It was my first time at Uncle Fluffy. Service was fast and friendly. The inside is very clean and spacious with lots of available seats both regular tables and high tables. They have an extensive menu but i chose to keep it simple with a caramel macchiato. I would say it was average but nothing special. I would have wished it was a little stronger. Overall drink was okay but it wouldn't be my first choice. I was not able to try their pastries this time which is what they're known for so my review is only a reflection of the drink i got today. Not bad but not the best.

First timer! The shop is very clean, and the customer service was awesome, everyone was friendly and helpful. The cheesecakes were the highlight for me: the lemon cheesecake was my absolute favorite, followed closely by the classic. I ordered quite a bit: a regular cheesecake, a lemon cheesecake, two tarts, a mochi, and three drinks, and the total came out to a little over $63. The smoothie was amazing, super fresh tasting and clearly made with real fruit, not powder. The only downside was the coffee. It wasn't bad, just nothing special. I wish they offered adjustable sugar levels or more customizable specialty drinks to round out the café vibe. Overall, a great spot for desserts, and I'll definitely be back!

I had come a few years back when they had just opened but hadn't since. I had gotten a medium sized cheesecake to share and I remember being impressed with the taste. I decided to stop by again real quick to check it out again. The cafe was clean, modern, and spotless. Only a couple people were inside on a Thursday at noon. There was a lady, asking questions about the cheesecakes to the cashier. Once it was my turn, I decided to get a matcha. The cashier recommended a vanilla matcha and when I asked about the tarts, she said strawberry tart was popular. I decided to get that. I didn't have to wait long for my order. The vanilla matcha was pretty basic. The strawberry tart was delicious! It was whipped and creamy. I would only come back to try the other flavors. Cafe is pretty average.

I've been wanting to try this since I saw it on Instagram. Uncle Fluffy is located near The Mall. The parking is tight near it but the parking lot is big. The interior of the place is stark white. It reminds me of a hospital. The moment you walk in you get a wiff of Fabulosa cleaner. No doubt this place is cleaner than a hospital. Service is patient. They have screen with the menu. The menu is put up twice. It makes it seem like they have a big menu. I ordered the sugar free caramel macchiato. It was decently good. I also got a mango tart and the smallest pistachio fluffy cake. My order came out in a bag. It's the smallest bag. I felt like items were mini cakes. The cake itself was fluffy but soggy at parts. I hate comparing it to Uncle Tetsu but they just don't measure up. The mango tart was nothing special. It wasn't worth $5. I think I'll stick with Uncle Tetsu.

Hello! OMG! I'm so excited that there is a Japanese cheesecake place close(r) to home! If you guys never have Japanese cheesecake, you need to try it!! I had it in Vegas it was so addicting! And up until now I thought it was the closest place to get one! So when I heard about this place, I went to try it! Is it as good as Vegas? No, but it's darn near close! Beats a three hour drive to Vegas! Guys it's amazing but the price is a bit overpriced, but still worth it for being close to home. The service was nice, and quick. The outside looks sketchy being across the street from the Tyler mall in a little strip mall, but don't let that fool you. The inside was open, clean, and well lit. I highly enjoyed and will be going almost every paycheck! Haha

Pretty fresh cakes. We stumbled upon this cake shop by chance. The name uncle fluffy is what caught my attention. I wanted to try the cinnamon pie and the cheesecake. The cinnamon pie was really good. The crust was perfect and the cinnamon filling was light and fluffy. It had a nice cinnamon flavor and wasn't too overpowering. Loved it. Nothing special. No wonder i was the only one there. What I am most disappointed about is how overpriced the cheesecakes are. The prices are outrageous! The menu prices online don't even reflect the prices in the store. I got a large but really it should be called a small for $27. I thought maybe for the price the quality of the cake was going to be phenomenal but no, it was just like all the other Asian sponge cheesecakes. The regular size cheesecakes that should be called individual or mini ones are $11! Don't get me started on the X-Large.. You can get the same kind of Asian sponge cheesecake for a Real Large Cake that's even decorated nicely with chocolate covered strawberries on the top for $30 and a slice that is the same size as a regular here for $3 at Uncle Chuangs Bakery on Iowa in Riverside .

Extremely disappointed!! Waited for them to open on Sunday morning to purchase a cheesecake. Once they opened I went in and the whole store was EMPTY!! NO products ready.. when I asked how long for a cheesecake they said 2 hours!!!!! What?? So why do you open but not have anything ready? This place was pretty good. I liked the tarts, and cheesecake was decent. Don't get me wrong, the cheesecake was a good bit way too pricey for what you get. The regular size is already expensive for a pretty small cake. The service wasn't that great either. The girl seemed kind of irritated. If I want excellent Japanese cheesecake, I'll go to Uncle Tetsu's, much better prices and much better cheesecake. read more

I should have read the reviews. They don't open til 10am and they are listed at 9am every where. They are overpriced. Highly recommend going to Uncle Tetsu in Eastvale. The same price for the size for the large at Tetsu is 13.99. I don't think the cakes are made fresh daily, but no blame on the girlies who work there because they are sooooo nice. Going to this place was such a fun experience. Let me start by how sweet and funny the owner is. He was very funny and friendly. As you walk into the store, you can tell that the team operates with lots of laughter and jokes. The owner teases the staff as if they are his kids. We felt so welcomed and entertained the whole time. Now speaking of the food, they specialize in Japanese dessert and have big menu of desserts and drinks. We tried the Japanese Cake and Pistachio Tart along with macha latte and i couldn't have been happier with the experience. The Japanese Cake was soo delicious and fluffy and the tart's filling had the best consistency i have had in SoCal so far, mouthwatering. At their quality of the food, i expected a higher price point. Highly highly recommended read more

The Japanese cheesecake was definitely something to remember. Still had the cake shape and texture until you bite it and get that soft creamy cheesecake like texture but in cake form. Definitely delicious and I would try again. It is pretty expensive for what you get through that's my only down side. The mango tart was absolutely amazing 15/10 l, the blue berry one just tasted like blue berry cream cheese you get at the store. The service here was also good, was offered a sample before purchasing. I would recommend coming here to try Japanese cheesecake. read more

Stumbled across this location while driving on Mongolia, and wanted to try it! Decided on the Japanese cheesecake for my family and it was SO GOOD. Absolutely delicious. Rich cheesecake-flavor with a nice density, and the presentation was prize worthy. Rare find in this general area. I would add photos but the cake is all gone now. Never had cheesecake like this before but I've seen it all over Instagram so I really wanted to try it. It did not disappoint! Their coffee is also delicious. The espresso is fresh and not burnt. Grabbed my coffee and cheesecake to go but this looks like a cute spacious place to work or study at for a few hours. The staff was really nice as well and very welcoming. The cheesecake sample was so yummy I bought 3 smalls and 2 tarts - blueberry and strawberry. My family loved them too. I didn't even add a sauce on top, it was good enough alone. One person said they would like to try the toppings next time, though. The servers were so nice and helpful and the store decor is very cool. read more

I wanted to try this place. The cheese cakes are not even good. Don't waste your money I bought 2 cheesecake to gift to a family member. She called me saying it's not good. She was excited to try. My dad went to pick up 2 dozen masaladas and a dozen guava starbreads -- which they gave for a very reasonable price. My office is 15 mins away, by the time he got to my office, they were still very warm!! My coworkers and I tried the starbread and everyone loved them!! They're just sweet enough, not too sweet, and the bread is super soft! The masaladas are amazing too! If you are looking for nice quality pastries, especially on a time crunch, I highly recommend! They open at 7AM which is much earlier than most bakeries in the area (and super convenient), I will definitely order from them again!!

I'm not sure if I like this spot 100%. The Japanese cheesecake is very nice fluffy like the name but no style. The food looks plain they can definitely add additional flavor and decoration. The store really surprised me! Very clean, well lit, and they were playing some good songs. All facilities were clean and the staff was very helpful. Nothing is fresh & its all cold. The workers are slow & obviously not trained. Served COLD coffee saying it was "freshly brewed" & when asked to remake it stated "it was free" with your special. Like what??? Will not be returning & definitely do not recommend. read more
