That's why there is virtually no convenient parking for customers! In all the jobs I've held over the years, the closest parking was reserved for customers, and employees were instructed to park away from there. I went inside and spoke to the General Manager and the Assistant General Manager at the same time (I don't know why they felt just one of those top managers couldn't handle this). The General Manager in particular was cocky, arrogant, and tried to deflect the conversation with irrelevant talking points. Rather than discuss the issue with me, she told me I should call corporate and that she would get me the phone number. I told her I could Google the phone number faster than she could go get it. Then she asked if there was anything else she could do for me. I told her NO. I'm going somewhere else to eat. She had no customer service or people skills, so I don't know how she came to be the General Manager. This also explains where some of the staff there learned how to treat customers. I don't value businesses that don't value customers. There are plenty of other options right there in the Riverside Plaza and surrounding areas--and options with larger portions and better prices. I encourage you not to patronize this location, but if you do, I think you should consider what I have done in the past. If the lot is full, keep driving to somewhere else that values your business.
