The mac salad is surprisingly not too salty but just bland. Sesame chicken is fried in a super thick batter and is goopy and hard rather than crispy and savory. Same goes for the fried cauliflower. We tried you EIGHT TIMES, Grillbird. We wanted to like you and gave you many chances, but alas, you have missed the mark too many times. We won't be back. ps. If you ever bring back your five-spice stewed beef, we might be back. That beef was amazing.

Unfortunately, my first impression wasn't the best. The staff didn't seem very friendly, and everything felt rushed. Since my dad and I were both first time customers, we weren't exactly sure what to order. It felt like we were being hurried through the line rather than being helped. For my bowl, I chose quinoa, romaine lettuce, and chicken. They had temporarily run out of chicken, but thankfully a fresh batch came out after only a few minutes, which I appreciated. I also noticed that the tables inside were pretty dirty, so we decided to sit outside instead. The outdoor seating was much more enjoyable anyway. As for the food, I thought it was good overall. I liked that everything tasted fresh and seemed to be made with wholesome ingredients. The vegetables were crisp, and the bowl felt healthy and filling. My biggest complaint was the chicken. It wasn't seasoned very much and tasted pretty plain, so I found myself relying on the sauce to add flavor to the meal. Overall, the food was decent, but the customer service and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I don't think I would return to this particular location, but I'd be willing to give another Sweetgreen a try in the future, especially to test out some of their wraps or other menu options.

Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made an otherwise difficult day a little easier. Great service can make a real difference, and she absolutely delivered. Salty's isn't the cheapest dining option at SEA, but between the quality of the food, the relaxed atmosphere, and the outstanding service, I think it's well worth it. I left 15% and honestly felt that was generous for what I received. At these prices, the food needs to be executed properly and the service needs to match. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. This place rocks!! I have never seen a cleaner coffee shop. It's spotless on the inside. Not sure if this is a family run business but it gives the vibe with how much care they put into each drink. I noticed the machine they are using is a La Marzocco and is beautiful. The baristas knew how to pull perfect shots and make amazing silky foam. I got a iced mocha and my daughter went for a hot vanilla matcha latte. We ordered two of their chocolate chip scones which are egg free. The scones are unique in they almost have a shortbread texture and it works so well. next time I will order two scones for myself. Excellent health dept rating also which is important to me. Came here on a weekday morning and the place was quite full, although seats free up fast. We got a hot "Walk to Work" latte and an avocado toast, which comes with a side of egg and salad. Both the coffee and avocado toast were very good. There is one long communal table where most people seemed to be working, but there are also a couple of seats by the window. I got their iced matcha latte with oat milk to drink inside. They use grassy, earthy ceremonial matcha here so that's a plus! It isn't sweet in any way and is in a relatively small cup for $8 before tax but you're not charged extra for oat milk as stated on their menu, which is yet another plus for those who are even slightly lactose intolerant. Drinks - mines and others who came before and after me - were made relatively fast.
