The employee saw me and continued to just talk to the couple for about 5 minutes I was just standing there watching her talk about one of her previous trips, instead of making drinks and/or attending to me first. She could've easily told them to give her a minute, taken my order then continued the conversation with them while making drinks but her priorities weren't there. I felt ignored and I was about to walk out but I really had high hopes for this place and thought it would be just as good, if not better than Rad Coffee in Long Beach & Upland, it's not, first and last time I'll be here. They need to improve on many areas if they plan to survive in this economy because just being a horror themed coffee shop, isn't enough.
