We ordered a plain corn dog with just mustard and we received a mustard and ketchup corn dog. Instead of remaking it they just scraped off the ketchup and mustard still leaving ketchup behind. This could be very dangerous for someone with a tomato allergy and is also just not good customer service. Very disappointed. The two hand dog was okay. The sweet ranch was weird and with mozzarella is was kinda bland. The sausage half was better, it contrasted the sweet batter and sauce. The spicy dog is not spicy, it was weirdly sweet. For some weird reason is also twice the size of the two hands. The classic was also super sweet and 2x the size of the two hand. Overall, I think these are way too sweet. The sausage is the best filling to balance against that sweetness. Two hands isn't completely bad, it's just a mess. It wasn't a busy day so we decided to stop by and grab a few corn dog monstrosities. For a slow day the staff had some accidents and a few orders were lost in the melee so we waited with a few others for an additional 15 minutes for corn dogs. It looks nothing like the depiction on the display. The interior of this place is comically filthy. The floors are filthy the walls are getting filthy, and if you take a look by the windows you can see so much accumulated grime the paint looks like it's a different color, but no it's just grease filth. Almost a 5 star for me! As much as I love everything about the taste and novelty of these delicious corn dogs, the only thing that keeps us from going on a regular basis is the price and inability to customize the 5 pack with our all time favorites. We enjoy every type in the box, but love some way more than others! My 5 year old especially loves it here, so we come here for special occasions when he gets to pick our food outing. I was reluctant to review this place because they are still so new to open and I didn't want to skew their ratings negative as they were still trying to figure things out. But it doesn't seems like it's just a first opening thing now. They have gotten their work flows a bit more together and I think the amount of people showing up at the same time has helped. Their hotdogs are fine, just not amazing. The other Korean hot dog places that I've tried in Phoenix have been a lot better. Their flavors just seem a bit off. I did not enjoy the dirty sauce at all and was surprised that the classic dog was my favorite flavor combination. The colors at the bottom of the stick tell you the filling of the corn dog in case you order multiples of the same kind with different fillings. Very smart idea! Did not live up to the hype. Went to a similar place in KC and was excited to try out. Maybe had I not been to the one in KC, I would have maybe liked this one but.... When you only have 3 items (corn dogs, fries/tater tots and corn), you better make the best of all three. My partner and I went and stood in line for 15 minutes. I expected it so wasn't annoyed. Inside is big but curiously only 4-5 tables along the wall; seems wasted real estate to me. You choose the type you want, the inside you want (standard is 1/2 cheese and 1/2 hot dog (sausage), everything else is an upcharge, even a full hot dog. Almost everything has some spicy element so I ordered the potato dog plain, tater tots plain and my partner ordered the original corn dog with the upgrade of sausage and 2 sodas ($3.99ish - which seems ridiculous but what are you going to do.) Mine was fine although overcooked and a weird dark brown/black color (old oil?), Tater tots had all the spicy stuff on them and my partners was made with 1/2 cheese and sausage. Everyone makes mistakes so my partner goes up and gets attitude. Won't be going back anytime soon. read more
