Moving Staffers then sub-contracted and assigned Diamondback movers to pack my things into the relocube. I felt good about this. All the reviews were great, the woman on the phone reassured me they were experts. When the 2 men came to pack up my move, from my standpoint I thought they did a great job....but I am not an expert...hence the reason to hire movers.. Right?? I mean I am not going to a plumber to get my teeth cleaned. Yesterday, I got my relocubes out storage in North Carolina and hired new movers to help me. The damage to my furniture was absolutely shocking. Every piece of furniture was scratched,my bike, 2 rips in my sofa and my favorite popcorn bowl busted. The movers said it was the worst they had ever seen. The sad part is nothing can be done. Moving staffers who contracted with them .. Stated..Liability ends when they leave your residence. So basically .. It was the way the packed the cube .. They put heavy boxes on top of light ones, didn't cover items properly to prevent scratching during shift. Do your research folks.. I thought I had done mine after hearing horror stories about moving.. Never did I think I would be a victim too.

You talk about moving slow , The movers were very young, both in their 20s. I asked them which fire…read moredepartment they worked for. One explained he was in college, and the other said he raced BMX bikes professionally. It quickly became apparent that they weren't experienced movers. It took them an hour just to take apart my king-size bed. The day before, a friend and I moved all 70 boxes ourselves in about five hours total, including loading and unloading. I hired the movers only for the large furniture: a king-size bed, two nightstands, a dresser, a bench, a 65-inch TV, a TV stand, a sofa, a coffee table, and an end table. Moving those items just four miles took them 6.75 hours, which is what I was billed for. After the first hour and a half, they had only taken apart the bed and moved the mattress downstairs. I asked why it was taking so long because it honestly felt like they were dragging their feet. Had I known they weren't actually firefighters, I never would have hired them. I chose this company because my neighbor had used them a few months earlier. I watched that move, and they were in and out very quickly. She also told me nothing was damaged, which gave me confidence in hiring them. Although I was frustrated with how long the move took, I still tipped them 10% using my credit card. I was then surprised to learn there was a 4% credit card processing fee. Since Square charges businesses 2.6% plus 10 cents per transaction, I felt that passing along a 4% fee was excessive, so I deducted that amount from the tip. They used Square to process my transaction. As a small business owner in Scottsdale, I understand the cost of processing credit cards. While I would not use this service again. I was also disappointed that the company's name implied the movers were firefighters when they were not. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I was charged two hours of travel time coming and going to my place when they were getting ready to leave I googled travel time back to surprise and it said 43 minutes I was billed for an hour when I said something he said that they were going past Surprise to the yard that they had to return the truck too. Response to the owners reply The bed has hex screws holding it together, so the only reason it would be difficult to take apart is if you didn't have the proper tools. The fact that you wish you could provide bulky, glistening calendar movers has absolutely nothing to do with anything I wrote in my review or with the efficiency of the movers. I want to be a billionaire, but that doesn't mean I'm going to become one. Likewise, using a name that gives people the impression they are supporting local firefighters is misleading. I see that you don't take constructive criticism well. I stand by my original review and was simply sharing my honest experience.

Unfortunately his business practices left me with no choice. I decided to hire Priority One to help with my move after learning more about Brandon's inspirational story. He started his own local company after his daughter was born a few years ago. Brandon was professional to work with along with the two kind gentleman he sent to my apartment to help with the actual move, hence the 2 stars. The two guys were hard working as they moved all of my belongings from my apartment, to/from the moving truck, and into my new house. They even removed my three TVs from the wall including the mounts which was very convenient. However, I regret not turning on the TVs immediately after they were moved to my new house! This was a very expensive and hard lesson to learn because I splurged on my 65" Sony Smart TV last year for ~$2500. I turned on the TV expecting to watch a movie a few days after the move, only to see the entire screen RUINED! I immediately called Best Buy because the TV was less than a year old, and there was faint hope that they could help. I updated Brandon via text message and he responded with concern and seemed willing to work with me towards a fair resolution. Best Buy's technicians arrived a few days later who informed me that the TV is a total loss, because the screen was ruined due to impact with an object while in the moving truck. Brandon screens his calls and refused to answer any of my multiple phone calls since. The Best Buy technician even tried calling and left a message explaining how and why the TV is a total loss. I tried calling Brandon every day for a few days with no luck, which is quite unfortunate because his business has so much potential! I want to support Priority One, but I simply can't because now I have a large paper weight with no recourse for a fair resolution. Thanks for moving my stuff, I guess.

I've moved several times and hired local companies over the years due to work relocations....I have to say, this was the best service from start to finish!! The first call in to Chloe I was impressed with her knowledge and kindness, she was confident her team could handle my move and the booking was smooth. The price was right, no hidden fees. Austin and the teams (yes, we had two huge trucks and a 3500sf house to pack) arrived on day of move and were clean, courteous, very careful with our stuff....yet fast. They didn't dawdle like others I've hired - they got to it and handled business. Time is of the essence when you're paying ppl by the hour. So I was thrilled they got started quickly and knew exactly where to start first! They packed for us because we were on a tight timeline. Everything was handled exactly how they said and it was the best unload on the other end I've done yet because they were ORGANIZED! Mine was a cross country move, and they were THAT good...I don't leave reviews often, but this one was well earned! Thank you Chloe - your team did EXACTLY what you said and more! This is your warning - do not use this company…read more I have used Amare's company several times to move things around in my house. This time I booked his company to move my entire home to a location about 30 minutes away. I was offered two or three movers and I opted for three. Only two movers showed up - four hours later than the original time I was told. I was told an arrival time of 6-7 a.m. At 6:30 a.m., the morning of the move, I receive a text that they had a very long day the day before and asked if it was ok if they "pressed the job back a little bit". I said yes. What was I going to say? They knew the time I had to be out of my house so I assumed they had it under control. They do this for a living - I do not. When two movers arrived they immediately seemed overwhelmed and called Amare to let him know they didn't know how they were going to get it done. Not exactly what you want to hear when you have to be out of your house by a specific time - which Amare was aware of. Amare had been in my home and was very aware of the contents. He actually showed up to help for a little bit because he said he knew I had a lot of stuff. It took two trips. Meanwhile, I have a realtor yelling at me asking where the keys are - when half of my house is still waiting to be loaded on the truck. Near the end of the second trip they made me aware that things were staying. Not that they needed to make a third trip - but that things were not coming with them (me). What???? How is that possible???? I tried to tell them that I have no way of moving these items - hence the reason I hired them. But things got left. My belongings were left because the movers that I hired decided at the very end that they were done. Not sure the reason and it doesn't really matter. My belongings were left behind. Then as I unpack came the shock of everything that was damaged beyond repair. Two very large paintings damaged, a large mirror cracked, two large glass lamps destroyed, a glass table chipped, a custom couch scuffed on the corners and the legs scuffed - thousands of dollars of items that I can't replace. I guess one of my mirrors must have been one of the items that was "left behind" because it's nowhere to be found. A dolly is missing. The list goes on and on. I hired a team that I thought could handle the job, but they obviously couldn't. It's not just the stress of losing the monetary value, it was also the stress of dealing with these three men. My husband wasn't present for the news that things were going to be left behind, it was me and my daughter. Would they have pulled that if my husband was present? My husband insisted on tipping them - because it was hot outside - not realizing the shenanigans they pulled and not realizing the degree of our damaged/"lost" possessions. So, moral of the story - don't hire this company - as you will regret it. I did contact Amare to let him know my concerns. I reached out to him first before writing a review, thinking we could arrive at a resolution. That was 9/1 and I'm writing this on 9/13 as I still haven't heard back from Amare.

They gave me a decent quote but did not come out to see what they were moving prior.. provided me no inventory list either. Didn't explain they're process or insurance policies... .60 cents per pound of coverage. A joke. After the move was done 2 fellas charge was double they quoted me. When communicating with the owner about a resolution he had the audacity to say the following things to me. 1. Why did you tip my team so much if you were dissatisfied with the service. My answer was "because they don't make much at all and they shared that with me, and It was 12/23/21 right before Christmas so i wanted to be generous." Matt tried to use my generosity as an option to justify the careless work his company performed "as being ok." 2. Matt stated "you had more items to move than you told me over the phone" I will say there was one glass whiteboard ($1,500.00) piece, that I might have forgotten to mention. I will also say he didn't come look at the move or send someone prior. The white board Didn't matter much because they completely shattered It. Left glass in the room they shattered It in where my 2 dogs go in and out of their dog door. **ITEMS SO FAR IDENTIFIED TO BE DESTROYED** 82" flat screen tv $(2,400.00) lines across the screen destroyed LG 49 inch ultra wide ($3,500.00) same thing lines across the screen destroyed. Not to mention the 3 or 4 55,65,& 75" inch tv's I haven't plugged in yet because the chords are MIA. Not to hopeful about those. My huge book cases (3500.00 - 4,500.00) gouged, ruined, and now look like used furniture from good will. My automated desk sit/stand (2,000.00) gouged , destroyed. Somehow gauged heat sealed powder coating off of It. Custom steel backyard furniture from CC COUTURE. So durable... strapped outside the moving truck.. gouged black powder coated paint off of it. This furniture set was ($15,000.00) A foot massaging device I purchased for my fiancé.. ($250.00)chord ripped straight in half. It is the thickness of an extension chord.. how is this even possible? They even found a way to literally destroy a STEEL shelf $(2-300.00) It is bent??? These things hold so much weight. I don't know how this could happen. Destroyed our bed frame($1750.00) and it's finish, did not put It back together correctly, finish totally ruined now looks like goodwill furniture. Nothing was strapped down.. just smashing around in the truck. I viewed this when the truck was opened at my new home. I would recommend 2 fellas moving if you plan on moving your hard earned and cherished furniture to the dump. I said to Matt if you replace the whiteboard I will let this all go. He offered. Half the value and I stated "I am being generous, beyond generous where I should be." He then offered to cover the $1,499.00 replacement cost. I told him he would have to cover the sales tax and deliver cost as well and at this point he refused. I am pursuing this company legally for multiple things from the difference in cost burden from the quote to what they actually charged as well as for every piece of furniture he destroyed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
