Hmmm...drool-worthy menu options: 'Corn Bread French Toast' 'Salted Caramel Waffles' 'Avocado Artisan Toast' appetizer 'Breakfast Nachos' 'Fruity Chicken Salad' with an English muffin 'Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Wrap' 'Atlantic Tuna Melt' 'Zucchini Spaghetti' Those few sparked my attention from their menu names alone at Turning Point in Cherry Hill. Don't we swayed by the outside of the building that kind of looks like a rehab facility. The inside is actually crisp, clean and much more modern than your average New Jersey diner. Outdoor seating is available and on a sunny day you could really get the best deal for your meal. There are also 'nutrition and delicious' options for the health conscious type, like the 'Mediterranean Vegetarian Wrap' and plenty of salads. I went with the Create a Combo for 10.25. I ordered a small cup of tomato bisque soup and a unique version of the monte crisco. French toast held together the turkey breast, swiss cheese, and ham in between. On the side was a strawberry reduction dipping sauce. Along with my sandwich was an array of random fresh fruit. The plate was pretty tasty and I wasn't bored with the combo since I'm a variety-seeker. I would have opted for a sweet maple syrup rather than the strawberry dip. The food itself was more of a 3.5 - 4 but plenty of other reasons are on the menu that make me want to come back for more. read more

I've been here a couple times. As a nightshift nurse, coming here after a long night at work is always something to look forward to. The service is great, during peak times the wait may be long as this is a very popular place with limited seating so it's important to plan ahead! Anything I've ordered from here has been very good, from their vegan waffles to the smoked salmon platter to their omelette as and egg Benedict's, you can't go wrong with anything! read more

I wish I could comment on the food but I never got to taste it. We waited over 20 minutes after being seated. No one even acknowledged us. I had to ask a bus person, if we had a server? Still no service. After waiting an additional 2 minutes we were told by an adjacent table that they've been waiting over 20 minutes as well and they haven't even gotten their coffee yet? We were seated outside on the patio ("the always screw you on the patio") so we just left. We didn't even have a drink order in. read more

I've been here a few times and won't ever return. The service is always good but I've been served ROTTEN food on multiple occasions. Once I was served rotten cilantro and asked for fresh and they brought me out a side of the same rotten cilantro. Even the waitress said she saw it was bad but still brought it out. I went today with my mom and my side of fruit was full of fruit that was already mushy and bad. My side of greens were also spoiled. There were pieces that were brown and even slimy black pieces in it. Why not just take things off the menu when they go bad? I'd rather be told they are out of something than be served rotten food. There's just no excuse for that. read more

This is my fourth time here. Service tends to be a little slow at times, but the food and wait are usually worth it. They have a great menu with a lot of unique meals for breakfast/lunch/brunch. It tends to get a little crowded especially in the winter without the outside seating area being used. Big Easy Benedict and el fresco quinoa bowl are both solid choices. The Grande Huevos Rancheros is spectacular though (have to be hungry, it's HUGE!) Servers and staff are very nice; just seem overwhelmed at times. They really need a barista to manage the coffee, tea, hot chocolate orders. I have seen like 3-4 girls fighting for space back there to make drinks behind the counter and it slows the process. I feel like they could make their lives easier. Overall it's an excellent brunch spot for some solid food at a reasonable price. Space is limited, so be prepared to wait or call ahead. read more

First time here. Found this place last minute on Yelp. I joined their waitlist online which gave me an estimate of 30-45 minutes. The restaurant is very cute, there is a bar area along with tables and booths. When I arrived I went to check in and the hostess confirmed I was on the waitlist and that it would be 45 minutes for my table to be ready. I went to sit in my car while I waited for my table to be ready. About 25 minutes past and I received a text message stating my table was ready. Our server Chelsea was very sweet and attentive, after our food came out we forgot we ordered sausages. When she came to check on us, she actually reminded us and went to check the kitchen on our sausages. I had the big hibiscus tea and lobster Benedict which was amaaazing. The food came out in a reasonable time after being ordered and the service was impeccable. Will definitely be recommending this place to others! read more

My husband and I have been through many Turning Point locations. Paul was our server and we had absolutely the best experience ever. My husband had the key west shrimp omelette and I had the GOAT omelette. Each one was with egg whites and they were absolutely delicious. Paul provided us with to go cups for ice water as well as for our coffee. He checked on us at the appropriate place I will definitely be coming back to the Cherry Hill location. Best Turning Point Brunch ever!!!!! read more

Five stars for how delicious the food and coffee was, negative two starts for the service. I don't know if they were short staffed or service is always this slow. We sat outside and I could see the other customers getting annoyed at how long it took to get literally everything-drink orders, the check, the food. The waiter Ryan was hustling, literally running around, trying his best, but he needed some help. I got the basic skillet with swiss and cheddar cheese, added avocado, with two poached eggs. Delicious. The eggs were perfectly runny, the cheese was melted and gooey, the avocado was ripe. I'll be back for the food, but I hope the service improves read more

Wowwhee! We loved eating here so much during our visit we went back! The huevos rancheros are amazing-as are the home fries - we fought over those. I don't recommend the bacon wrapped apple unless you like soggy apple. I was expecting a crisp bacon and crisp apple and it was mushy and not good. read more

We've been to the Marlton location, which we love, and this place has the same great service and perfectly prepared brunch. Cherry Hill place seemed a little smaller than Marlton. We came here on a Monday so there wasn't a wait like there usually is on the weekends. The waitress we had this day was very friendly. We used a gift card that I had registered as a Perk Card. What an awesome surprise to know that my birthday month would be rewarded with one free meal!! Even though we live half an hour away from either of these locations, this place is one of our favorites. The menu has so many great options and we always look forward to trying any of the specials. As far as coffee... You can't go wrong with the French press! Only complaint are that the tables are kind of small when they seat for 2. I hate when tables get crowded with plates and glasses. read more

This morning, we decided to try a new breakfast spot since it seems like we never eat other places due to always being disappointed by either the service or the food, this place has no issues in any department. Our waitress Phyona was awesome, very personable, patient, and helpful. She gave us lots of time to check the menu, listened to our substitutes, and checked in on us throughout our meal. When we go back, we'll be looking for her. Now the food was soooo delicious. I got the breakfast combo with a Belgium waffle and it was so good, hot, and I didn't have a single complaint. Their iced chai on ice was so good as well. My fiancé had the veggie omelette and lemon and blueberry pancakes and everything was so fresh and well prepared. I can't wait to go back and try lunch read more

The host working on 2/9/23 at 1:16 pm had the worst attitude. She seemed bothered that we came & claimed to be unable to accommodate us because our group was too big. (5adults 2children). She argued that they don't accommodate 7 people which having been a manager at a restaurant before made me chuckle being that we were going to need a high chair regardless for the baby & if I'm not mistaken there's a table of 6 with just enough chairs for the adults and one other child. I felt unwelcome from the moment I stepped in and a bit profiled. We ended up leaving and going to the location in Moorestown which was friendly, welcoming and such a great experience. read more

Best Breakfast in Cherry Hill and I wish I'd tried them out sooner. Their french press coffee is exceptional and so is their service!

The good at Turning Point is consistently delicious, but what really makes the experience excellent is Paul, the world's most wonderful waiter. Food is consistent. Haven't had to wait for too long to get a table any time we've come. Service can be hit or miss sometimes and can get noisy. Vanilla chai tea and the heavenly hot chocolates are certainly why to come here! This visit had the pork roll and eggs benny, avocado smash Benny, and an omelet. Pork roll was very underwhelming. The rest were pretty good. Also ordered the chocolate chip pancakes as a dessert for the table post savory breakfast entrees. read more

I loveee coming here for breakfast! It's not far away and the food is amazing! I recommend getting the strawberry chocolate pancakes, my bf and I always have to get BC it is hands down the best pancakes we have tried. It always comes warm and they also provide a warm syrup with it! I usually get the western omelet with pancakes on the side, huevos rancheros, popeye skillet or the pavo cubano- I can't ever decide what to get bc I want it all. For drinks, their warm chai tea is amazing, and their orange juice tastes fresh! My dad and bf always order the pavo cubano- tip add bacon to it, it makes it better than it already is. My bf is a picky eater and thank god for their pavo cubano or else he would just eat the pancakes all the time! Def try Turning Point out, you will not be disappointed. read more

I came here with my family for brunch while we were around the area. Parking was a little difficult at first, but we all managed to find a spot (we had three cars). The restaurant was mid-sized and not very big and it was very crowded, but luckily there was a table big enough for us all. The menu had a combination of brunch and lunch. Their brunch selections seemed rather small compared to other restaurants. My family and I each had similar dishes and some that were different. Southern Chicken & Waffles - wedges of waffles were topped with fried chicken tenders with chopped smoked bacon, sweet dried cranberries and their homemade sausage gravy. My fiance isn't a huge fan of Southern Chicken and Waffles, but he got it and actually liked it. I thought it tasted different to ones I've had before in the sense that the sauce is slightly sweetened. Classic Benedict - I got this dish since I love Eggs Benedict, but this version was slightly different. It was toasted English muffin with slices of virginia ham, plum tomato and two poached eggs topped off with Hollandaise sauce accompanied with a side of home fries and a fruit cup.The poached eggs were cooked just right with the egg yoiks runny as it should be. For some reason, this classic Benedict didn't feel as classic or tasty as some of the ones I've had before. I think it may be the Virginia ham because usually I get it served with Canadian bacon, so different tastes and flavors. Home fries were cooked to perfection. The fruit salad was cute, but I didn't think it was necessary. Overall, my family thought the food was decent. My parents aren't used to eating American cuisine for breakfast so it was a little bit an adjustment for them. I personally thought the food was alright, but it didn't exactly "wow" me. I heard there's one in Hoboken, so maybe my fiance and I will try it out some time instead of our usual spots. read more

Although the pancakes menu is fairly limited, the range of egg based dishes and omelets is expansive. I tried the Wilbur skillet which was both tasty and filling. We also ordered a portion of the iron man - pancakes and egg white omelets. This is a great portion size if anyone in your party is super hungry. They have an interesting coffee menu, but I ordered a cup of regular coffee which I thought was not up to standards. Maybe I should have gotten myself one of their coffee specials instead! Typically you'd have to wait 10-15 minutes for brunch, especially on weekends. You shouldn't have any problems for breakfast on weekdays. read more

So reluctant Turning Point opened in Cherry Hill. It's a great brunch spot my girlfriends and I frequently dine at. Their benedicts are both filling and savory! it was a nice, fresh place to catch up with old friends over brunch before a flight out. I wanted to try something new so I had the tomato based poached eggs with a side of grits. It was ok. Breakfast was ok. Service was good. We ordered thick cut bacon for a side, but only received regular skinny bacon, not worth the extra $4 Cubano sandwich was decent, except the tortilla chills were stale. Egg dish was ok, nothing too exciting read more

First time here the other day for brunch and we definitely won't be returning. The French toast, which sounds delicious on the menu description, tastes like plain bread. Absolutely no cinnamon flavor, no vanilla flavor, nothing. Just plain bread soaked in milk and egg. Horrible. The drinks were good- coffee and vanilla chai, but we can get those plus good food elsewhere. Highly disappointed. Can't figure out why they're so busy. My daughter says the Marlton location is better but I don't think I'll find out. read more

So after coming here two years ago and leaving with salsa all over my shirt and shoes from a drop that looked worse then Nelson Aghalor drop on a typical Eagles game and nothing has changed. The food looks boujee from the menu and pics on here. Hell I even took one of the bacon before I ate it. Anyway- let's start with the food. Cool concept and unique menu. Looks like it's going to be good. I got the Creole Egg Skillet and it was good.. not great, but good. I liked the cornbread but otherwise it was meh. The wife and I got a pumpkin spice chai latte... I got iced and she got hot. It was creamy and sweet if you like it that way. Like super sweet... like I think I just got diabetes. The bathrooms- which I always review... let's just say I walked in, there was a father and son walking into the stall and he turned around and was like "oh hell no, do you see any paper towels?" I replied no man it's a blower that recirculates the poop air around your hands. Anywhoo the bathroom looks like it got hit by a shart monster and I feel bad for that dad. I got the bill, left, and went to Starbucks for their clean bathroom and non diabetes drink. It's going to take a lot to get me to come back and I am sorry to say this about a non chain place because that's how I feel cherry hill is anymore. read more

Good food , fair prices. Very pleasant, upbeat staff, ambience and cleanliness throughout.

The wait was reasonable for a party of 10 and the waiter was cool! He had red hair and he was on top of things! I ordered an omelette and I was pleased! I usually order something strange or exotic but I'm living a different lifestyle now in 2018 no carbs and less calories!! COVID 19 Review I went to have breakfast a while back with a friend and they were absolutely amazing!! The waitress I had was incredibly nice and kept a pleasant conversation. Even in a busy time like this, they nailed the customer service and the food was even better! They only have outdoor seating right now and they do delivery. Highly recommended, everyone wore a mask and I saw after someone left they immediately went and cleaned up the chairs and table they were seated at! I would give it 10 stars if I could.
