I always order at eBay or amazon but I have a bad experience here I ordered lot of packages but two of them did not arrive. But it's say to my tracking it has arrive. I don't know if my package was stolen or the mail man did not deliver my package. So disappointing! read more

This is the worst post office I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with (if you could even call it that). I expected my package three weeks ago. They left a slip saying that they couldn't deliver it. When I went to request redelivery, the site said that this was not an option and that the package was already delivered. I've tried nearly every day to get in touch with someone because the automated machine keeps hanging up on me. And when I finally did get to talk to someone, he said he would look into it and then hung up. He didn't get my name, an address, or anything! What kind of service is this?! read more

The mail carriers are always delivering my mail to the wrong address. On multiple occasions, they have left checks, bank statements, orders with my neighbors. Thank goodness I have honest neighbors and they always give us our mail back. I have also contacted the manager on multiple occasions and the issue keeps arising over and over again. The mail carriers simply just don't care. When I asked if they would refund me for a recent order, since they lost my package, they said that they will absolutely not! Post offices need more employees like Tom. I went in for passport renewal information and Tom explained paperwork. the following day I filled it out and went back and Tom helped me out again. He was friendly and efficient and made the process easy to understand and quick. This location is very busy especially within school hours being that it's across two elementary schools. I feel like people are so impatient and they blame the workers but they should just be more patient. I had an issue with an eBay purchase where the seller rerouted my paid item back to her before it even got to Anaheim. I went down to the post office to claim it's mine, they gave me a bunch of information that my tracking number didn't provide, and the cashier / attendant voluntarily gave me the number of their supervisor to call in the morning if nothing online showed any update. In a different past situation a cashier / attendant also voluntarily gave me their supervisor's name and number. They really go above and beyond here! read more

Worst post office ever! Rude workers even when no one else is inside! I stopped here to drop 4 packages that already had labels. It's 9:10 AM. No one else inside but 2 female workers - 1 black with braids on her cell phone and the other 1 of Indian dissent. I said good morning ladies! No response, I waited at "line for assistance" nothing. The black one walked away even though I was in front of her station and the Indian one kept talking. So I waited and the Indian one asked how she could help me, I repeated that I just needed to drop off the packages and had a couple questions. She said the drop off is at the end of the counter - there's no signs! But whatever. So I said thank you and I asked if they had a drop off on the weekends when they're closed, she no, when we're closed we're closed. I asked if she knew of any other locations where drop off was allowed on the weekends after they close, she said hmmm, idk. Oh, ok thanks for the help! The black woman returned to her station and as I left I said it would nice that when someone greets you, that you actually acknowledge them and greet them back, it's beyond rude for you not be doing anything other than your job and still ignore the 1 person who's in here! Cant get anyone on the phone, if you go in person the postmaster is NEVER THERE and you have to have an appointment to speak with him. I called the usps customer service number and was on hold for 50 min. He was nice and gave me the number to this location so I can contract them directly to hold a package. But no one seem to answer the phone. I called many times during their operation hours. Horrible business operation. I guess you have to go in person to talk so someone and hope to get it resolved. read more

I originally posted the long story of me not receiving my packages from this post office, with people sending me in circles, saying they were Consumer Affairs and then later saying they weren't. In the end, there was a lot of "blame the customer" by both the call center/customer service and post office itself. I called to complain, giving them my case number, when things didn't pan out (I.E. not receiving my packages) they would "open a new case since it has elevated". Only in the end, I was blamed saying I should've kept the original case number so they could track all that happened. Then you need to train them to not open up a new case since I gave you the first case number. Another time of "blame the customer" was when they left a redelivery notice saying they came at 3:45PM when I was home until 5PM. When I brought this up, he insisted that he knocked. No, sir. You did not. I had my blinds opened and door cracked opened. You. did. not. knock. I finally got my package, literally, 10 minutes before it was needed. I fought for it for two months. The postman smirked at me since I waited for him at the mailbox so he couldn't pretend to try to deliver it by simply leaving the note in the box. Also, I was called and left a voicemail by a supposed manager at the post office, only to be told by the mailman face-to-face that nobody by that name worked there. I was given a number to call to speak to the manager, both via voicemail and email.. and yet nobody answers when I call. I let it ring until it disconnects. I've seen all the negative reviews but I have never had better service. They went out of their way to call me after hours and get my package for me. They even allowed me to pick it up after they closed. I was leaving to go on a trip the following morning and I was desperate to get my package. Until recently, this post office had given me pretty good service. I don't know if the carriers are overwhelmed with an increased workload, possibly due to budget cuts, but the service has suffered. First, I tracked a package online last week that was marked as "out for delivery". It was not delivered, and was subsequently scanned as "notice left" on the online tracking system. This should be considered fraud and is unprofessional because the postal worker never came to my house that day, or left a notice. After going to the post office the next day, they admitted that the carrier technically lied, and that my package was not at the office and was again out for delivery. This week a similar situation occurred. Yet again, I tracked my package online that was scheduled "out for delivery". Again, no mail or notice was left for me, yet the online tracking stated that a notice was left. The next day, the carrier not only didn't deliver my small parcel, but actually left a notice this time. The notice was unnecessary because I didn't have to sign for the package, and the parcel was small enough to fit in my mailbox. I can only assume he was trying cover for the fraud he committed the day before. All in all, this recent experience had left me bitter and has shaken my trust in this government run system. Because of this, I will be using Fedex or UPS for package delivery, and will be requesting the vendors I use to do the same. The few extra bucks you pay is well worth the reliability, integrity and peace of mind. I feel like going "postal" after this experience, but conversely will not be again. read more

I live literally live 2 blocks away from this post office and they LOST my package. Shows being delivered but did not receive. When to post office to see what was going on and just gave me a phone number which NO ONE answers !! really.. I just left the postal office, and the African American lady that works there is so unbelievably rude, she just walked away from me saying that "she wasn't going back and forth with me" over the issue that we were having with her. She went ahead and processed to send the application for a passport without it being complete said she was doing me the favor, which how do you process a document as important as that without it being complete. I have never dealt. I told the lady that was helping us to let me speak to her supervisor, she calls her as the two huddle together, obviously the AA lady is filling her in on the issue, and her supervisor comes to the counter and just stands her and stares at me, so I tell her "what you just going to stand there", she responds with this smug stare and tells me "you called me" wow! so I start to tell her the issue of her empoyee being rude and are they not civil servants who are suppose to NOT be rude!, the supervisor starts to argue with me, and I told her "it's not wonder her employee is rude, because she is just as rude". The supervisor tell me "we did you a favor" and I told her you didn't do me any favors you should have never accepted the money to process documents that were not completed, so she proceeds to show me that they packaged the passport applications and it's sealed and they will never try to help anyone again! Really! they send an important documents, and after saying we could not use a copy to go bring the original birth certificate, which we did, they tell us that they need the copy as well, make up your mind rude postal workers!!! Now the package went and is not complete and when passport receives it, it will not be processed because it's incomplete....so why did your charge us an extra $100????????? read more

Complaining about the post office customer service is like complaining about how hot 103 degree weather is - It's an obvious thing that most of post office employees generally don't like their job, or at least that's how they want to be perceived with their faces. I've been to this location MANY times because it was the branch location of my previous address. NEVER have I been treated the way I was in my last visit. I had received a note to pick up a parcel which was forwarded to my new address. Due to children and a busy life, this note was misplaced. I figured I could go into this post office and explain the situation so I can be kindly instructed on how to get my package. It was a long line, no surprise, it was a Saturday morning, I know this, one of the female employees working there was screaming out "Anyone only buying stamps??", once she helped all those folks out, she proceeded - "Anyone only picking up a package?" I was the first person to help with this specific request. I explained the situation which resulted with her wrist in a shooing motion and demanded "WELL....YOU - YOU Need to stand there", I felt bad for having a complicated case so I stood on the side while she helped 7 other people. THEN, she asked for my address and I told her of the forward address. SHE literally rolled her eyes and raised her voice at me stating I was at the wrong branch. Me...me...I apologized...why? Because I had my 6 year old child, and I didn't want him thinking that it's okay to talk to service employees that way. I walked away, blood boiling and all. As I walked to the car, my son asked "Why was that lady so mean to you Mom? Did you do something bad to her?" I explained "I made her do a little more than what she was anticipating for today, and sometimes people are lazy and regret choices they make in life so they take it out on others unknowingly". This was a good segway into a conversation about choosing a career that makes you happy. 2 stars for working an industry that is losing a lot of funding, but low score on the horrible horrible attitude towards someone who was legitimately trying to be transparent and non-demanding. read more

I came to get my passport done for my wife and my 18 year old daughter. At first, the African American lady refused the service since we did not bring original birth certificate of my daughter and my wife's naturalization paper. We only brought the copy of the original. She said I could come back to serve me. After I came back, she said wait on the side. We step on the side and there were so many people trying to drop off their mails or to get the passport done. The lady stared at us and said why we did not get in line. I said it's because she told us to wait on the side. She then yelled at us and said get back in line. We went back in line and after the last person were served, she came to us and said why we were in line. I said because she said to get back in line. She then yelled at us. I spoke to her supervisor and the lady didn't do nothing to deescalate the situation. She said it's my fault to not having the original paperwork and I had to reschedule an appointment. We were treated rude and hostile. Please do not waste your time to come here for any passport services. Both of them also yelled at other customers as well like they own the place and they can do anything they want to the customers. I got here first thing before they opened. The lady that helped me was absolutely delightful. She even took me to the machine to print out stamps and showed me on the receipt where my tracking # was. I'm honestly not sure what all these people are bitching about. I went earlier today because a parcel was marked undeliverable (my fault for entering the address in wrong by mistake) and everyone there was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately they were unable to help me and now I have to contact the sender, but again, the guy at the counter did what he could to see if he could retrieve the package for me. As a business owner I use the Automated Postage Center, APC, often to ship items to clients. I was surprised that Anaheim has only 2 Post Office locations with APC machines. I went to the Loara location 2 weeks ago to mail 8 items. They were in small padded mailing envelopes and the APC scale is not calibrated so my mailers were all short on postage which delayed delivery to my clients. I learned of this when one contacted me to let me know. I called the Post Office yesterday to let them know the scaled needs to be calibrated. Until then I will be using another location. read more

These employees at this location are always quick; they must be on Monster or something (reminds me of MIB!) because they are on it and make their lines go by fast if there is any waiting! You come in and there is someone handing out a ticket number and filling out a little page with what services you will need even if there is only one person ahead of you. Home the whole day waiting for my package, which never came, yet I checked the status and saw that it said it was a missed attempt and that a notice was left. Of course, there was no notice. I had to call the generic usps number to find out where my package could be picked up since there was no notice, and it lead me here. I called 10 times trying to confirm that my package was at this location, and none of these lazy employees ever answered. Man, I am happy to see that I am not the only one who has not had a pleasant experience here. They have yet to answer one of my phone calls and the last 4 packages I have had delivered from them have not arrived. Tracking status states: "Out for delivery", nothing shows up at my door, and then later that night, tracking status updates to: "Delivery status not updated". Redelivery requests never get redelivered forcing me to go into the store to then have to wait 30 minutes just to get my package and receive horrible customer service in doing so. You're average McDonald's employee is more helpful, mindful, and responsible than these folk. read more

They really deserve zero stars. They don't answer the phone, steal mail,alter mail, don't deliver the mail, randomly pick up priority and the employees are disgruntled and it shows by the work they do. I have already reported Fernando, the postmaster who encourages this behavior , and will do again because what was reported and investigated by the Federal Postal Commission is happening again. If you ever have any issues go there, they are helpful and it gets a response. read more

The people that work here are not very helpful. There was 2 ladies that were helping each other out while another lady who was walking on a cane was taking care of a line. Then when the 2 ladiss stepped in they continued to follow each other around instead of each of them taking care of the line. Then abother lady, she had barely gotten in to work, she was so careless that the line was so long. Every tine i come theres a huge line. Now i see why. read more

They hold my mail because of my little dog started barking at this b***ch Mirna, and they told me to bring my dogs documentation, so I did, its been a month already and I still dont get my mail, I went to the usps office to talk to Maria "the supervisor" they made me wait for 40 minutes, at the end another clerk came out saying that Maria wasnt at the office, I have to wait for Maria to call me because they say the documentation of my dogs isnt accurate, I spent more than 300 dollars by getting that licenses. read more
