I have been calling the Anaheim location located on Loara St and was greeted by a rude employee by the name of Mona who kept interrupting me with a harsh tone of voice. When I asked to speak to the supervisor I was transferred to Jemilah Davidson who then passively interrupted me as if she didn't care to hear me out and then interrupted me as well in a matter of fact tone. I understand that these are busy, stressful times, but if you cannot deal with customer service then you are in the wrong position. No one has answered and I understand due to COVID they are probably short handed, but I would at least like a call back like Davion told me yesterday afternoon. If you want the whole post office to know your business go to Rhonda because she will allow you no privacy or discretion for yourself when she doesn't even have any for herself. I heard her say (while I was invisible) "can you believe they called me last min to come In and open? They're lucky I wake up early and picked up" all while she was helping a customer. Have a sense of professionalism. No of the patrons need that info and you ain't getting a medal. Also 3 people were working and in a span of about 25 mins I counted that they all at least said "I'm sorry I can't help with that, I'm sorry I can't do anything for you, I'm sorry I can't find it" at least 3-4 times each with different customers. read more

This four star ONLY goes to DEBBIE. ZERO stars for others. If you had a bad or lower yelp review of here too, and find youself having to come here time to time anyways because of your location/where you live.. ask for Debbie!! She was so sincere, patient and helpful. NO ONE ELSE WAS SO. Here is my issue. I work full time, and I almost always order things online. Now sometimes it goes through UPS or FEDEX. FEDEX recently started to not leave packages at my door, which i understand. I live in a condominium (condos), and they probably dont want neighbors stealing my packages. They left a card, to notify me that they will attempt another delivery up to 3 times before returning to the sender. This was Monday, now i have four whole days of work left, in which i wont be home. I left the card out with the marking that i allow them to leave it so on my door step and signed it. The following day i arrived at home, and the card was still there... hmmm.... ill wait another day. The card was then taken the next day, but still no parcel package at my door step. By thursday, I was a bit concerned. I called the postal office to see if they can tell me if the package delivered and perhaps someone took it off my door Matt. Or perhaps it was yet to be delivered. It is a 3lb parcel package from F21. ALL DAY Thursday i spend along amount of time on the phone then suddenly disconnected. I called from both my work line and cell line. Today, I called in the morning and Debbie sincerely helped me and understood my situation. She took down my information and called me back later telling me i need to call fedex for additional information. I then did so and called her back. She helped me try to locate my package. We then found out it was not delivered but not at the office. She then helped me try to take next appropriate steps in dealing with this If you cannot reach anyone, or reach someone not so helpful or nice, call and ask for debbie, or even come in and ask for debbie. SHE is an honest patient nice lady. Out of any phone converstaion I have had with an employee there or walk-in help at the location, she has been the most wonderful help because quite honestly i order online items frequently so I am familiar with the faces and services I receive from this location. Came here a couple times to send out a package. Both times went very quick and easy. The front desk people worked very efficiently. If someone had to fill out a form and there's a line they ask them to fill it out on the side so they can help the next person. Front desk people were very helpful and nice as I gotten through. Everyone else seemed to be satisfied as well. It's just easier to leave a poor review because a hndful of people get angry for whatever reason. And those who are satisfied just have a nice day but don't really want to get out of their way to leave a good review. read more

I should have acknowledged the 2-star rating and driven to a further post office store. First time visiting this location and yes, I saw that the hours were 8:30-5. That said, I saw a customer walk in through the left side door and I thought they'd opened early. Holiday hours perhaps? Nope. The left side is open to P.O. boxes and there in an inner door to the customer service side on the right. Not knowing (first visit, remember), I tried the door. It was 8:25. A gentleman emptying the trash and "Margie," the clerk preparing for the day, proceeded to have a loud conversation about how their customers "can't read" because obviously it wasn't 8:30 yet. This conversation was not buffered by the closed inner doors whatsoever. It was snarky and rude. Needless to say, Margie didn't unlock those inner doors until 8:31. Then disappeared for a couple minutes and wasn't even at the counter ready to begin serving customers until 8:34. I guess none of us can read. read more

Never thought I'd write a review for a post office but I'm very thankful this one exists. I'm a five star fan for one reason and one reason only. This place is open on Saturdays till 3 o'clock. The extended Saturday hours of save my bacon on more than one occasion. The staff here is OK though not as friendly as my local Broadway post office. And the older Asian dude has grey hair is kind of a grumpy son of a bitch who always cautions me about this or that. If you can pre-pay all your packages through USPS.com and all you have to do is flip them in a basket. If not you may be waiting in line because Saturday is probably their busiest day. Place is convenient for me. Not too far where I live. Workers are courteous and they actually work pretty fast. The only complaint is how it looks both inside and out. It could use some renovation specially outside. Graffiti on the wall, both doors being locked after a certain time (I moved from GG and the PO has the other half open to drop off packages and mail). The mail boxes outside doesn't have a big enough hole to drop off packages, even a small one. It's pretty much made for letters. It's probably because of vandalism or some other delinquent acts. It's sad too in that it's literally a stones throw away from an elementary school. read more

She was so narrow minded and would easily get upset and start verbally attacking customers. That is definitely not the way to treat a customer or a human being for that matter. I ordered a custom-made gift for Father's Day. I've been checking the mail everyday, no package. I then found the tracking number. Apparently they marked it Delivered In Mailbox on June 13 @ 10am. I never see the postal workers here at that time. We don't get mail/packages until the afternoon. I called today and no one picked up the phone. I don't have time to baby sit the post office and I'm beyond frustrated that the one time I order something special, it magically disappears. read more

This is the worst post office I have ever encountered. The amount of times they have lost our mail/packages or delivered it to the wrong unit is actually so astounding at this point I'm impressed by the level of incompetence. The latest problem I had with them (read: one of many) was not delivering a package to my doorstep (because they claimed it didn't fit in the mailbox, it's a step ladder.... I laughed at that one), so I scheduled a redelivery to make sure they know a step ladder can in fact not fit in the mail box (you got something right for once woohoo!) so please deliver to my doorstep. A week after they were suppose to redeliver I still haven't heard anything, filled out a missing mail form a few days to only now get a call saying "oh we have your package so I put it out to make sure it's delivered tomorrow". AND IT WASN'T "PUT OUT" BEFORE WHY?! Two weeks later I should finally be getting this package tomorrow but who am I kidding there is no way they will figure out how to drop a package off at my door. Maybe they could benefit from shadowing the fedex delivery people for a day or ten? read more

I appreciate the fact that this location was open (and well staffed) on Saturday. There were no less than three post officers chopping away at the line... and, surprisingly, they weren't rude or inconsiderate of the folks trying to drop off their mail. Most importantly is the way the postman behind the counter handled my mail: I had recently went to Disneyland and had dropped $5 a pop on some overly priced, hipster-y postcards for my cousin and my best friend. The postcards had come individually bagged to protect them from damage in transit. However, the fun part of receiving mail is getting the little stamp from the origin... which isn't usually tricky, but the celophane stood in the way and would simply smudge off should it be stamped "as-is." After adding proper postage to my cards (on the outside of the plastic), Sir Post Officer realized I wanted the "received" stamps on the cards themselves. I stood off to the side, reapplied the postage he'd initially stuck on the celophane itself. He stamped the cards, and we placed them back in the celophane before chucking them into the out bin. Again, it's a small detail, but an important enough for me. read more

Manager Jennifer if that's her name is very unprofessional and extremely rude. Didn't allow me to even finish my sentence, further more she told me to "shut up" and raised her hand at me. If it wasn't for the counter she would of definitely hit me. She said she was the supervisor, that's still doesn't give her the right to act this way. A post office is a public government place where we should always feel free to walk in. I was simply asking why my P.O. Box have been closed and tried to explain her that I remember paying but if I didn't I had no problem paying a late fee. I started to tell her that last time I was there in October when they gave me the receipt it said a different P.O. Box mistyped a number and the lady said will fix it so probably that's why the payment was not posted, I couldn't even finish talking and she told me to shut up, ones I pull my phone out to record her she open half of the counter and raised her hand to grab my phone and again told me "just shut up" I have been a client to this post office for over 10years. I had no problem paying a late fee which I end up doing at a different counter with a very pleasant employee who had no problem listening to my concern and unfortunately I don't carry 6months old receipts in my purse but I rather pay again and make the situation peaceful. The problem is even if I had the receipt it was a misstypo with a wrong P.O. Box on it, if the employee then didn't fix it is out of my control. Re paying was the easiest way but definitely not acceptable to be treated like this. I reported this matter to local PD and I will encourage anyone going to this Post Office that are being verbally harassed by this supervisor to definitely reported as well because even when I was talking to her manager while paying again my fee she kept talking all over me not letting me speak tho she was helping a different customer at her side of the counter. She clearly shows anger management behavior, reporting this may help someone in the future though I pray it doesn't happen to anyone else and the branch can enforce better customer service from her because everyone else there are very nice and very professional at all times. read more

Dropped in today to drop off 4 packages all going to 4 different places. Mind you this was 20 minutes before noon and there was already a line building. The staff here was incredibly efficient in helping all of the customers. There was a designated line for strictly picking up and dropping off mail a line for regular package drop off's if you had to pay. What blew my mind was that they were actually pretty helpful to all the customers and listened to what was being said. Be it, in a hurried manner, but still helped the individual. Plus, there were no extremely irate people like I've experienced at other postal offices. Would gladly return to this one again, if need be. read more

Worst service ever given. I always end up getting other peoples mail and my packages never arrive at my address. Like the mail can be sensitive documents and it could be mailed somewhere else! I understand that people make mistakes but seriously you've delivered other peoples mail to my place and my mail to other places - that I've never come to see my missing/ missed delivered mail till this day, more than 10 times has this happened. Was a typical postal office setup, clean and tidy. Went there to ship a flat rate box and was helped by an employee named Jennifer, very nice lady, I had told her I wanted to add signature required and she told me they needed to do that on the self service. Instead of just pushing me to the machine, like most employees would do, she decided to help me and did the setup for me. Added the signature and also helped add insurance for the package. Despicable place... It's always busy, the staff is a joke and I have a PO box there and Mail still goes to my old address! The good thing is it's my friends address or else I would loose mail for ever. This should not be happening in the morning there are a lot of workers going into work. Dot they just not care? There's a new carrier on our route. Mail carrier left my neighbors mailbox open. Left my mail on top of my mail box. My mailbox was empty when I checked. Unknown if anyone stole my personal things, due to post office carrier negligence. I understand we are in a pandemic, but hire competent people. It's not hard to secure a mailbox. I can't tell whether this is the post office, the DMV, or the welfare line. I'm not even kidding, they line up before the place opens like a pack of hyenas and all day long is a one stop shop for every delinquent in orange county to pick up their welfare checks. If you're feeling really unattractive on a particular day or your self-esteem is down in the dumps, there's two places you can go people-watching to change that within an hour: This post office or the wal-mart around the corner. The other good news is that the employees aren't rude, they have saturday pickup service in the morning and again at 4pm. One of the worst post office in the nations, it is a big question mark how this office is not close management is not replace,who cover the very poor service provid. The mail persons are totally incompetent, from mixup letter to not deliver the mail properly, step over the planters, breaking sprinklers and ignoring if you let them know, furthermore threatening "you will not receive your mail anymore" Regardless if you call the post office and let know about the poor service, unprofessional manager has also attitude and act like they own the business. I went in to check on a package that said address unknown and the lady said she was going to check it out and didn't even take any information from me regarding the package . I tried to explain to her how I was home(I even called off) with my door open watching out for the mailman and nothing , even tho i had an Amazon package arrive minutes before the mail man marked it as a address unknown. This is the third package this post office has done this to but this third one is the most important. A day prior i went in and the other front girl tOld me to call at 8:30 to stop the delivery from going back or to come in, so i called at 8:30 like she said and no one answers i called 9 times so i panicked and left work early AGAIN to see if i Can pick up . After i got to the post office the two front girls are having their convo(which is fine nothing wrong with that) but she gave me attitude and almost seemed mad for interrupting . TRied to tell her the situation and She rudely interrupted me and started raising her voice at me when i have been calm and collected with her. Not once did i raise my voice at her.
