Okaaay, listen up--First Watch just changed my whole fall vibe. I went in for brunch and got the pumpkin spice pancakes, and I swear to God they were like autumn hugging me in the mouth. Soft, fluffy, all warm and cozy, with that perfect spice that makes you wanna throw on Uggs and scream "it's pumpkin season, baby!" The place itself is mad cute--bright, chill, and def not like the Shore house after a night out. The staff was on point, super nice, and kept my coffee cup full like they knew I needed it to survive. Between the vibes, the food, and those pumpkin spice pancakes, First Watch is officially my new obsession. Like, I might move in. GTL? Nah, it's PSL now--Pumpkin Spice Life.

I really liked this place up until now, I couldn't believe what happened to me on this round: Ordered one coffee, which back in the day they give a jug per cup to continue pouring into, we got charged 3 coffees... Omelette came out looking like a pancake sandwiching undercooked veggies. The sun-dried tomatoes looked a bit genetically modified.. I don't know but the eggs tasted like card board and was hard to chew. Asked for a different order but also got the different order wrong. Maybe it was just a bad day for someone. Completely understand. I'll still come back and check it out in the future, hopefully it'll be better then.

Steak hash with ciabatta roll (seasonal)

Overall, I am a fan of First Watch. I do think they are a little overpriced at times, but they do brunch well and the portions are done well. This location is no exception. Visiting from Florida, this place seemed smaller than the ones in Orlando, seating wise. They were just as busy as Orlando locations as well, but since it was a rainy day, all the outdoor seating was not being utilized. Our party of 4 was seated with not much of a wait, and the server was attentive and friendly. I ordered the seasonal steak hash and my fiance ordered some potatoes and toast. The steak hash was just enough food and quite delicious. It came with this ciabatta roll that was toasted with cheese that I was not much a fan of. I would've preferred some toast. My fiance got a hefty amount of potatoes for his side order and I snacked on some. He said the server could've stopped by a little more to see how we doing, but the place was quite busy.

Million dollar breakfast sandwich And honey bacon Brussels hash

Very busy on a Tuesday for brunch. We ordered the seasonal entrees: Million dollar breakfast sandwich and honey bacon Brussels hash. I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich a lot. The honey balanced out the salty flavors. The arugula in the sandwich helped cut some of the fat. I liked that I kept the bacon on the side. My sandwich came with either potatoes, salad or toast. The potatoes were cooked and seasoned perfectly.

My son and I played hooky and went for breakfast. We both have some food allergies and had to make some changes. I asked to make own breakfast sandwich and was told we couldn't but then she remembered that they did serve English muffins so she let us. We asked for his potatoes with no onions but it came with onions so he didn't eat them. He loved the pancake though. I had the eggs Benedict. It wasn't creamy and was very lemony. I guess if you prefer it light you may prefer it that way but I prefer it less lemony and more creamy and I wasn't a fan of the ham they used at all. I would go back to try something else on the menu though.

Sandwich was good. I'd hope so for a $14.00 egg sandwich. Got the side-eye when I didn't tip on takeout. But $.50 for packaging supplies on top? Spend it wisely because it's the last penny you'll get from me.

What a delightful find. On a road trip we made a special side trip due to reviews & it was fantastic. Clean place, quick service and perfectly seasoned food. Large selection and all five menu items did not disappoint. The portions are large and even though my eyes were bigger than my stomach I managed to finish every last bite.

The lavender haze drink was a unique drink. It tasted like flowers, and was really good! The breakfast hash was good as well. It's very busy inside, but still spacious enough. Service was good too.

Think we found our new favorite brunch spot! We really enjoyed our food and were excited to finally come here after months of driving past it. Parking is definitely a pain and there are limited spots. We got to the restaurant around 11ish and there was a 45min wait for a party of two. Will most likely come at a less busier time however food came out fairly quick and our waiter was friendly. Restaurant is clean and perfect to come with friends and family. Everything we ordered was sooooo good however our favorites were the million dollar bacon and million dollar potatoes. If you're looking so go elsewhere than your typical diner, I think you'll love coming here!

Avocado Toast with scrambled eggs, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with a side of bacon
    Krystle T.

Came in on a Sunday morning. We were able to get "in line" through the website and had no problems getting a table as soon as we arrived. I ordered the Avocado Toast with scrambled eggs and my fiancé ordered the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. The avocado toast was a small portion and the flavor was only okay in comparison to other restaurants that serve the same item for the same price. The Lemon Ricotta Pancakes were also only okay. My fiancé says he would have liked if the flavor was spread throughout the pancakes during the cooking process instead of just a dallop of sauce on plain pancakes after. Our server was great and always checked in on us.

Once we sat down, it started to get a little busier. The banh mis were alright; we liked that the baguettes weren't too hard, but the flavor was mediocre. I felt they needed more mayo and pâté. By the time we finished our meal, we went back to the counter to pick up our takeout order, but it wasn't ready. We ended up waiting nearly an hour after our initial order for those items to come out. I'm not sure why it took so long considering it was only four items: a drink, a pre-made dessert, sizzling steak, and a patty. When we got home, we realized the patty was missing. Definitely double-check your order if you're getting takeout. We were bringing food back for a family member on a limited diet due to surgery, so the missing item was very disappointing. You have to walk all the way down the counter to the register inorder to see the tiny menu. Its obvious how coffee shopss function so i dont get why they put the menu there. Theres also a tabletop sign on the register counter for seasonal items but i was so confused idk if these are latte flavors or dessert foods. The menu doesnt specify and the pictures are all of cutesy food but idk if thats design or the actual item. The smell bothered me A LOT. Waiting for coffee i dont want to smell cheese and whatever else is cooking. Also there foods behind the display, dessert and pastries too, do not have any signage. I was curious if anything savory was vegetarian but didnt feel like conversing. Lastly theres a lot of Jesus stuff that confused me why its all over the place. By the coffee pickuo by the regsiter. Dont shove that in my face im here for coffee. Ok the coffee, i had a pistachio latte. Was good. Not much coffee robust flavor. The pistachio flavor though was done very nicely. Not like those sweet sugary syrup flavors, but simple real pistachio. And crumbles of pistachio. This is a good option if you dont like sweet. Also had a donut and damn that was a delicious donut! Also it was over $16 for the latte and a donut. Too pricey.

We landed on the Eggs Benedict and the $19 BUTTERSCOTCH APPLE FRENCH TOAST, which is baked cinnamon & vanilla custard-soaked brioche, butterscotch apples; topped with brown butter oat streusel & Philly whip. Unbelievable. The place was loud and popping on a Sunday around noon. Not intimate, but a fun post-church gathering of hungry souls. The space is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff was genuinely pleasant from the start. Julian, our server, greeted us promptly, got coffee on the table quickly, and kept everything moving smoothly. In addition to standard coffee, they offer craft espresso-bar style drinks, which is a nice touch whether you are there for breakfast or brunch. The restaurant also has outdoor seating, not ideal in December, but it would be great in warmer weather for people-watching along Haddonfield's main street. The menu has plenty of options, and I went with the fennel sausage frittata with roasted potatoes and bacon. It was hearty and well executed, the bacon was crisp, the potatoes were crunchy, and the portion was generous enough that I could not finish it. My wife ordered the green goddess roll, which she really enjoyed, though her potatoes came out cold while mine were hot, the only real miss of the visit. We also shared a bowl of lentil soup, which was perfect for a cool day and a nice surprise on a brunch menu. This spot works well for weekdays or weekends, breakfast or brunch, and it does get busy, so reservations are a good idea or be prepared to wait with a coffee. Pricing felt very reasonable for the area, and overall it was a good stop we would happily return to.
