It's hard to believe that stamps have gone up in price since I was a little kid. I remember that I used to send 100 letter with less then 10 bucks. Times have changed. even my gas tank doesn't fill up with nothing less than $100. Get real Obama! make the change. The worst mail delivery service ever. Continually receive other people's mail, & my mail is bent & crammed in the box. My Brother never rec'd his medication order from the VA. Last wk the postman didn't lock the kiosk metal door & anyone had access to mail from 20 + units. Put in for a hold mail this summer while on vacation. Returned to find my mailbox crammed, WITH a copy of the hold notice inside. They NEVER pick up their phone. If you go to complain, nothing is done & they refuse to give you their name. read more

I wasted my time to drive here after work just for the self-service kiosks. When you clearly state that your self-service kiosks are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week- why would you LOCK all of the entrances to the building?! read more

First time visiting this post office. While I was waiting in line, the man working was older with gray hair and a gray beard named "Mark" and he was very rude to a couple who were not fluent in English. He would raise his voice at them to write their address...as if that would make them understand. So he told his coworker to tell them but seemed very bothered and rude. Then it was my turn and I ended up with Mark. I told him what I wanted to do and he was rushing me telling me to do three things at once, fill out these forms, it's gonna be this much, no take your card out I didn't tell you yet! Can you just fill this out at the other counter?! So I told him alright, you're telling me to do so many things I can't do everything at once. I put everything in order and he was still rushing and didn't realize I had everything organized in the packet. He said "alrighty now everything's good to go!" As he smiled as if everything was fine... -___- I hope Mark has patience next time other people are there for help with USPS sercives. I definitely don't want to come back to this location again. I'd give 0 stars if possible. Nothing but problems with this location. Moved and they delivered the change of address, but I wasn't able to get my mail delivered for 2 months except for mailers to "current resident". Everything was being returned to sender without attempting to deliver. Pretty sure the delivery person wasn't thrilled about the complaints. Ever since, he won't even attempt to make contact when delivering packages. Working from home, I'm always available to sign for packages, but we get the slip that no one was available and to go to the post office to pick them up. The ones without signatures get dropped at the front door--never a courtesy knock--and are sometimes stolen before I can check the clock for his usual delivery time. Contacting this post office every time we have a problem has only made the problems worse. We've resorted to having packages delivered through a different post office at a neighboring relatives' home. read more

I ordered a package from Poland. The sender sent the package through usps. I waited over a week after the expected delivery date. I was tracking the package and when it was expected to be dropped off at my house, I waited all day in the living room. That evening, I checked my mailbox at my apartment complex and the mail deliverer had put a slip saying they missed me at my place. How did they miss me if I was at home all day waiting for a knock? And why did they put it in my mailbox if they did indeed went to my door. They had always left the slip on my door previous times. Though I was skeptical it was my fault, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I requested a redeliver and taped it to my door. The next day, I did the same thing and waited until 4pm in the living room. Finally I decided to go check the mail again and this time, they took my slip and dropped off a different package then the specified item for a different person, not me. ?????? No notice and nothing about my item. The following day, I went to their office because THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. The cashier at the front asked me for my slip. Um, you took it! Then after looking for my item for a very long time, she comes back and tells me I need a truck because the item was bulky and large. I asked her to redeliver because I don't have a truck. She told me it was NOT possible. What!? I told her I would be back the following day with a friend's truck. SO, the next day I came back with a truck and the manager told me to take my truck out around back. Which I did. She then tells me I need to find someone to help me put it in my truck. What? You were supposed to deliver it to my house and supposedly you did but then when I asked for redeliver you tell me it's too large to be delivered. Then you can't even help me put it in the truck? By the way, it weighed maybe 15 pounds and was just bulky and oddly shaped. A gentleman working there helped me while she stood there and watched. It took 2 seconds by the way. She was also telling the man he didn't have to help me because (this is exactly word for word what she said)... "COMMON SENSE WOULD HAVE TOLD YOU TO FIND SOMEONE TO HELP YOU." EXCUSE ME???? It is YOUR job to deliver things, not mine! The delivery was paid and you accepted the item. I got a slip saying you already tried to deliver it and then you refuse to redeliver when I'm supposed to get 3 chances as it said on my slip. This is absurd. Absolutely ridiculous. Rude and talked to me like she was a crazy evil step mother and I was her slave. She tried to talk the gentleman willing to assist me out of helping me. Every minute of this ordeal was unacceptable. I will NEVER go here again and will request delivery to any other location other than this one. I have dealt with other usps offices and none have ever came close to being an experience like this. read more

Herman, the manager at this USPS was excellent, he went above and beyond to help me with the issues I am having with my mailbox lock even though this USPS location is not the one that delivers to my address. The other USPS staff were also very friendly and willing to help. Very impressed! read more

I Google checked and they opened until 6pm. I came here at 5:15pm and they already closed. They were supposed to deliver the parcel to my place but they failed to do so, and I had to come to the post office to pick it up, yet they closed earlier than they are supposed to. You get paid to deliver the parcel, so please do your job!! read more

I guess I am biased, well for sure. I used to work at the Anaheim Post Office on Loara Street and I loved my job. This was (way) back in 1980 and I was a LSM Clerk. I worked the graveyard shift for years. At that time Anaheim was one of the best offices in the nation. Yes I did a very extensive survey for the Feds and Anaheim was almost number one. I look back on the days at the Post Office with nastalgia. I know most of the people are long gone retired. But what a crew. We worked hard! Very hard all night long. We had a great supervisor named Bill Thornton and a kick butt Mail Processing Manager named Terry Morose. It was all good! I hope that the quality countrol at Anaheim continues to prosper. I still have 2 best friends now 35 years later that I met on that graveyard shift at the Anaheim Post Office 92801 read more

I dealt with the lady named Michelle middle-aged Hispanic woman must have been having a bad day or on her period, totally rude towards me.. In general they all looked very unhappy like robots. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The females working there do not know how to smile. I went there to send a box, the female behind the counter, MICHELLE, did not smile she asked me why is this box not sealed and ready to go? I explained to her my situation that I need to make change first she sarcastically said, well this isnt a bank. Are you freakin kidding me? Deserves 0 stars. Trying to reach them on the phone to ask them to hold a piece of certified mail for me, so I can go into their post office and pick it up. Have had their office phone ring about 10 minutes with no pick up. This is during business hours. Finally a computer voice answered saying that the person I am calling is not taking calls at present. THIS DURING BUSINESS HOURS. A year ago I had similar experience. Twice the phone was picked up and then put back down on the receiver after many rings from me. Once I was asked to hold, and no one ever came back to talk to me. This is why the post office has such a poor reputation. In the private sector, these employees would not be tolerated. How disgusting to be so apathetic towards your job that you don't even care. What a way to live your life! read more

This place is horrible. Very poor in customer service. All the staffs are rude including supervisor. They are not helping customer. If they don't know how to serve customer, they shouldn't work as customer service. I just wonder how come USPS head office doesn't know about their rude staffs. read more

This post office has the laziest carriers. Our mail wasn't delivered because the carrier said the mailbox was blocked. When it wasn't blocked the carrier just didn't want to step out of his truck to put the mail in the box. read more

Worst office period. Rudest people on planet earth. They dont do their job and they get ignorant when you ask anything. If the usps isnt making money its because of these people. Even after going thru the trouble of sitting on hold for an hour with postal inspectors, i got no where. In the end, after filing 3 formal complaints, talking with postal inspectors, talking with supervisors at this location and switching my mail to another office i was told basicly to eat shit. read more
