Bang bang chicken and shrimp
Dara G.

I order bang bang shrimp and chicken every time its always been my favorite. We ordered tonight and it was terrible. It's always had a nice presentation with a dome of rice and the meat and veg around it. This was just thrown in there all together. I had to dig around to find the chicken and shrimp. There were 4 small chunks of chicken and 5 overcooked shriveled up ked size shrimp. The sauce tasted like it was from a can. It was horrible For $28 it should be better, so disappointed to see this location has gone downhill.

Cheesecake Factory seems to always be super crowded with long waits. We stopped in on a Friday night, were told 30 minutes wait, ended up getting seated about 50 minutes later. The waitress was friendly and very accommodating with questions and a couple of special requests. The bread came out right away. Nothing special - a crusty white roll and a dark sweet bread that reminds me of Outback with a cold slab of butter. We got a bottle of the CF Cab which was decent. Ordered three entrees all of which were average but a decent size, and we all brought half home. It took a longtime for them to come out, but again in fairness it was a madhouse. The cheesecake is where this place shines as far as quality. We all shared the Reese's peanut butter cheesecake. So it's alright. I think I end up here about once a year, and say to myself, for the $180 bill, not including tip for three of us, there are much better places to go.

Cheesecake Factory may not be gourmet food, but I like it because it's familiar and consistent. Or at least it was until my most recent delivery experience which was just crazy! We got mac and cheese, the Thai stir fry noodles, and bang bang chicken and shrimp. The mac and cheese had no cheese. The noodles were supposed to be vegetarian but had three sad pieces of shrimp in it. The bang bang chicken and shrimp on the other hand had no shrimp (and barely any sauce, but a huge lump of rice). How does any of that even happen? It was just so wrong it's funny, although I am bummed my fiance was so annoyed we can't agree to go back anymore. :(

We went there on Tuesday for lunch. We seated and waited for 25 mins for greeting or nothing. No water/ No bread/ No service After that waiter( Jim ) came and placed an order. We got appetizers and done without serving bread. Service was terrible cause we're ASIAN. We feel bad cause other customers got a great service more than us. Very disappointed Food was good and reasonable price.

My family loves the CCF so after shopping at Costco & the Towne Place where this was also located in, I knew I had to take them here for lunch. Our server, Jose was awesome- very friendly & attentive. We got the stuffed mushrooms, crispy fried cheese, miso salmon, filet mignon, rib eye steak and a kids' mac n cheese with fries & fruits. Everything came out fairly quick and all the food was hot and delicious as always. My mom loves their stuffed mushrooms & my kids really enjoyed the fried cheese. My favorite dish from the CCF is the miso salmon with brown rice- the sauce is so good. The steaks were cooked to perfection- medium as requested but the veggies were not cooked long enough- they were still hard & the green bean end pieces were not trimmed off. Nonetheless, we still had a good experience at this location (we live in Philly) and would definitely come back again.

I keep going back here, why do I keep going back here? The food is the usual food it's always been. Nothing stand out or a favorite. The servers are friendly however service is very slow every time. The ambience - the music is so freaking loud in there. Every time conversations are impossible unless you naturally have a loud voice or actively have to talk louder. The cheesecakes are always good as per usual.

We love this restaurant we went last time for my nieces birthday and they sang to her and gave her desert with a candle on top. The chicken Madeira is my favorite and I get it every time and the coconut cheesecake is so good too and I'm not even a cheesecake eater!

Of course, the food was spot on as usual. We stopped in for happy hour for the first time, it did not disappoint. I had the burger, oh my goodness, you gotta get it! Hubby's pasta dish was tasty & filling. The only problem was, that I couldn't get my free birthday cheesecake offer which was the reason we traveled an hour to them! Apparently, it didn't show on the app that I had that part coming. But having my license with me, should've been enough to prove that it's my birthday. Poor manager decision, it would've been so easy to make this bday girl happy, a little thing called customer service... Customer satisfaction if you will. Disappointing in that respect.

Bread. Great presentation.

I've heard a lot about the Cheesecake Factory, however I wanted to shape my own experience. I shared with my BF that I wanted to go so he made reservations. It was crowded, but we were seated immediately. When we arrived it was extremely busy, I was deeply impressed by the crowds willingness to wait for the opportunity to dine. If they are willing to wait it out, the food must be good. Right? We were escorted to a two seater table by the window. The spaces of the table is very tight, so we are sitting very closely to the next table, it was tight. We received menus quickly but this place was moving this Saturday night so our waiter did take awhile to return, which he did apologize for the service. I ordered Margarita and fish tacos. The Margarita was filled with flavor and the fish tacos were crispy. I asked for a side of guacamole but he bought extra avocados, which I accepted because of the crowd. I seriously didn't know when the waiter would get back to us. The tacos were totally average, but the Tiramisu an Italian dessert made with delicate ladyfinger cookies, espresso, mascarpone cheese, eggs, sugar, Marsala wine, rum and cocoa powder was more than good. This place was loud. I wouldn't visit here for a quiet intimate evening with your significant other, this is definitely a family spot. There were many families and parties of more than five people, laughing and celebrating. I would go back to The Cheesecake Factory just to pick up the Tiramisu. Four stars for the extremely busy but apologetic waiter, the easy to navigate app that got us seated quickly with reservations, and for the dessert selections. If the cheesecake factory is your spot, please make reservations online especially on a Saturday night.

My girlfriend and I ready for our meal
George G.

I went to eat at the Cheesecake Factory dining in with my girlfriend Angela and my mother. We had a great lunch with exceptional service. Everything was wonderful and my pineapple chicken and shrimp was a surprise and delight to my tastebuds. I would highly recommend trying the pineapple chicken and shrimp as it combined a lot of sweet and tangy flavors. If you're feeling adventurous I would try it. My girlfriend had orange chicken and she loved the orange chicken (I took a piece and thought it tasted delicious). We both had passion fruit ice teas and they were delicious but definitely ask for sugar as it's unsweetened. My mother got chicken carbonara which she really enjoyed except the chicken she thought tasted not so good and different from how it was before. She still enjoyed the meal. She also said that the cucumber lemonade with mint was a tad too sour for her and not what she expected but she just wanted to try it out and see what it was like. Overall we sat in a beautiful booth with pillars and artwork surrounding us, it is very ornate inside and reminds me of ancient (Aztec maybe) interior design. Overall we had a wonderful lunch with a friendly waitress and will be coming back more and more.

Avocado egg rolls- the dipping sauce is amazing
Diana J.

Great chain restaurant with an excellent happy hour and endless menu options. Due to the amazing selection, great food , and reasonable drinks, expect a wait unless you have a reservation. For an appetizer we chose the a Avocado egg rolls with came with an amazingly flavorful Tamarind dipping sauce. The flavor of this dipping sauce made the dish. For drinks we had a Spanish whiskey sour made with their homemade Sangria and a skinny cosmopolitan. The drinks were well crafted and tasty. For entrees we had the fried chicken and Thai shrimp with Mexican corn. Our dessert was amazing. Don't worry if you don't have room for dessert, they offer great to go bosses. If you are looking for a local restaurant with a vast array of foods, great desserts, and well crafted drinks served with a friendly smile this is your place.

Pepperoni flatbread

This was actually my first time at Cheesecake Factory so tonight we decided to try it as a family of 3 on a Friday night. It was super crowded and we had to wait which was to be expected. Once seated we were greeted and our waitress Amy took our drink order. I ordered the passion fruit mojito? I didn't taste any passion fruit it must've been the original. My son ordered the non alcoholic fruit punch and liked it. First I must say am I the only one that thinks it's weird that the entrees don't come with side salads. I always eat a side salad with my meal snd the fact that I had to pay an additional $10 for a side salad I thought was a little weird. We started with the Mac and cheese balls which were very oily and whatever that bang shrimp is which was bland to me. For our entrees I got the Shrimp Alfredo, the shrimp are on the small side, it's ok but not great. My son got the flatbread and my husband got the fish and chips. We each ordered a slice of cheesecake to go. At the time of this review we haven't eaten the cheesecake. Everything was ok but I think overpriced. Dinner for 3 $192 before tip seems a little steep. Also this is the reason why I don't like chain restaurants the food is just mass produced

The sandwich needed more chipotle mayo on the side which was great for the fries. My medium rare wagyu burger with the bacon jam was HUGE! We didn't realize that the restaurant was a part of a country club until we arrived (no where in the reviews did it mention this) but we've done brunch at other country clubs throughout Jersey and it was wonderful. Upon entering the restaurant we saw their only brunch option was for a brunch buffet and from our quick scans of the buffet walking to the hostess stand we all decided we would not be doing brunch (pastries looked like they were from Coscto, warm food looked as though it had been sitting there for a while and the omelettes coming from the omelette station didn't look spectacular so we opted to do their lunch menu instead. Service was SSSLLLLLOOOOOWWWWW! From the very beginning until the very end. It took about 15 minutes before our server arrived to greet us, then another 15 for our first round of cocktails to come out, the about a half an hour for us to be told that they were out of 1 of the 3 appetizers we ordered ... so no lie, after being there a full hour we finally received 2 of the 3 appetizers and were then just able to order a second round of cocktails and our main courses. The cocktails weren't the greatest either. We thought perhaps the first round was our fault because we all tried their "blackberry espresso martini" and we knew it was a risk from the beginning ... so we ordered "safer" cocktails for round 2 and the prosecco based cocktails were even worse than the blackberry espresso martinis smh. I truly don't understand how one messes up prosecco + a splash of limoncello and cranberry (that was what was supposed to be in the cocktail) but they certainly messed it up, to the point where I didn't drink it. Our entrees finally arrived and WOMP WOMP WOMP! Overall every single one was MID at best ... and all I had was French onion soup and a wedge salad .... like how is it possible for those to be BLAH? Food was so MEH we didn't even take pics lol. Needless to say we all agreed we wouldn't be back and wished we had decided on what was our 2nd option for brunch instead.

Lol. Wings, shrimp, meatballs, nachos - all pretty decent portions/larger plates. I was even shocked by the "side of bread" being a plate of bread lol. Tommy's Tavern has a large variety of options with some combinations I haven't experienced or even thought of putting together before. Our waitress was very kind and stopped by to check on us multiple times throughout the meal. There was plenty of seating available for a Sunday afternoon, and the plates of food were flowing out of the open kitchen nonstop. Their sushi is always plated beautifully with thick, generous rolls. The lobster roll was my favorite, delivering a creamy seafood explosion within every bite. The jalapeño on top of the other roll gave it a satisfying crunch, and the heat level was 100% on point. The sushi pizza is an absolute MUST TRY because this dish is only made this way here. The wonton crust topped with all the different ingredients creates a perfect appetizer plate that's both unique and shareable. The blueberry pear flatbread was on their limited menu, and I had to step outside my usual order because I love blueberries. There's a lot of sweetness in every bite, and it reminds me of a fruitier version of French toast. Not bad at all, but you have to be in the mood for something on the sweeter side to order that again. The French onion soup had a thick layer of cheese and was packed with bread pieces throughout, making it hearty and satisfying. All the dishes were so good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tommy's Tavern. With creative menu options, attentive service, and consistently well-executed food, this spot has earned a place in our regular rotation.
