What a bright, airy and clean restaurant. Food is available for dine in or take out. We ordered the American Classic with beef and a Classic Dog with ketchup, mustard and sugar. Both came out quickly and were quite tasty. The corn breading was not too heavy and had a nice crisp. The beef sausage on the inside was juicy and hot. Service was super fast.

I ate my first authentic corn dog here! Many years ago, I had one of those artificial corn dogs from a "Kid Cuisine" box and it scared me into never trying one again due to how poorly made it was. But, when my partner invited me to try this spot out, I decided to face my fear and order a traditional corn dog with half mozzarella/beef inside. I now realize that I have been missing out! The crispy outer coating was delicious, the cheese too, but next time I think I'll do all beef because that was my favorite portion. When I asked for a pineapple slushee, the cashier informed me that the machine was not working properly, and he suggested I pick another flavor with better quality. Some people don't say anything and hope the customer doesn't complain about it later, so I was happy he went out of his way to warn me. The eating area could be a bit more lively, as it had three spots to sit at and the white paint makes the scenery kind of dull. But that is a nitpick compared to what's most important which is the food & service, and I don't have any complaints. I'll come here again and experiment with more kinds of corn dogs. After all, I gotta make up for lost time!

I went mainly to try their veggie dog and they don't have it. So I ordered the Two Hands Dog with mozzarella (I'm lactose intolerant) lol... and it was still pretty good. I just died later. Kimchi fries were alright. Nothing really special just fries with spicy seasoning. Horchata slush was sweet! Food came out relatively quick. Service was welcoming - although the time I came in they seemed tired. One thing I will complain about is they have this order calling system that's a little obnoxious for a small restaurant...

The concept is really awesome and the service was great, they've been open for weeks and it's still super busy. These Korean-style corn dogs are awesome, but you have to prepair for your county fair's level of deep fried food. I really enjoyed the flavors of the potato dog with the dirty sauce, I opted to skip the Hot Cheetos powder and went with spicy sausage instead. These are a step up from your typical corn dog as far as flavor profiles, the dirty sauce tastes like a mayo siracha and the seasoning they sprinkle on after frying is tasty. This is going to sound ridiculous but I wish they were less fried, the secondary flavor of the dogs is the oil. Your dog is fried, then with the batter, then with the potatoes. If they could air fry for some portion of the cooking process it would really help. For that reason, this place is a fun treat more than a regular spot to visit on my list. I reccomend takeout over dining in because you will smell like oil after leaving. I just don't think I can handle this level of deep fried too often but it's a fun concept.

    Spicy dog; so thick!

I live around the corner and was really excited to check them out. The line wasn't too long, and the customer service was good. I ordered a combo meal to share with my husband and I will say the portion was generous. Of the three dogs I had the two hands dog in my husband the potato with the hot Cheeto. Upon receiving our food I did notice the density of each corn dog; they are very filling. I thought that the crunch was really good, and the moisture of the dough was well done. I wished that I would have gotten more complexity in the flavoring. I found myself struggling to differentiate between the powders and the sauce for each corn dog. The ranch on my two hands dog was a little sweeter than I would have expected it to be as well. I moved on to the Cheeto powder tater tots, and they were cooked very well. I would have liked ketchup with it but the line was so long It didn't feel possible to ask for some. I was anticipating more from the spicy dog. While I don't have a lot of experience with Korean food, I think I was anticipating bolder, stronger flavors; Something that really made an impression on me. The lemonade slush did help to clear the pallet a bit, but I would have liked it more acidic, with a more natural flavor. All in all, I think that two hands is worth giving a try. I think where they could grow in is really having a clear distinction flavor-wise between each dog. Overall I think that two hands has a great concept and am hopeful that they stick around!

When I initially read about Two Hands Corn Dogs in the Tucson Foodie, I was excited to give to try their products. We came on the opening day, but the line was going around the block, so we decided to come back on a different date. My son and I at here on the 23rd of December and came close to opening time. There are not many seats, so you may want to come early to be able to sit down and eat. We had the Potato Dog and the Injeolmi Dog (Bean powder with Two Hands sweet sauce). This is when things get interesting. Unlike a traditional corn dog, one may get at a carnival or a fair, you choose your filling here. We choose half mozzarella and half sausage. We also ordered the dirt fries. I read some of the other reviews when other customers stated they wished the products were not fried. My advice is to treat the establishment for what it is; it is not intended to be healthy food. I think it could be a little bit cleaner. My feet were sticking to the floor, and we were the 11th customers (as the number on our order stated). It is always nice to have a variety of establishments. I consider Two Dogs a novelty and will likely come back once a year to 18 months. What impressed me the most was that the product comes out exactly as it appears on the menu picture. We know this is not true in many fast-food establishments.

I've been eyeing this spot and it lived up to the hype. Everything we got wasall delicious. - Injeolmi Dog - Get this with mozzarella; this was MY FAVORITE. It is sweet & has soy bean powder and sweet condensed milk. The sweetness with the mozzarella is the perfect combination. - Potato Dog - We got this with all mozzarella. The potato and the sauce is savory. I thought the sauce was a little overpowering in taste, but I think you can ask for the sauce on the side. It was still very good. - Two Hands Dog- this was savory with a touch of sweet from the ranch dressing- we got the sausage. - Horchata Slush- sweet and really good Couple of things you should know... You can order line to skip the line, but the line goes quick. As you wait, you can watch them make the corn dogs. It's a corn dog, it is going to be fried. The restaurant is spacious. I loved that they played k pop. There are only 3 tables so good luck eating there. I read some reviews where ppl complained about price... all the corn dogs are between $3.49 and $4.99 each, which didn't feel expensive to me.

I came here on a Friday night. Staff was very friendly and helpful with the menu. I got a two hands dog (half sausage half mozzarella inside) a potato dog (mozzarella inside) and an order of dirty tots. I wasn't a fan. The corn dog coating for the two hands was slimy. The potatoes on the potato dog were so hard! And they didn't taste like potatoes. The dirty tots (dirty sauce and hot cheeto powder) they were soggy. I just didn't like the food. They sell elote and slushies as well, but I didn't try any

Waited until the hype died down and finally tried this place. The food was good but it was a little expensive for what I got, but then again inflation is running rampant. I got the spicy dog with beef, an elote, dirty fries, and a drink. This came to about $23. The food was well fried ie oil was hot enough to make a light batter. The restaurant is simple and appears to be pretty clean. The counter service was fast and polite. Glad I got to try the place as it's a novel concept.

Had high hopes for this place. Ordering was difficult, fountain drinks are behind the counter (what is the point if I can't get easy refills?), and they were out of Pepsi. There only four tables despite there being room for quite a few more, and all were occupied, so there was nowhere to sit. It was also very hot in the restaurant. We paid $17 for three corn dogs. The corn dogs themselves were good. Very crispy exterior, great beef hot dog, sauces and flavors were balanced and complemented each other. They're normal sized corn dogs, so you'd need a few to make a meal of it. I guess my takeaway (no pun intended) from this is that you should order to-go and online if possible, because the in-person experience was not something I'd like to repeat.

To be honest I was a little confused to see some of the reviews, this is a Corn dog place. If you are expecting mind breaking dish then look somewhere else. However if you are in the mood for some street food comfort kind of meal with a twist this is your place. I love that they offer vegan options, hard to come by. Some of their food is a little on the sweeter side, so if you are not to big on the sweet tooth balance it it out with their spicy sausage or the spicy sauce. . Kimchi fries were so good and the Injeolmi, Potato, or crispy dogs were our favorite.

Fairly unimpressed with this place. We walked in and the trash can was overflowing with trash and there were spilled drinks on the floor plus the dining area seemed very dirty. I ordered two different Corndogs both were served cold and the flavors in the breading weren't worth all the hype.

Potatoe dog on the left. Dirty fries on the right.

I ordered online on a Friday afternoon. The website was very user friendly. When I arrived at the estimated time and went up to the window, the employee happened to be picking up my order receipt print out off the floor. I was asked to wait a moment. My order was ready within 2 mins. I ordered the combo meal: 1 potatoe corn dog, dirty fries, and a pineapple slush. Every item was delicious. The dirty fries were my fav. They are some super crunchy tator tots drizzled with their signature sauce and what looks like hot cheeto crumbles. The potatoe dog was very good. You have the option of cheese or spicy sausage inside your dog on a stick. I give the cheese pull a 6 out of 10. The pineapple slush was surprisingly good and refreshing.

As we began to look,(basically, we just did a google search) , Wings and Rice showed up on our, "food radar" . After noting the high number of 5-star ratings that were consistently being given to WINGS & RICE by my fellow Tucsonians, my wife asked if I would stop by and grab some wings to bring home to share with our honored guests. Upon arriving home, the wings were quickly decimated by our guests. The fact that they were gobbled up so fast and raved about, is probably the best and most-honest evidence that the numerous five-stars ratings given to WINGS & RICE are "spot-on" in their assessments. The place is "kind-of unassuming"--as it sits on the south-east corner of Pima and Craycroft in Tucson. Despite the fact that I have passed it numerous times-- wondering about it, and even considered giving it a go, I ultimately have never stopped in. Shame on me, as i we came to really enjoy the food here! This does then beg the question... "How many other hidden gems like this have I been passing by?" But then, in the bigger view of it all, isn't this the primary reason that YELP exists?! I think YELP got its name from the sound a dog makes after being kicked--which is what should have happened to me for passing this place so many times. ( *That origin story is not true--I just made that up for comedic effect.) So anyways, in my humble opinion (*for what that is worth), the place is the culinary equivalent of Duncan the Tall--a simple, but honorable hedge-knight in the HBO series, "A Knight of the 7 Kingdoms." (It's not my place to recommend TV shows here, but this one is a good 'un). And, if you are thinking that my saying this restaurant is like a lowly knight roaming the country-side seeking justice and honor is a criticism against W&R, you are so-so-so wrong! My comparison is intended as a compliment in the highest of regards. For, like Dunk, this place embodies the true ideals of what it means to serve. WINGS & RICE does not adorn itself with fancy-pantsy decorations and art. Instead, it strives to modestly, and without "pomp and circumstance" follow the noble ideals of serving up high quality and tasty chow (at reasonable prices) to the tired, huddled masses--yearning to breath free and fill their bellies. So, my lords and me ladies, pray, allow me to express my final thoughts on the matter of sustenance and refined beverages that can be had-ith at WINGS and RICE... If one be-ith in the moodith for-ith some tastely victuals, this be-ith the place. I probably just lost all shreds of any "street cred" that I may have had-- with my, "playing the fool" by comparing the W&R to a character in a show. (*not to mention my attempt to use the language of the middle ages and falling short). Despite all that, don't pass this place up. It really is, "the good stuff". Make yee way, post-haste and full-tilt to-ith WINGS & RICE!!! Anon! Post script. We opted for the buffalo wings and the lemon and pepper wing flavors from their menu. The lemon and pepper offerings went first and were demolished in seconds...but the buffalo flavored ones did not last long either. Our guests nearly came to "unshielded swords" over who would get the last of these tasty morsels of delectable meats. *And, an added bonus was the side of rice, which, while I was waiting for my order to be completed, I over-heard two different patrons rave about. Cah-ching! They were not wrong... "food-ith of the gods" were those starchy seasoned soft and sticky white grains of heaven--bathing in spicy buttery flavor!
