Very unprofessional More details below: - Brought in my iPad to replace battery. I tell Asurion that it is urgent. Asurion tells me that they will get it done in 24 hours - Asurion breaks screen when replacing battery - Takes two days to get new screen - Asurion tells me that I can pick up the iPad. When I come in, I notice that it does not work (Asurion did not check whether it works, before they tell me to come in). Asurion tells me to come in next day - Next day: iPad not ready. Asurion tells me to come in next day. - Next day: iPad specialist does not work today. Asurion tells me to come in next day - Next day: Asurion tells me that they broke a chip when replacing the screen and they need to mail my iPad to their shop in Texas. I tell them that it is urgent. Asurion tells me that I can pick up the pad in two days (Thursday). Next day: I call Asurion to inquire on status. Asurion tells me that it will take two more days for the iPad to get to Texas (Asurion did not use express mail to save some money). Asurion tells me that they do not know ho long it will take to get my iPad back. - I ask to speak with the owner. Owner does not care: no call back - I am still waiting........ read more

My Mac Pro was getting ALOT of age on it and I must say I was prepared to be told it was ready for the garbage heap when it started this grinding noise. But no! Aaron has worked a miracle in my opinion by replacing the fan as well as some other things he did that I'm sorry to say I don't know how to explain. It is working better than ever! Im a bit older and technology doesn't come easy for me. I made the silly mistake of leaving my phone on top of my car and driving off to begin my day. I was lucky enough to retrieve the much damaged phone and took it to UBreakIFix with little hope of saving it. Savannah greeted me with a smile and the best attitude ever. Not only did she fix the screen, but she created a work around to the home button, which was irreparably damaged, so I could actually use the phone! Brought my chromebook in after I accidentally dropped it and the screen slightly popped out. I couldn't get it to pop back in so I first took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy (where I bought it). They couldn't help and recommended here. Went in and the staff was very friendly. We talked about the problem and told me the possibilities and wait time. All seemed fair. Took a little over a week but I knew they were busy. I got the call and came in. They didn't charge since it was an easier fix, which I appreciate as a student. It was my first time using UbreakiFix, I was trying to properly place a screen protector on my new iPad and after spending an hour and a half plus 2 attempts, I could not complete the process without air bubbles still being visible. I took the remaining unopen screen protector and they were able to install it for me the same day & place my iPad into its protective case. I can't thank these guys enough for helping me out. The frame of my charger broke inside the phone so I brought it to Verizon who unfortunately was unable to remove the broken charger. The good news is they recommended these guys and sure enough they removed it in under two minutes AND they did not charge me a dime. Took my iPhone in because the speaker had become so faint I could almost not hear anything. Glenn took it in the back room, cleaned it and it worked perfectly ...also cleaned the speaker phone and charging receptacle that had also become full of lint...all at not charge.
