I adore the Delicious Tasty family ran establishment. I wish they were open on Wednesday's because it's one of our eat out nights, but we usually get takeout on Fridays from here. Everything is delicious and we've tried 90% of the menu. Our fav is salt pepper por rib, CB chow-fun w/bean sauce, dry chow-fun, all the fried rice Especially the Duck fried rice! The saliva chicken is super good but the name is not very appealing my hubby said. Lol The chinese donuts are like mini malasadas and tasty, Their 3 meat choice w rice combo is soo huge and I like the fried pork belly. I usually save these as left over and make it crispy in air fryer second day. You really can't go wrong with Anything and the place is Very affordable and large portions. Hands down my new favorite spot to go to lunch in Colorado. It's very close to my office, I'm happy as can be about finding this spot! The place offers a variety of Hong Kong style Chinese and it's delicious. I've tried two different types of soup with noodles- on was a combination of Duck & BBQ pork, the other one was with shrimp dumplings & BBQ pork. I really loved both soups, they give really large portions & they're so tasty. If I had to pick the BBQ pork & Duck might be my favorite, although the dumplings are awesome as well. I also tried their fried chicken leg which was again delicious. The cost to get this wonderful food is in the lower side. The ambiance isn't upscale but it's clean and nice, with about 6 four person tables & then there's bar stool seats as well. The people who work are very nice and friendly, once you know what you want you just order it at the front desk & they'll bring it to you & clean up after you once you are done eating. Well, tickle me silly and call me Pink! I think I found my new favorite go to Asian restaurant: Uncle Henry Where to start? The ambiance is super quaint. Not a lot of places to sit but to me that's part of the charm. When I was there I saw a combo of families , daters and solo diners like me. I added a picture of the roasted ducks hanging upside down, which definitely adds to the charm! The service was great! You order at the bar and they bring you your food as it comes out. Super friendly staff! Menu selection is huge. It may be a good idea to check at home because they have a variety of Asian cuisines there, which will keep me coming back for more during 2024! I ordered the hot and sour soup, the steamed potstickers and the chicken and broccoli. The hot and sour soup may have been some of the best I've had. It really was hot and sour. Like the blend flavor was sweet meets sour. So good! The potstickers were super good. The ginger dipping sauce was a big highlight for me. I'm going to try the pan fried next time. Finally, the chicken and broccoli was great! The broccoli, to the best of my knowledge was super fresh and not frozen. It was really good to be honest. Not too heavy and great flavor. Keep in mind that it's not fine dining so some of the food came in paper plates or in to go containers. This was fine for me and actually added to the overall charm! You'll see what I mean in my photos. I'd say go and be ready for some great tasting Asian food with a big selection to choose from. Uncle Henry's js goooood! My brother had recently discovered this little hole in the wall restaurant a few months ago but have been dining here almost weekly. I had the chance to try their food! The roasted pork was as good! We ordered two portions but one portion, that I forgot to snap a picture was very dry and not as fresh as the other picture I had posted. Their chicken wings and shrimp was also very good! Super hot, fresh, juicy, and had the perfect crispy crunch! Highly recommended!! We also ordered the Singapore noodles, that's one of my favorite Chinese dishes but this one here was a little disappointing. I think the noodles were too chard for my liking. We also got regular lo mein! That wee good too! My parents use to own a Chinese restaurant and my brother had raved about their lo mein saying it tasted exactly like theirs so it definitely brought back childhood memories. Been here twice so far and the food and service has yet to disappoint. My go to is the pork fried rice. Mom had the roast half suck and was pleasantly surprised by the portion size and the flavor and juices was on point! It's always busy when I have gone and they have a lot of carry out orders. So happy Yelp brought me to this place! Visiting Denver with two pups, I wanted something convenient and the hot bar featured a generous and tasty variety of at a little before 3 featured a tempura chicken and two sauced chicken dishes, wish I caught the name. Server at the counter was very helpful and kind, would have loved to sit in the dining room, but with the pups we stayed on the patio. We came back a couple of days later for the Lemon Grass beef which was some of the most tender I've ever had. Generous rice, very saucy, and vegetables were fresh. Being an "ABC" American Born Cantonese Girl I can't live without my wonton noodles, roast duck and chow fun. My sister took me here shortly after I moved to Colorado. Its a small family run store with a few tables and no frills. You eat off disposable plates but don't let that turn you off. The food is authentically Cantonese BBQ. My favorite dish is hands down the salt & pepper deep fried crispy tofu. We usually order roasted duck or crispy skin roasted pork (with the thick layer of fat). The wonton noodle soup here is just okay and the portion is rather small (more for one person). We have ordered large servings of delicious beef chow fun (dry style) for family reunions which were a hit. What a nice find in NoCO. Friendly owner I think they use to own Hong Kong BBQ in Denver (federal blvd). This place is a little different than a typical Panda Express. They do more braised and bbq meats. You can buy meats by the pound just like a American bbq joint. The chicken here is imported from a free roaming farm in California (走地鸡） Will be back to try more items very convenient location right off I25. read more

I am torn about Uncle Henry, the good is really good. It is hard to get good steamed chicken and chinese smoke BBQ in the area. And those dishes are really really good. These are legit authentic items. However, the other dishes are far too sweet and this may be a style issue since the place is packed and customers are really happy. The Hot and Sour soup, is more like pepper and syrup soup. The fish with black bean sauce, the ingredients were solid and well cooked, but the sauce was very sweet. The tofu seafood pot was solid and not too sweet. Uncle Henry clearly has the cooking chops, but they may be catering to their clientele, both sets. Choose wisely based on your personal palate. As a person who grew up on Hong Kong Chinese Food, Uncle Henry definitely hits the spot when I'm craving BBQ meat. I stick to their BBQ duck rice noodle soup or wonton noodle soup and it's never disappointed. The food is authentic and delicious. Every time I come here, whether it's for lunch or dinner it's super busy with take out orders but I'm still able to order and get my food quickly. I've heard from friends who live in the area they also have some delicious American Chinese food along with a vegetarian menu which can be hard to find with Chinese restaurants. So freaking ecstatic that we have a couple options of HK style BBQ up North now and not having to drive to Little Saigon area to get them. Don't get me wrong, Hua Kee is amazing right by HMart, and they each offer something a little different. (Love the spicy marinated tofu at Hua Kee btw.) Uncle Henry does have a little bit more delicacies to choose from and slightly larger dine-in area. I'm just super excited that they opened during the pandemic and is going strong. I believe the owners used to own Hong Kong BBQ on South Federal but not sure if they sold it, or if they own both.. anyway... I've been here a handful of times and Uncle Henry is on my regular rotation. I really love everything I've had here - Beef Chow Fun, Salt n Pepper Shrimp or Squid, Kung Pao Chicken, Stir Fried Water Spinach, Duck Chin with House Special Sauce... all sort of fried rice... Roast Pork, Duck, Char Siu.... The duck chin is an acquired taste but this is the only place I've found so far doing the duck chin... it's basically the lower jaw of the duck and you eat the tongue... kinda like chicken feet, not much to chew on but amazing flavor. It's what we'd call alcohol pairing food in East Asia. :) Oh and their shrimp wonton is pretty tasty too - no frills - just shrimp and wonton wrapper and seasoning. The service is great and the folks there are always super nice. Come support them if you're in the area... I rotate Uncle Henry, Babajoon's, Big Mac/Little Lu and Matsumotto's when I'm nearby. read more
