

Not very friendly! I mailed a package today and had my 2 young kids with me and they rushed me out of the way at the self kiosk so they could help someone else. read more

Don't bother shipping next day. It cost me $24 extra and it didn't arrive next day in fact didn't arrive at all. Got damaged in shipment and wouldn't return my money even though on the receipt it states guarantee. I guess they need the money more than a senior citizen. read more

This morning I went into this post office meaning to use the self service machine (if it was actually working, which is about 50% of the time) . I actually did think they opened at 8:00 since that what it says online, but the front part was closed. No big deal, since I was going there to use the self help machine. There was a guy inside mopping the floors. I went into the first area after the door opened and looked at the hours sign out of curiosity since they were closed and I was wondering what time they opened since online it says 8:00. That sign also said 8:00. I didn't say anything and was minding my own business, when the guy mopping the floors started yelling at me that that sign wasn't the right hours, and the first sign outside were the correct ones. He yelled at me some more and said " if you had looked at the sign outside first and not walked by it, you would have seen the correct hours!!" Um.. I hadn't said one word about anything at this point. He kept yelling "everyone always looks at the wrong sign!!" Finally I said "um.. Sorry, but I was just going to use the self help machine and I didn't need them to be open. I was just curious about the hours since it says 8:00 online." Then he said " it's wrong, and it's been wrong for 8 years!" Finally I had had enough and said " then why don't they fix it then!!! And why'll there at it, they can fix this machine so that it works , because it doesn't work half the time I'm in here!" Sheesh! What a rude guy! I was minding my own business and he just went off on me! Oh yeah, and they never answer their phone, so good luck trying to make a complaint. read more

Service was so great this visit so I had to bump it up. They had a guy going person to person through the line asking what they were there for and he was helping each person individually prior to us getting to the counter. This sped up service and I got through the line fairly quickly. He and the lady at the counter were super friendly. I greatly appreciated the service on this visit. read more
