Food: I have visited several times and have purchased several dozen donuts for meetings. The donuts were fluffy, fresh, and not oily at all. I can't comment on how they are after 8 a.m., but every time I have gone, the donuts have been tasty. What really surprised me was that I usually only eat the sugar donuts, but I tried the blueberry donut and it was superb! My coworkers really liked the maple donuts and asked me to get several more next time. There were also many cute and creative donut designs to choose from. Service: The ladies were very friendly, and it seemed like they had quite a few regular customers, which is always a good sign. Ambiance: The shop was clean, and I like that you can simply walk up to the window, get your donuts, and go if you're in a rush. There is also a side door with a seating area if you want to sit and enjoy your donuts. The only issue I had was not with the ambiance, but with the coffee cup lid. The lid was a little weak and came loose when I grabbed the cup. Just be careful to make sure the coffee lid is securely closed before drinking. Overall: I had a very positive experience and will continue to go there. The prices were also very reasonable. Been unhappy with the food quality and being overcharged. The sandwiches aren't consistent. We always come once a week to get a pastrami sandwich, ham and cheese and other goodies and for us and our family and we noticed over the past 4 years the amount of meat they put in the sandwich declined but yet their prices went up. Then when requested to add more meat they say it's an extra charge, but they up their prices? Also on my recent trip I was overcharged. They claimed they didn't add a sandwich so I had to pay for another one and going through my receipt and the cost I was charged double for 1 of the sandwiches not happy with that. Now that I've been here a couple of times it's a good enough sample to write a review about. This one of at least two locations and I like the accessibility of walking up and ordering. There's also an adjacent dining area, which I utilized on the first visit. I bought a croissant sandwich and really enjoyed it. Good price and good ingredients. I like how they also include a glazed donut hole or two with every order. The recent second visit had me trying a couple donuts. One of my favorite types is glazed blueberry cake. Excellent here BTW. The strawberry puff also appealed visually, and was pretty tasty, especially the fresh strawberries. On both visits the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Perhaps I'll try the coffee, next? This is my favorite donut shop. I live in Orange county now but every time I'm in Riverside, I'll stop by. I don't know what they're doing differently here but the flavor is so much better. Even the jelly-filled donuts don't have that fake flavor that they so often do other places. The service is great, friendly employees, and they regularly give me free donut holes. And I love that they have a walk up window so I don't have to go inside. read more

I've been coming here since they opened and idk why I haven't written a review about i. Each time I pass by riverside in the am since I don't like in riverside anymore but when i frequent i come here. I always get there number 11 breakfast with extra cheese (it's the sausage egg and cheese croissant). I swear they have the best croissants. But if I don't do the number 11 I get a plain croissant to ant type of croissant. Everything is given out fast and very delicious!! I always tend to see the 2 same ladies (I forgot their names cuz I don't come here as often anymore) here and they have always been so nice!! Even tho it's more like a grab and go they are always so helpful! They also offer fresh juices and milk teas and smoothies!! I usually get their milk teas and I work at a boba shop and I think their milk tea is good!! It does have a vanilla taste to it so maybe that's why cuz I do like my vanilla so maybe a bit bias. But also the price is pretty good tbh!! There is 3 booth in the inside and a few tables and chairs outside. So they do have seating but again I mainly just go to grab and go!! Good..... Most of the time. Like almost every donut shop out there now days they are comfortable slipping a day old donut in your bag, you get home, and the maple frosting is all dried out, waxy, and the donut is like a 2x4. I still go but I wish shops would just either mark the day olds as day olds (like an ethical shop) or just toss them. How much can it cost to not let crappy donuts get out in the world. This place is legit. I usually have to be in the mood for a donut. I stumbled across this place when going to the thrift store around the corner. Had a cinnamon bun that dreams are made of. It was sinfully good. Then, the following week, found myself in the area, so I went back. They were out of the same one I'd gotten, and so I bought an apple fritter, which was almost better. Hard to say, they both far exceed expectations. These ladies are going to make us all extra large. Had a brisket bagel sandwich, was pretty lacking with meat, but everything else was solid but heavy on mayo. You know those places you went that were bangin when you were a kid, and you go back later and it's just not as good? Well this place IS that good, and you CAN go, so don't sleep on this place. My husband and I frequent this place for bagels, breakfast sandwiches, donuts, iced coffee etc at least once a week, and everything tastes good but more than half the time they'll forget something in our pretty simple order. It's happened so often that we've had to make it a habit to check the bag they give us of our order before leaving, because more likely than not they will forget to give us our bagel or sandwich even though we paid for it. This is very frustrating since we're paying them and not even getting all of our food. The employees really need to work on getting their orders correct because the fact that we have to check every single time and essentially do their job for them is ridiculous. read more

The food was very good and great value for the price. The server was very generous with the fillings and was also quick to take my order. My favorite donut place has always been California Donuts in LA and i haven't found a place that even comes close until I came here! What matters to me most is the dough texture and flavor and US Donuts makes it soft and fluffy and they taste good not too oily or thick like others I've tried. New donut shop in the neighborhood?! You bet I went and WOW!! Super fresh, fluffy, and most of all delicious. There were so many donuts to choose from and they all looked good. Picked up three donuts for us to try and each one did not disappoint. The dough was so fluffy on each. No dense nasty old oil taste here. The flavors were perfect--perfect amounts of glaze, cinnamon, and chocolate. I kinda wish we picked up more but I'd like to think that I have a little bit of self control.
